*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through May 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Beach House Pool located next to Beachside II, the Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside Pool opening January 2025. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .25 miles from Beachside II, with the main access connecting right next to the building. Rates during this time will reflect a 15% discount.
4256 Beachside II is a newly furnished and recently updated beachfront 1BR condo located on the beach side of The Resort – just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Our 5th floor unit offers breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast, plush furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished balcony overlooking the sand and surf!
The fully equipped kitchen features newly painted cabinetry, granite countertops, a new tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, our spacious living area offers brand new furnishings, an HDTV, and access to the private balcony. Our spacious bedroom is the perfect retreat after a long day of fun in the sun and offers a luxurious king bed, an HDTV and a fully updated ensuite bathroom with a new vanity, new flooring and an updated walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. There is additional sleeping in the dining area on a twin daybed with twin trundle, perfect for one or two more guests to enjoy. For your convenience, 4256 Beachside II offers complimentary resort tram service, high-speed WIFI, keyless check-in, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Beachside II offers a seasonally heated swimming pool, a grassy lawn with BBQ grills, an on-site fitness center, and direct access to the beach via private boardwalk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach hut or bring them from home. Guests can enjoy all that The Resort has to offer. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts and basketball courts. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Climb aboard the Solaris dinner cruise boat for an extraordinary evening of live entertainment and fine dining. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. For those in need of a little rejuvenation a full-service spa is available. Jolee Island offers nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, and tree houses. Overall the property & stay was really great! They did a good job with all the updates and really maximized the space inside. The couch & bed were super comfy and everything was clean. The AC was super cold and worked great. The only thing it needed to be 100% perfect (especially bc of the price point), was some new cookware, like pans, silverware, & other kitchen utensils etc., since we like to cook, but that is a super easy fix. The property grounds are really well maintained, easy to get to and have everything you’d need for the beach. Definitely 5 stars & worth it overall! :)

The property was exactly as described! Clean, nicely/newly furnished beachfront condo with AMAZING views! The location was excellent, right across from Baytowne Wharf and near outlets. No long waits for elevators. Very short walk to the beach. If there was anything at all to complain about the only thing I can think of is that when the air kicked on, there was a musty smell that would blow out at first. We checked the air filters just to see and they were perfectly clean and looked to have just been replaced, so it is probably just within the unit or building itself. GREAT GREAT place to stay!

This property was excellent for our family. Beach views were spectacular. It’s a very safe place for a family to go on vacation. The property management let us into the condo early and we were so grateful. Personnel on the property were helpful and courteous. We loved the condo and its views! The condo was clean and neat and everything was brand new! There was easy beach access and you can rent chairs easily on the beach. There is even a hotdog stand and cocktail shack right on the beach by the complex! The only issue we had was with the toilet. It didn’t flush well and often had to be flushed more than once. Also, it would be helpful if there were instructions on how to operate the den television. We could not find the major channels. Overall, we would definitely recommend the condo and the complex!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this condo. We were sending messages to the property manager every day, sometimes multiple times will all the problems we had. Problems: water heater, washer, scheduled building water shutoff without notice from the property manager (9:00 am -4:00 pm one day). Not a fun way to celebrate your vacation. The location is good, and the condo complex is nice (old but nice), but the property owner does not maintain the property efficiently though. No hot water for most of the trip, and the washer and dryer overflowed all over the floor. Very inconvenient. The floor in front of the washer was very warped when we arrived also. We should have known there was a problem with the washer after seeing the poor condition of the floor, but there was no mention of unworking appliances. We sure got a surprise when water was all over the place. We called for assistance, but it took so long that we had to clean it all up ourselves. We never did get to wash clothes. Also, the HOA and the property management company don't talk to each other. Water was to be turned off to several floors one day during our stay, but it was not shared with us until we tried to get ready and had no water—a very Disappointing stay. The owner would only offer $50 for ALL the inconveniences. Disappointing. Don't be in the business if you can't take care of your guests!

The stay at this location was good our family. The location, property manager, space for family of 4, and check in process (user friendly app) was great and seamless. The cleanliness wasn't best as it relates to detail. The common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bedroom were clean. However, we have 4 people in our family and our intention was to use the pull our couch for our children. The extra pillows provided in the closet were not clean, so that made me question if the extra blanket and sheets were clean. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase new pillows and I traveled with clean sheets so we used those. In the bathroom the towel rack was not clean (hair was on it) and the shower mat that is stored in the drawer was not clean and had hair in it. So, I would recommend cleaning staff to check those areas, not every guest uses these items each stay but they must assume they have been used and clean them. Otherwise, you can't beat having an ocean/poolside view and easy access to the beach. Traveling with kids it is great to be able to get beach quick and easily.

Neal was very responsive and quickly addressed a few minor concerns that we found in our room. We stayed for five nights in this unit and we had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean, good sleeping bed. The unit was fully equipped and we even had a beach umbrella and a couple of beach chairs which the owner let us use. If we do this again next year, we will more than likely request this condo. Also, loved the key pad instead of having keys or a key card. Super idea because you never had to try to remember if you took your keys with you.

Property was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pictures of the view are perfect. We witnessed 4 weddings while there, one on Friday night with fire dancers etc, and three on Saturday. Great entertainment from the balcony. The resort was awesome, we enjoyed three of the golf courses and Baytown Village. The only negatives I can come up with are the super soft, uncomfortable, sink in bed and the lack of toilet paper. We had one started roll on the fixture and another partial roll, rewrapped under the sink. This was not enough for 9 nights. Perhaps if housekeeping makes sure the two rolls allotted are full that could would be a wonderful courtesy to provide a couple of beach chairs since the rental fee is $25/chair/day.

Exceeded Expectations
This property is even more beautiful in person. It was clean and the perfect size for the two of us. Check in was so easy, thanks to Bette's instructions. We could not have asked for a better location. We felt safe in the gated Sandestin community and we were close to everything we wanted to do. We just left yesterday but already want to come back!
