Great walking distance to tower. Host had a great book filled with recommendations and information.
The apartment was very nice. We did see what appeared to be mold/ mildew in shower and larger bedroom.

Location of the apartment is great.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and well accommodated. There was no faults to the place, gifted us with a bottle of wine which was so generous, the bathroom was amazing and the care for the guest (such as communication, extra duvet covers and blankets) was amazing. 10/10 experience.
Nothing went wrong we got what we wanted :)
4.0
Great location, easily walkable to the Tower, to great restaurants and shopping. Large space (fit our family of 5), comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Staff were lovely and worked to answer our questions quickly. Check in and self entry into the apartment through the app was really easy!
Due to the energy crisis, heat was turned off for large parts of the day. Space heaters were provided but could not be used at the same time as other appliances or the hot water heater, as the power would go out and breakers needed to be reset on the main floor. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap.
4.5
A most comfortable and superbly positioned properly - comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom along with good communications from Hostly.
Check in (4pm) and check out ( 10am) are a little on the restrictive side compared to many other rentals

Okay for a night
Too many demands, more like Airbnb, 10am check out too early.

the apartment is huge! and realy nice and beautiful. there is absolutely all you need and moore😊 it's perfect for a citytrip or aswell for a longer stay to visit pisa and the whole beautiful region! its easy to drive in with the car. no traffic jam or horrible scenery like eg. rom. there are a lot of park spots in the front of the apartment.

This apartment was lovely, very well equipped, very clean and a great location. Our host was exceptional, giving clear instructions and checking that everything was OK, he even booked us a taxi to the airport. Other reviews mention road noise, but we didn't find this a problem, expecting this from a city centre apartment.
Unfortunately we found the apartment unbearably hot. It was July and very warm outside, but on arrival it felt like an oven, even though the shutters were down. The fans weren't enough to cool it down and so we didn't sleep well. I would highly recommend the apartment outside height of summer, but maybe think twice if visiting in July!
3.5
Easy automated entry, easy to find, free parking, spacious, bed comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Nice balcony to sit out on when so hot.
No air conditioning which made the apt unbearably hot! A fan in each bedroom but it was cooler in the hall than the apt. I wouldn’t stay again for this reason. It was a bit sparsely decorated too could have done with being warmed up a bit to feel more homely maybe some pictures on the walls. Shower was quite weak. Sofas not very comfy and one had no arms as a sofa bed.

The property was great. It was clean, lots of room, a nice balcony and the beds were comfortable and a good size.
The host is also so helpful and accommodating. I unfortunately locked my phone in the apartment after leaving and the host was great in helping me get back in. Thank you so much!
Unfortunately we stayed on a really hot night and one of the fans in the apartment was broken. The host was brilliant and offered to buy us a new one in the morning but as we were only staying one night, we did have quite a sleepless night.

Lots of space, apartment was clean and well presented and we had lots of support and help offered by the host, and the apartment was in a safe neighbourhood only a short walk from the leaning tower, bars and restaurants

At just a 2min walk from the medieval walls this spacious apartment offers you great confort, perfect for a stay in Pisa for several nights (or more). It was clean as it is supposed to.
Check in was done digitally and very quickly, so more time to enjoy this beautiful city.
What was exceptional however was the service, aid and friendliness of Andrea (the host) who did more than just answer our questions!
While we had tried to get a table at a restaurant which only had an italian voice message we didn’t understand, he booked it for us!
In the apartment there is a blue binder with information and advice from a real local, which makes you avoid the typical tourist trap and makes you discover Italy at its most authentic. We will be back!

Andrea is a wonderful and warm host. He was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with a key late at night. The apartment is spacious and the terrace very nice. It is about a 10-15 minutes walk to the Pisa tower and historic center.
The main street below the apartment is kind of busy and the single pane windows didn't help.
There was no coffee or laundry detergent.
