Looking for a perfect Table Rock lakeside destination? Well, you’re in luck at the recently updated and completely refurnished “Twin Pines Shanty". It is a hip and cozy cottage that sits perfectly on the rocks of Table Rock Lake. Whether you’re looking for a restful retreat into the woods or a fun filled family lake vacation, Twin Pines has you covered.
You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a whole new world when you enter this quaint little cottage that comfortably sleeps up to 6. As they say, “location is key”…. and that’s exactly what “Twin Pines Shanty” has to offer.
We’re located lakefront in Eagle Rock, in southwest Missouri. Our location is close to a variety of different entertainment options. We’re 10 minutes from trout fishing and hiking at Roaring River State Park, in the Mark Twain National Forest. It is only 15 minutes to Eureka Springs, Arkansas, a Victorian mountain village with art, music, fine dining, shopping, night spots, distinctive attractions and worlds of outdoor activities.
Table Rock Lake is almost 70 miles long, and we like to think we are located on the 'quiet side'. Our corner of the world is ideal for wakeboarding and water sports, with plenty of secluded coves for fishing. We are directly across from the Eagle Rock Marina, where overnight slips and boat rentals are available. Feel like taking a boat ride to dinner? The floating restaurant at Big M Marina, about 15 minutes away, is the perfect destination for an evening excursion. You can take off South and West on the lake to visit the Holiday Island Marina and the historic Beaver town suspension bridge. Branson is a 45 minute drive with so many things to do that we can’t even start to list all of them. Also worth mention is the Bentonville/Rogers/Fayetteville metro area, only an hour away. You can check out the new Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art, now open in Bentonville, AR. People are traveling from all over the world to not only see the museum but the grounds as well.

Two couples in our family stayed here with another couple next-door at Lil’ Woody. The shanty was very comfortable. Loved the back deck. Very easy to make our meals there. We kept our boat at Eagle Rock Marina LLC..

This was such a nice home. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 five year old. It was very well maintained. Cute decorations and it basically had everything you would need except the food. I really liked the skylights!

Beautiful decorated, comfortable, charming! Great place for visiting Roaring River, Eureka and Chain of Lakes… our furry friends were welcomed which is a huge plus for us!!! Lake view will be awesome in fall!

Twin Pines Shanty is a great place to relax and unwind after a day on the lake. It is so cute inside and out and my little fur baby had a welcome basket that was just for her! I look forward to staying here again.

The cottage was well stocked with everything you need. Only one complaint is a pair of bbq tongs would be nice. All other bbq tools were there but no tongs. Enjoyed our selves and would return. Great location for things to do. Great HOST!!!

We had a great week staying at the Twin Pines Shanty! The decor was super cute and everything suited our family of four! We enjoyed playing games on the deck one evening. Chalea recommended Ermilio’s in Eureka Springs…YUM! It was so nice to come back each day and relax after exploring NW Arkansas and our day at Silver Dollar City! We would love to go back and stay at one of Chalea’s properties in the future! Thanks for helping make our vacation memorable!

It was so clean, and updated. Everything worked and our host was so accommodating. We really appreciated the basket of snacks as we got in kind of late and we’re starving! She also had a gate we could put up on the porch outside so our dog could be outside with us. Perfect stay, very comfortable. Thank you Chalea!

The house was super clean and and very homey, and the property owner stayed in contact throughout to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. There are multiple properties in close proximity to the house but it still feels like a secluded little getaway. It's also less than 10 minutes away from Roaring River to take advantage of the hiking trails and fishing. We'll definitely look to stay there again!

Twin Pines Shanty was the perfect cottage for 4 adults. I wanted to pick it up, take it with me and put it on my property. Chalea was amazing to work with during the booking process. I had to change my booking due to unforeseen issues Chalea was very understanding and worked with me. The cottage is so adorable, decorated nicely and had everything we could need plus some special touches by the owner. There was a welcome basket with snacks, fully stocked kitchen and even snacks for your pets. The pet basket was too cute. It had special towels for wiping your pup's feet, snacks and bowls for food and water. We didn't get to bring our dog as expected but would have had everything we needed. The back deck is a lovely place to sit and relax. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Check it out, you won't be disappointed!!

Check in super easy, beautiful home, clean, super comfortable, beautiful property, it’s very quiet, washer/dryer are a plus and super helpful host. Our Golden was welcomed with open arms and he loved it here too. Chalea and her family are some of the best. We will be back. Super close to marina and swim area. Grocery store is close by. All the amenities are provided! Just bring clothes, toothbrush and some food!

Perfect time away!
My fiancé and I came for the weekend then I stayed the rest of week alone. It’s a perfect get-a-way. Property is very clean, owner is right next door and so friendly. Everything is as described on the listing. Beautiful deck and decor throughout home. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Our only negative was there are not tvs in the bedrooms -to me that’s not a big deal. Had my son been with us it would have been for him. We def plan to come back!!

Great Stay
Property is exactly as pictured. Everything you can imagine you might need is available. Easy check in/out. House is very cute and comfortable. About a 20 minute drive to Eureka Springs so that was good. Weather was kind of wet and cold so couldn't really enjoy the deck but next time hopefully we can. Enjoyed our time and hope to stay longer on our next trip.

A Wonderful Getaway
This lovely house was perfect, and Chalea was a wonderful host. We had everything we needed and more here - a perfect, clean cottage, a beautiful deck to sit on in the mornings with coffee, and even a field across the street to walk or play with your dog. This location couldn’t have been better. We were between everything we wanted to do (Eureka Springs, Roaring River State Park, Dogwood Canyon and Top of the Rock). Thank you so much Chalea. You made this trip so special for us. We’ll definitely be staying here again someday soon! 🙂

We loved our stay in Eagle Rock, MO. This cottage is perfect… very clean, well equipped, and so cozy in the woods! Our hostess, Chalea, was so kind and such a joy to visit with! The location is close to Eureka Springs and Branson! Greet day trips! Our poodle, Peaches, is ready to book again!
