About this apartment rental

Beautiful modern condo for rent in peaceful Ocean Village Beach Community. Great location for families, couples, or friends to get away from hectic city life. Enjoy a private beach (6 minute walk), nine hole golf course, heated pools, Tiki Bar & Grill, and restaurant with fine and casual dining on the property. On the island you can enjoy several small local restaurants and parks. Visit the downtown area off the island where you can find plenty of entertainment, including a theater, fine and casual dining, and bars.
Please note currently our cluster is in the process of having a new roof installed. There are construction vehicles and workers around the property and there is a risk of construction noise. This work is expected to be completed by end of September 2024. In addition, the main pool, on property restaurant, sports bar and tiki bar are closed. Reopening plans are as follows:

Reopening of sports bar - end Oct /early Nov 2024
Reopening of tiki bar - end Dec 2024 / early Jan 2025 Reopening of main pool - end of Feb 2025

This Beautiful condo and property are even more impressive in person! Our condo was decorated and detailed with so much thought. Vacation beach Vibes! Gorgeous and clean! The property is amazing, the beach was so great (we went in mid November and we almost had the beach to ourselves), and the community has lots of fun amenities. Perla was SO GREAT to work with. She was flexible, very responsive, and a great host. Highly recommended.

Originally had reservations for a Sanibel stay but thanks to Ian, we had to change plans and booked on the Atlantic side with Perla. Absolutely loved her condo and the Ocean villages. So much to do and see and golf included...definitely a plus. We had so much fun with our son and his family. We are already trying to plan a trip back.

This os our second time staying in Perla’s beautiful beach getaway! Plenty of amenities that added to the overall easiness of the rental. She is a very accommodating host and there was plenty to do for the kids between the beach, pool and local parks. We will definitely be returning for sure! Perfect for a family of 4!

Spotless, large two bedroom split layout. Great living room for gatherings to watch the playoffs on huge flat screen. Kitchen had everything if you choose to eat in. However walking distance restaurant and tiki bar were hard to resist. Owner obviously takes pride in the maintenance and preparation of this unit. Thanks to them.

Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable 2-bedroom condo overlooking a par 3 hole. 5 minute walk to the ocean with plenty of space on the beach. Several pools around the condo buildings. Many nice restaurants in the Fort Pierce area. Perla was very responsive. Condo had everything that we needed.

The property is well maintained and freshly decorated. The owner even had it decorated for Christmas which was a lovely surprise. What I could not believe was how well it was stocked from towels, to laundry to kitchen utensils. We had everything we needed and loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Definitely will rent this unit again

I wrote into VBRO as we left one day early due to extreme noise doing building repair all week.

Property was nice. Bring your own toilet paper however. We did not enjoy it due to building repair monday tuesday wednesday and on thursday we left. Noise was extreme as they were working on the stucco grinding it and it was right below us thursday. Sure wish the owner would have let us know we were going to experience building repair to the outside stucture with large equipment outside grinding and repairing stucco. We would have chosen a different week.

I really didn't want to published my review because once you start reading all the good reviews its hard to get your rental dates in season and I didn't want to share that with anyone. However, that would not be kind to the owners who are also very accommodating . Ocean Village has been a well kept secret for years and this new renovated unit fits the bill for a surely wonderful vacation place. Enjoy, Relax and Breath per the owners request.
