House was amazing. Being next to the marina was a challenge a few times, due to noise and water coming into the back yard from pressure washing boats. But…. So close to everything. If you spend most of your days out, this is a great house.

Solid property, close to both sides of the island, shops, restaurants, beach. Great backyard with pool and spa. Had plenty of beach stuff to use. Check in at 4 was not as flexible as led to believe and check out at 10 was tuff.

"We were looking for a place near Bradenton where my granddaughter's young family recently moved, big enough to accommodate them and my family of 6. We found this wonderful location on Anna Maria Island - a well-constructed, spacious home with 6 beds, 6 baths, and a pool within walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches, restaurants, and shopping were all conveniently close.
We enjoyed spectacular views and fully functional appliances, plus every room had a working TV. Whether we wanted to be together or spend time apart in small groups, there were plenty of options. We could walk to the beach, lounge by the pool, or relax in the spa. Everyone from 7 months to 70 years old was thrilled with this wonderful location. We hope this helps you make a decision.

There was six of us who stayed here. And it was perfect. We had a lot of room, and we enjoyed the location, next to all the little shops and restaurants. The backyard and rooftop, were nice for us to have a place to sit outside and enjoy. Highly recommended.

We celebrated my Husband's 50th Birthday party for the weekend. The house is amazing with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and fun places to hang out. It had an arcade game that we used to play as kids (frogger, Pac man, donkey Kong), so that was super fun as a 50th party! It was so close to the beaches, bars and restaurants. We had the best time!

Walking distance to beach but also golf cart shuttles in area to take us and handicapped family member to shops and restaurants. We did not have to use our personal cars at all

Great Place!
This is one of the nicer rental properties I have stayed at. Everything was very clean and had enough space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces with such nice weather. With views of the ocean walking distance to all the stores and restaurants we would be hard pressed to stay anywhere else!

Excellent location
We had a fantastic stay on the island, easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house had great amenities for a large group, more than enough plates, glasses, silverware, towels. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with pots/pans, otherwise there were no leftover spices or oils to use so be prepared to bring or buy-same for dish/dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was helpful. The outdoor shower was also great for rinsing off! Beds were squeaky, this was annoying but not a reason to avoid. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great house in a perfect location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
We all had a very positive experience partly due to the wonderful house and all it’s amenities as well as it’s convenient location to restaurants, shops and beaches. Would definitely come back in the future.

Good house but not our favorite
We were so excited to stay here, but we definitely felt that the photos of the house looked much better online than they did in person. The pool is much much smaller than we expected, so for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids that made it tough for all of us to enjoy at the same time. The pool gets hardly any sun so that was a bummer too. The entertaining area and kitchen are great and equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. The pool light wasn’t working and maintenance came and fixed that about 4 days into our stay. We were doing laundry and noticed the washer was filled with mold. They sent a cleaning crew the following day to clean it, but they didn’t clean it well and there was still a lot of old in the washer. Not something I want passing through my clothes and my kids clothes. Location is awesome and you can get to a lot of places, restaurants and shops in a few minutes. The rooftop deck is amazing, but had several boards that are sticking about 2 inches up, and someone tripped on them. Lots of little things that should easily be fixed around the house, but surprised they weren’t already fixed. The house could’ve been cleaned better. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the house, but I think we will pass on this in the future.

Great Location and Great House
We loved the house and the location. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Perfect little town to give our 13-year-olds some space and independence.
The only set back was the pool/hot tub. It was very small and the heater never worked. I contacted property management several times and no one came to fix it or follow up. It was Thanksgiving week, so that could have been the issue, but I started contacting them on Sunday prior to Thanksgiving and still nothing. We didn't use the pool or hot tub at all and having a pool was one of our requirements when selecting the vacation home.
The good new was, that we were so close to the beach that we didn't need the pool and the weather was perfect, thankfully.
Prior to the pool incident and our arrival, the property management company was very responsive to all of our questions.
All in all, great house, great location, great beach town...but if a pool is important to you, I'd skip this one.

Great Property is Good Condition
Stay was great. Layout was perfect for our family. Kids loved the pool/hit tub combo. The roof top deck was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the beach and the location does not have a lot of public parking so the beach in this area is not very crowded. Overall great stay and great management.

Enjoyed the house and all amenities. Close to everything and took advantage of the Marina.
Overall very satisfied with the property, house, pool, location and amenities. The issue we did have was that the top floor AC was not working properly. We called the first 3 days and they stated they would adjust the thermostat remotely, but nothing changed. The temp was over 80 degrees and wouldn’t get below 78 until after 2am even with box fans trying to bring cold air up from the lower levels. That AC quit completely after the 3rd day and we called again. We did get it running ourselves by removing excess water from the drip pan and lowering the float switch. They finally sent an AC company the last full day and he fixed it completely. The last night was fine.

Great vacay with a few hiccups
We loved the location of this beach house and the pictures were accurate. The bed linens, paint colors and decorations were really nice. The kids loved the pool but it got pretty dirty towards the end of the week. The pool guy didn't come until Friday (a day before we left) We liked the layout of the house and found it pretty quiet even with lots of young kids and babies.
A couple of things weren't great - there was a broken floor tile in the ensuite bathroom on the main level that was dangerous as it was right in front of the shower; several stones were loose around the pool and a few people had their skin pinched and bruised; the floors were swept but not clean - we noticed this when we wiped up drips with lysol wipes and they were black! There were no blankets provided for any of the rooms/beds. This meant that some of us were cold the first few nights and that one of the grandkids couldn't sleep on the trundle bed until the 3rd night when they were finally delivered.
We would stay in the area again but probably not at this property.

