*NOTE: Please be advised that there is currently construction in the area. The Ritz Carlton Residency is building a high rise, town homes, and a park around the property. Expect some additional noise and potential dust. I have adjusted my prices to reflect the ongoing construction.

Immediately as you open the door, you will truly appreciate a condo that has been renovated from floor to ceiling. This one bedroom, one bathroom condo features 600 square feet of luxury living and can be rented by the week or month. Email or call now!

As you walk into the condo there is an upgraded full scale kitchen that features granite counter tops, cherry oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar stools that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to dine, and it has custom lighting; no details were missed.

The kitchen opens to the living room which features a comfortable living room couch (that is also a pullout bed) and two overstuffed chairs, a flat screen TV and a floor to ceiling sliding glass door leading to the screened lanai.

The screened lanai is perfect for relaxing, with a dining table for two and a lounge chair.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a custom closet to keep your bathing suits organized. The bathroom was renovated with a pedestal sink, custom tile in the tub/shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit too!

This unit comes with luxury linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, free WiFi and cable.

Vanderbilt Palms is located across the street from the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort, and the access to Vanderbilt Beach can be seen from the front door.

Located close to shopping, restaurants and the upscale Mercato.

We had a great week at the condo. Very clean and accessible to the beach as well as being close to Vanderbilt Rd which takes you to shopping areas. The washer/dryer is new and a bonus, being inside a 1 bedroom condo. There is ongoing construction in the area but the location is worth the construction distraction. Communication with the host ((Dan) was outstanding.

Great location! Sunsets on Vanderbilt Beach are spectacular. Dan was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Condo was as advertised -it had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

This condo is very nice. Very close to the Vanderbilt beach, walking distance. There is everything you need in it what you need for your stay. Host was very responsive and available every time you have questions. Thank you Dan. Only negative thing is the swimming pool. It is very hot but this is cause it is located on the rooftop. No other complaints. Will be back for sure next year and i would recommend this place for sure.

We have stayed in this unit a number of times and it never disappoints. Dan is a great owner who makes the reservation, check and check out processes easy and simple. The location can't be beat - walkable to the beach, close to Mercato and other dining and shopping opportunities. Each time we check out of the unit, we look forward to our next visit.

2nd time to stay. Condo is good, clean and everything you need. New washer & dryer was great. Dan is very responsive and we had no problems. We anticipated the construction as we stayed here last year.

This condo is an end unit on the top floor. Because it’s on the end there are extra windows that the other units don’t have. Plenty big for two people with a new washer and dryer in the condo. Lots of construction going on across the street makes it noisy during the day. No work was being done on the weekend. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was very nice and lives nearby, which is a big plus.

Super location. No storm damage to property. Unfortunately lots of construction surrounding the property due to rebuilding from hurricane Ian while we were there. I know that will improve every day forward.

We left early. Construction noise, dust and debris on dirt parking entrance . Got a flat tire. Also, people were fighting about trying to use property’s parking lot for public beach. Owner very responsive and nice.

This is the second time staying in the complex last year we stayed in a different condo both were so beautiful and perfect for the two of us! The pool area is awesome! The location is great! The sad thing this year was the destruction from hurricane Ian and the beach being closed! I would highly recommend staying! Looking forward to seeing how things are next year!

This condo is wonderful. I loved that it had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to take to the beach. If you want to cook the kitchen has just about everything you would need. The owner immediately got back to me whenever I had a question. The place was very clean. The balcony has a great view of the lagoon. And the location can't get any better, especially for the price! We definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I spent a month here, condo was very clean, nicely furnished & appointed; especially appreciated the nice dishes, pot & pans and bath towels. The location is fantastic, less than 2 blocks to Vanderbilt Beach, which is beautiful. Easy to pop down to beach for a walk, or to read for a bit or to see the sunset as well a spending the day. The lanai had a nice view of the canals. Also great was parking out of the sun. We’ll be here next year! Dan was very responsive to any questions or requests.

Had a great stay here over the holidays. Was in a good location - close to groceries, and walkable to restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and rooftop deck were great and very quiet when the beach was crazy busy. It was great to have assigned parking at the building with all the people heading to the beach. Would stay here again, and hopefully changes with the pending new construction won’t change things too much in this neighborhood.

This condo was pleasantly furnished and had modern updates. Very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Centrally located near beach, shops and restaurants. Host was immediately responsive to all requests.

Wonderful location, close to the beach, stores, attractions and restaurants. Unit was small but nice, included bikes, beach chairs and towels, everything we needed. Swimming pool was nice, just wish there had been an exercise room nearby. We hope to get back to Naples soon.

Love the location, roof top pool. Short walk to Vanderbilt Beach and dealing with the owner was very smooth. No problems at all. We would stay here again.
