About this apartment rental
The cozy apartment is located near the city, near the promenade, restaurants, cafes, boat docks, bus stops, post office, supermarket, cathedral, museum, train station, spa, Strandbad-Ost, Stadtgarten and in the immediate vicinity (120 m) from the shores of Lake Constance. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! On the balcony but can be smoked at the balcony door closed from the outside. A parking space reserved for the book time for a car is located on the property. A storage for bicycles is available.
There is a regulation from the city of Überlingen on the collection of the tourist tax. Children up to 16 years are free, adults pay from 01. 11. to 31. 03. 1.60 € and from 01. 04. to 31. 10. 2.00 € per night and per person. Business travelers are not among them, they must certify that they are in Überlingen on business.
If you are given the guest card, please hand over the amount shown or deposit the amount in the apartment before you leave!
With the guest card you get certain discounts on admission fees and you have free travel in all bus lines within the Überlingen city area and in the seven districts.

The password for Internet access is available in the apartment, internet is available on site via the TV for various applications. By using, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and not for illegal uploading or downloading of content or other illegal activities.
The front door is automatically opened via a combination lock by a motor and locked only when needed.
If the door is locked, it unlocks automatically using the numeric code. From the inside, you can always unlock the door manually by turning the handwheel if it is locked (important in case of danger).
At check-in and check-out, no personal contact with the owner is required as the apartment is controlled by a smart home solution.
When you enter the apartment, you will find a button on the left side of the wall next to the dining table. If you press this button, the dining room light will switch on and off!
In front of you, to the left of the wall mirror, you will find a button; if you press it, the living room lighting switches on and off (the light switches on for approx. 1.5 s)!
If the fridge is switched off in the kitchen, please switch it on - it does not have to be switched off at the check-out.
The drinking water from the tap is of good quality, it tastes very good.
Please open the main shut-off valve in the bathroom (approx. 45 ° turn to the left), it would be nice if you turn off the water again at check-out (turn 45 ° to the right).
The warm water is generated by a water heater, which is set to 43 ° C, please do not change the temperature, please do not twist / adjust the setting wheel, otherwise there is a risk of scalding.
In the living room, in the bedroom and in the bathroom you will find a room thermostat on the wall, which you can use to regulate the temperature on cooler days.
The display of the thermostats shows the "current room temperature". As you turn the dial, the "set temperature" you are about to adjust appears.
Attention: As long as the patio door or the living room / bedroom windows or the bathroom door are open, the respective thermostat is set to the fixed value 12 ° C and stops reacting manually.
The setpoint temperatures can be increased manually at the thermostat up to the maximum upper limit. When a new automatic switching point is reached, the temperature value returns to it.
For the curtains on the living room and bedroom windows please keep a minimum distance of approx. 20 cm from the radiators, the radiators may get hot.
Two remote controls in the living room, are available for TV (= silver) and music system (= black).
The ventilation in the bath automatically switches on at> 68% / 72% humidity and automatically switches off again if the fan is not activated via the manual switch next to the door.
The table extension (dining table), if necessary, is located in the bedroom.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement in the laundry room. You take the elevator to "U" and go through the opposite door. You need 50 cents pieces.

The house rule prohibits smoking in the home and smoke triggers alarms, which can have konequences!
You can smoke on the balcony, but please note that the smoke detectors can also trigger an alarm when smoking on the balcony, if the balcony door is open when smoking or the balcony window is set back and the smoke moves into the apartment! Please keep the balcony door and the recessed window closed when smoking from the outside!
Save yourself inconvenience and costs if such an alarm even causes the fire department to move on.

Gute Lage !

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom See entfernt, somit ist man ganz schnell am Strandbad Ost, Altstadt und Anlegesteg der Ausflugsboote. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren supernett, haben sehr schnell geantwortet und uns vorab auch schöne Ausflugstipps für bzw. mit den Kinder gegeben. Erwähnenswert für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern ist sicherlich der Smart TV in der Wohnung, so konnte man auch hier über seinen Netflix Account Filme schauen, wenn die Kinder im Bett waren :-) Herzlichen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gemütlichkeit mit Einschränkung
Gemütliche Wohnung in dichtem Wohnviertel. Ausgestattet mit allem, was im Alltag benötigt wird. Kurzer und offener Zugang zum nahen Seeufer, wo man herrliche Sparziergänge unternehmen kann. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt dich geradezu zur Altstadt, wo es gemütliche Kaffees und Einkaufsläden für die tägliche Verpflegung hat.
Zutritt mit Handicap, da der Eingangsschlüssel klemmt (das Gebäude ist älteren Jahrgangs). Aussicht auf den See vom kleinen Balkon aus, lässt sich erahnen.

Gut gelegene und gut ausgestattete kleine Wohnung. Spielplatz, See, Bäcker und Supermarkt schnell erreichbar.

Nette Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage von Überlingen. Restaurants, Einkaufs-möglichkeiten und auch die Therme sind in fußläufiger Nähe und innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar.
Das Objekt ist exakt wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, der Balkon ist unserer Einschätzung nach etwas größer als das Foto vermuten lässt.
Man merkt der Einrichtung und Ausstattung an, dass die Eigentümer die Wohnung auch selbst nutzen, es ist definitiv alles vorhanden, was man möglicherweise brauchen könnte.
Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die vielen Hinweise per Mail und SMS bzgl Handhabung und Kontrolle des Inventars mit Blick auf möglichen Diebstahl und sonstige Verhaltensmaßregeln.
Uns ist schon klar, dass vermutlich schlechte Erfahrungen die Ursache hierfür sind, aber bei uns als regelmäßige, sorgsame Nutzer von Ferienwohnungen ist das nicht so gut angekommen.
Wir können diese Wohnung ansonsten uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut. Zum Badestrand und ins Zentrum sind es jeweils nur wenige Gehminuten . Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man etwas die Straße sowie den Zug. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

très accessible pour se rendre au lac, au centre ville et aux excursions maritimes.
