This condo was perfect for our weekend with our family for a summer weekend vaca. Fully stocked with everything we need. Location was great-a 5 minute bike ride to the base of the mtn. It was also super easy access to the bike bath we rode about 20 min to the hot springs pool. Also really easy to access the Tampa for tubing. This is a garden level apartment, so the patio is “sunken” and there is no gate /fence enclosing the patio. We kept our bikes out there chained together and there was no issues. But if you don’t lock up your bikes, someone could easily take it out of the patio. The area seemed very very safe, which eliminated any concerns we have- so more just be aware of. The pool and hot tubs were a great addition. The pool is very very small. There were 7 kids in it and it was really crowded with not much room to move around or play. The hosts had plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows avail. Lots of bath towels and a few towels to use at the pool if needed (bath towel size). They had hooks everywhere which was super nice…hang towels or even ski gear if needed. Nice little entry closet to hang jackets, put shoes and get a few things out of the way. This place was great and would stay again.

This place was great! Small, but just what we needed for a quick weekend trip. Only random complaint would be that the kitchen pots/pans are minimal and pretty worn/no longer nonstick, so keep that in mind if you’ll be doing a lot of cooking. Other than that it was lovely, the owners were super responsive, and the hot tub was definitely a plus. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great communication and information was provided by the owner, which was very helpful and made the stay stress free. The condo was very well stocked, comfortable, and quiet. The fireplace heats the unit nicely, there is a large outdoor locker for skis/bikes, and close to the bus stop. The hot tub is also nearby, which was great! Thanks for sharing your condo, we would definitely return!

Location is awesome! just few walk to bus stop and very easy to park cars. The bus stop has green and orange line stop, only needs to wait few minutes to get on the bus. We have 2 adults 2 kids, room size is ok for us! Great place!

The property is clean, cozy and very well stocked. Bus shelter is 1 min walk from unit and 5-10 min ride to lifts / gondola ski village and restaurants. 15 min walk to Christy’s ski rentals and plumb’s grocery market. Bus will take you to Walmart, Safeway and downtown. We had a perfect chill / ski vacation.

In town to visit my son for Thanksgiving. Condo was perfect for myself . Finally a t,v, that worked as soon as you turn it on. Little chilly when I arrived but got very comfortable for the remainder of the trip. I'll be back in June and may stay here again if possible. Thanks Shannon and Jen.. .

Was very happy with this condo for the price. Well kept, with all the amenities I was hoping for (washer/dryer, ice packs in the freezer, coffee creamer and sugar, floor fan for bedroom, hairdryer, ETC). All things that my last VRBO was missing. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Condo is close to free bus to ski area/town. Cons: Condo is in the basement and smelled a bit musty. The hot tub was occupied by people who were not staying at the Condos. I contacted the owner, and the reply was "that happens a lot". There was no offer to help. We were unable to use the hot tub. I would not stay here again for the price.

Excellent renting experience with VRBO and the owner. Owner was very quick with communication, and everything was as described. Condo was well provisioned with basic necessities. Location was great, adjacent to the bus stop and really just a short walk to and from the resort.

Property was clean and well maintained. All of the necessary amenities were there. Location to bud stop was very close by. Only downside is that it’s a bit of a hassle to get to downtown using the bus system in the evening. Multiple buses are required to do so. Not a knock on the property itself but something to consider if one is looking for convenience. Overall for thr price I think it this priority is a winner and allowed my son and I to enjoy a quick snowboard trip without breaking the bank.

This little condo was so cute and cozy, the fireplace was especially nice. We were just a 1 minute walk away from the bus stop, and made it to the slopes in about 15 minutes. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

This property is a really good value. It’s a bit dated but very clean and everything is well maintained. The location is right on the Green and Orange bus routes which is very convenient if you don’t have a car. I only had one question for the owners and they were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect long weekend getaway in Steamboat. There was only 2 of us, so the 1 bedroom size was perfect. The unit was clean and as advertised. The proximity to the resort was amazing. There is a bus stop literally adjacent to the parking lot of the apartment, which services free shuttles to and from the resort. This made getting to the resort a breeze, especially because parking at the resort costs 40$ or so per day. We had a great stay in Steamboat and look forward to getting back!

I wasn't familiar with zone heating. I have forced air at home with a single thermostat, so that was an adjustment. The condo was well appointed and quiet during my stay. I didn't have a car, but the bus stop is just on the other side of the parking lot. Once you master the bus system you can literally go anywhere. The info laid out at the owners' website is very thorough and even includes restaurant recommendations.