February 20 ,2020
I rented the house for 9 of us. Great location, went on comedy cruise from marina and also rented a pontoon boat. Easy walk to main street to catch trolley. Maybe 2 blocks from Bridge street with shopping, restaurants and other places. The only thing we had problems with was figuring out how to run hot tub but got it running. Roof top deck at sunset was amazing. Will definitely rent again.

Few Days At The Beach
Six adults and a small dog were looking to spend a few days at the beach. I arrived first because everyone else was flying in late. I was a little surprised at the location. It is near the water but the Bay views are from the roof which is on the third story roof deck. It is right next to the marina which didn’t enhance the location for me.
Unloading is a chore because of all the stairs.
The best things about this house are the pool area and Roof deck. The pool area is very well landscaped and even though you can hear things from the marina it is very private. We enjoyed the hot tub. The roof deck area is a climb but we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets.
It is a walk to the beach. There is beach access close to where you cross the Gulf Blvd.
Even with a couple of drawbacks - the House is beautiful and well decorated and we would stay here again.
[A few notes to the management company:
There were no rocks glasses so we bought 6 and left them for the next guests.
The showers in a couple of bathrooms need better water barriers because water gets all over the floor. The shower with the tub has a liner that doesn’t go all the way into the tub so we didn’t use that shower.
The mulch in the pool area needs to be policed - there are many small trash items.
We could not get the tv to work in the family room the last day.]

Great place to celebrate!
Property was as expected. Pool and hot tub entertained while not on the nearby beach. Rooftop deck provided endless views of sunrises and sunsets - perfect place to close the day with an adult beverage. Nighttime entertainment was just a bike ride or walk away. Couldn’t have asked for more out of a rental property.

Best Beach Vacation!
We vacationed with a large group...from young to old. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach, get dinner or ice cream. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. We would stay here again.

The perfect family weekend
This property was everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and stocked with great amenities. Wi-Fi, cable, heated pool with Spa. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the location. A short walk to the beach.

The property was as we expected....AMAZING! We all agreed with other reviews that an additional refrigerator would be nice. Maybe a small one, out by the pool.
Wanted to let you know, 2 deck boards on the roof are loose, and the main floor balcony needs some repairs.

Great Communication by the Hosts and an awesome location - right next to the beach!
We Enjoyed this house very much. Plenty of space in the rooms and private bathrooms attached. We used the pool every day, and it was a blast for the kids. Great location, within walking distance to the beach and very close to dining and shops. One thing we would recommend is having a bit more supplies stocked for the renters, the starter kit goes very quickly. But that's not a complaint, just a suggestion. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house for your vacation! Thank you

Beautiful house
The house is exactly as pictured, beautiful, clean and very spacious. We went on a multi generational family trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is in a great location, quick walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, marina and convenience store. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Amazing week with family
We loved the house! Very clean & very close to everything. Andrea was great to work with & always responded to a text or call. Would highly recommend using Andrea for future rentals.
(Would suggest a couple things.. small refrigerator in the garage so when its pool time the refrigerator would be closer. Also the air setting goes no lower then 72 and our bedrooms were warm, even with fans on high)

This home was perfect for our extended family to enjoy time together. Multiple floors allowed everyone privacy and space they needed. The pool and hot tub are lovely and the roof deck boast beautiful sunsets. The kitchen / great room space is nice and easy for many of us to cook in. Although the kitchen lacked some basics but we made it work. The wi-fi in the house was not great - and the beach umbrella was broken. Despite these minor setbacks, we had a wonderful family vacation at a great space.

Overall, great stay! Plenty of space, bedrooms and baths are wonderfully done. The arcade was a big hit with my son and frankly me too:) Kitchen is well equipped and the grill cooks nicely with no flare ups. Pool was great and spa heated up to 82 degrees which was great. Only downside the jets didn't work. Not a deal breaker but the adults were bummed. Beach is literally 3 mins away. The home is located next to a marina and bike/golf cart rental store, so there is always activity going on, people watching, etc. You are close everything so you don't need transportation. If you want seclusion this is not for you. If you want the downtown city vibe you are at the right place!! The local hot spot Bridge street is a quick 5 minute walk or 10 minute buzzed stumble back home, lol. The beach restaurant is 3 mins away and has phenomenal food if ur a foodie and reasonably priced. The beach is not overly crowded so you can enjoy yourself but not be lonely either:) Rooftop views will give you life in the morning and calm in the evening. Our family enjoyed breakfast/Bloody Mary's on the roof with the Gulf breeze. The plank engineered decking on the rooftop appears to be brand new as well. Kitchen was spacious, fridge was clean. Stop by the Publix or conveinence store and pick up ice if you have drinkers. Outdoor pool seating is more than adequate. We had dinner by the pool one night with Pandora playing on the wall mounted tv. The fooseball table is super rusty. Its a given since ur right by the water but again not a deal breaker, just a sidenote. Bathrooms are finished nicely and the water pressure is good! Overall great stay was had by all. Andrea responded quickly about the spa. Things happen, if u travel a lot u know what I mean. Andrea wasn't intrusive and let us enjoy our stay, but I knew she was available if needed!
