About this house rental
Welcome to our 6 bedroom rental home, Timber Lodge, located in Lake Harmony. This house is very special to our family and we would love you to experience the same magic. Centrally located close to trails, skiing, restaurants, and Split Rock. Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski area are 5-10 minutes away for quick access to the slopes. Lake Harmony and our private beach access down the road for summer fun! Timber Lodge provides the perfect escape. Grill out on the sunny deck or listen to the sounds of nature while sitting in the outdoor hot tub or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit under the lights. Entertain in the roomy, perfectly stocked kitchen which opens into the great room featuring a lovely stone fireplace, a beamed ceiling, and a two story wall of windows. Enjoy our new Smart TV's in our living areas. This is a perfect multi-family getaway, as this home has 2 master bedroom suites, and another bedroom that includes a king bed. All 6 bedrooms and the loft have their own TVs! The fully loaded game room includes a pool table , PacMan machine, video games, movies and a large gathering area. Truly a home made for making memories!

This was our second straight summer vacation week at the Lupine property. Very spacious and clean rental and Ava was super responsive to every question. Definitely recommend for a family vacation!!

This house was the perfect place for our group of 13 to stay over the Fourth of July! The house was very clean, spacious, had plenty of kitchen utensils for use to cook, and we loved the hot tub! Communication with the host was great, she answered any questions immediately, we would definately go back to this rental!

Stayed with a group of 11 people, we all had an amazing time. The house is great, plenty of bedrooms and everyone was comfortable. Host was easy to work with and very friendly. I would have given 5 stars, however my only complaint was the condition of the pool table and sticks. We love to play pool and were disappointed with a very warped table and sticks that didn’t have any tips. Other than that, house was phenomenal.

The property was nice, spacious for 4 families. It was clean with all basic amenities. The hot tub was not setup but may be we went early in the season, The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay

We all loved staying at this house. It's perfect for a group of friends or extended family as it's spacious and comfortable for many people. 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allows everyone to have their own space and yet the main living and dining area are both comfortable to all be together. I would highly recommend this house as it's also SO close to Big Boulder, less than 10 minutes and only 2 miles which made it easy to go skiing with the kids. We will be back again booking this house next year!

Convenient location to my family coming from north and south. Quiet wooded setting that's walkable to the lake and a nice park with fields/basketball a bit down the road. Plenty of space and seating inside for us to all be together and enough bedrooms and bathrooms to for everyone to spread out. Lower level playroom was a huge bonus for the little kids. Well stocked and clean kitchen, big hot tub and nice fire pit area. Great communication with the owner who was quick to answer questions. Highly recommended for a big group.

The area was perfect for our stay. Did some day hikes, kayaking, Claws & Paws and hung out every night. House had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub!! Thank you for a great week!!

Ava was an wonderful and attentive host. She provided great detail on places to go and the house was perfect for a group get together. The location is perfect for going to the Lake and any other area in the Poconos!

Spent M-F with our extended family, celebrating our wedding and 4th of July. From 1 years old to nearly 70. We had a blast, had everything we needed, short drives to lake, restaurants, and other activities. Host was great to communicate with!

This house was amazing. Great amenities with the hot tub, games, pool table, and beach passes. Very responsive to any questions. Provided basic things such as dish soap and toilet paper! Everything was great and would stay again.

Another great trip to Lake Harmony! This house has everything you would want for a fun group trip. It is also tucked away in an ideal setting for exploring the woods, but close to skiing, the lake, and the town of Lake Harmony.

Great place for our annual family ski trip. The house has everything needed for cooking including many dishes and pans. House is clean , hot tub clean. Easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend.

Our family was overall very pleased with the property and we had a great time gathering for Thanksgiving there. There was enough space to entertain kids and adults. We made use of the fire pit, went on a hike to Hawk Falls and on several walks around the quiet neighborhood. The only negative comment I have is about the linen service. Many of the bed sheets were worn, thin and several were stained. We received two flat sheets for each bed, and unfortunately, they did not actually fit the queen beds. Many of the towels also had stains and were very small. We did not receive washclothes. I would just recommend bringing your own sheets and towels for your stay. The property otherwise was wonderful and I would definitely recommend.

House was clean and had a nice layout. I followed the instructions and sent a text for the access code at 4:10. I had to call and text repeatedly, and finally received the code at 5:30. This was very inconvenient. Possible texting the code to renters at 4:00 would be a better way. Bed sheets were provided but only flat sheets. Bring fitted sheets if this concerns you. The description said there were air conditioners in the bedrooms but the two ground level bedrooms did not have air. They did have ceiling fans. The propane tank was empty. We filled it at a cost of 40 dollars. The fire pit and deck are very nice and the neighborhood was lovely. The beach was very nice.

Nice clean vacation home
Nice, Clean home, comfortable beds, kitchen had utensils that we needed (You may want to bring an extra dish towel or 2), teens enjoyed playing pool, sheets ready to make beds were all flat sheets - It would have been easier to have some larger sheets to tuck in as bottom sheet, no wash cloths. Saw a bear in the neighborhood every day, but his interest was accessing trash; he was unsuccessful in breaking in our trash bin, but did damage it. Stay safe- do not approach him, keep your distance from the bear so he doesn’t feel threatened. Also friendly deer stopped by several times. Family members still felt safe to take walks on the streets and to be outside.

We loved the lay out of the house, and it was super clean! Loved the fire pit area as well! They did not supply fitted sheets for the beds, and the loose sheets didn’t fit the queen size beds so I would recommend bringing fitted sheets for queen size beds. The beach was a bit small, but the kids enjoyed the lake!

We had a great week and would definitely come back sometime. The house was spacious for our large family. There is a lot of information about winter activities, but a little more information about lakes around would be helpful and what to do in the summer. Thanks for a memorable week!!

Nice for a big group!
Very nice, clean home. Good layout. Loved the deck and hot tub. Nice that the rooms were equipped with AC so we could stay cool! The sheets and pillowcases were not on the beds upon arrival (just set out for us to put on), there weren’t enough bath towels left in all the rooms (and no washcloths provided), and only one hand towel provided in the kitchen. Wish there had been better communication/information about how to get to the beach, that the hot tub would need a significant amount of time to heat up, etc. Otherwise very happy with our stay!

We had an amazing time staying at Tim and Kathy's cabin. It was plenty of space for us to hang out for a few days. The whole home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with. The pool table, hot tub, fire pit, and arcade games were awesome to have.

Me and a few friends got together to play pool and relax for the weekend, and this was a terrific place for it! The hot tub was large and clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, the two living areas were well-suited for laying back and watching tv, and the lake nearby was a perfect afternoon walk. Would definitely come back for more pool and relaxation!
