En endroit de rêve près du centre historique d’Arras

Une très jolie maison, construite vers 1750 , restaurée avec beaucoup de goût par les propriétaires actuels, et entourée d’un agréable jardin entièrement clos vers l’extérieur. Les chambres offrent un confort contemporain (salle de bain moderne) tout en gardant leur charme et leur mobilier d’antan. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils tout en restant discrets, juste le bon équilibre pour un séjour agréable. L’excellent petit-déjeuner est servi dans le salon. Un endroit parfait pour un séjour à Arras, à 5 minutes à pied des deux grandes places, un havre de paix comme on en trouve rarement. A recommander chaudement!

A very warm welcome to Arras

We liked everything about this hotel. The owners treated us as new friends rather than as hotel guests. Our room was very elegantly furnished,very much in keeping with this beautiful old building. Sadly our very early departure fell outside normal breakfast times, but Jean-Luc stepped up to the plate and made sure we never left hungry. We cannot wait to pay another visit to Arras.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Exceptional property, will definitely be back.

This was a true find. The property is fantastic and the hosts Jean-Luc and his wife, couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent breakfast. Only 1 hour from Calais, so great overnight stop.

A lovely house with beautiful gardens and tranquil surroundings. Great location and wonderful hosts

The breakfast was all fresh food, much of it home made by the hosts. There was ample choice and it was of lovely quality and presented really well in a beautiful dining room. The location of the hotel was also very good, and the hosts made us feel extremely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

To begin with, It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first from the outside of the venue as there were no signs that we saw with the hotel name, otherwise we had no issues or complaints at all

Elegant mansion which is well located

Isabelle and Jean-Luc’s property is truly beautiful. It is lovingly restored and is like stepped back in time but with modern facilities. They were incredibly attentive and very friendly

Secret idyll in Arras

Wonderful hosts, lovely breakfast, room was beautiful and ensuite bathroom was great. The house and gardens were stunning. The location was fab - only 15 min walk to the Place des Heros with lots of bars and restaurants. The off street parking in their courtyard was very private and secure. We had a wonderful stay here when visiting Arras and would definitely return.

A gem in the centre of Arras.

Entre cour et jardin is a beautifully renovated building with lovely gardens right in the heart of Arras. Attention to detail from the restoration of the house to the tasteful decor and even the presentation of the breakfast table (homemade jams and locally sourced cheeses) is amazing. Our room was large and airy with an enormous en suite. What a find….we’ll definitely be returning!

A beautiful oasis with a warm welcome.

The house is elegantly restored and furnished and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The French hosts are very welcoming and speak perfect English. Breakfast was substantial with fruit, local cheeses, yogurt, pastries and home made jams.

It was hot so a fan in the bedroom would have been nice. However, all other bedroom amenities were excellent with some nice touches.

Superb place to stay in the center of Arras

Beautiful old chateau style house that has been totally renovated without losing the old features. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom and excellent breakfast. Very helpful hosts. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town center.

Looking forward to staying again.

It was a great experience to stay in this lovely hotel, hidden in a quiet road yet close to the town centre. The breakfast was fantastic - fresh and local products served at the table. A restful start to the day.

A very nice house to stay

An excellent continental breakfast, I don't think it could have been bettered.

The parking is behind a big double door to the garden and parking area, which is not so convenient if you want to nip in and out, but we were staying in Arras the whole time so it was fine.

Great place to stay to explore the town.

The location was good and not far to walk to the centre of the town. We had an excellent breakfast too, which was much appreciated. It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the bed and bedding was very comfortable.

Although there were blinds and curtains, they were not effective at keeping out the light.

5 star experience

Incredible stay! Boutique 5 star experience. Beautiful suite in a fantastic period french house. From the bed linen to the breakfast (home made jams and cakes) it was such a wonderful stay. The highlight was eating breakfast overlooking the garden in the magnificent dining room. Jean Luc and his wife were very polite, kind and helpful giving advice and information. Perfect hosts. There is secure parking on site. A short stroll to the lovely town square. If you are reading this then don't give it any more thought- just book it!

Perfect

The room was perfect, furnishing excellent, great bed and bedding. The bathroom was also superb. The house has been decorated and fitted to a palatial standard. The owners had thought of everything that would be needed staying at the house. The breakfast was filled with many local and home made delicacies. A Perfect stay.

First-class, exceptional property

We loved everything. The building and gardens are stunning. The room was immaculate - picture-worthy decor, spotlessly clean and a bed so comfortable we slept for 11 hours! The room provided everything you could possibly need and the WiFi connection was excellent. We drive frequently between Nice and London and have stayed in dozens of hotels and gîtes but this is hands down the best we have come across. Breakfast was full of delicious home-made treats and the dining and drawing rooms are beautifully presented. The owners are lovely and strike the perfect balance between being hospitable and helpful while allowing you privacy to settle and to enjoy your breakfast. We can not say enough good things about Entre Cour et Jardin.
