Overall we had a really good experience at this home & would come back. Having your own boat loading ramp was amazing and two docks was an absolute perk. Plenty of parking on site for multiple cars, trucks & boat trailers! Love that every bedroom has it's own bathroom and the place had a lot of seating for a large family gathering. The kitchens were NOT built for cooking for large parties & several of the appliances were not working. This made it difficult to have meals done on time but we were able to manage. Would recommend bringing your own pots & pans if you plan to cook and also bring lots of your own towels. The house only provides 2 shower towels per bathroom and NO beach towels. Overall we had an amazing time with family and you can tell the owners really care about the home & the comfort of those staying here. Hope to come back one day!!

We had ages 83 down to 2 and all in between and everyone had a great time. Lots of sitting room and places to play games. Private docks were definitely a plus. Quiet cove was great also. Perfect for family vacation

We were there with our Powerboat Offshore Race Team. We were there for the First Shootout Race at LOTO. This house not only was .3 miles from the Pit Area it was close to restaurants and grocery stores. This house did not disappoint! Everyone had a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Also there were 2 full baths off of both living rooms. The downstairs was Amazing! The sunken bar that sat 10-12 people with the 3 TVs, was the perfect location for our team meetings and to be able to watch our practices and races. So we could discuss our strategies and crew member's jobs for the race. The two kitchens made things so easy. The 2 laundry rooms (total 8 w/d) was perfect for all of the laundry we had after each work day. Each bedroom was done in a different Decor and very interesting. Every bathroom shower and counter was done in all granite. NO TILE! The boat ramp was utilized for one of our race boats. The flat property up top by the dumpster was a perfect place for the boat overnight. I would love to buy this house if it ever came out on the market, thats how much we loved this house. We hope to rent for the race next year. Can't wait!

The property was absolutely stunning as mentioned. Spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. 2 fully equipped kitchens with every appliance you could think of, so leave yours at home. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans available so you can leave those home as well. Per our guest, every bed was comfortable. Plenty of space to unwind and drift off in a quiet spot if we needed to. Both decks equipped with enough seating space to enjoy a meal outdoors. Friends enjoyed fishing on nice spacious dock. The coffee bar was the cutest little station to setup for coffee, donuts and breakfast pastries. Card and board games available. Laundry room on 1st floor and lower level very clean. The Sonos sound system was a big hit along with the beautiful drop-down bar. (Thanks for the ideas.) The host Connie was amazing, responded quickly to every question I had and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Her words to me were have fun, enjoy and that we did. Our stay was delightful, and the property exceeded our expectations. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I've posted a tour of the house, and everyone is asking for the information to book this house. We can't wait to return! Many thanks to the owners for renting out this amazing large home. This property is excellent! We had 7 women in our group and we never wanted to leave. The house has several gathering areas and all the bedrooms are secluded and private. Highly recommend!! The listing says there’s a hot tub but it’s actually a jacuzzi bathtub in one of the bathrooms. Not an actual hot tub.

This is an absolutely lovely property. We booked the place for a girls trip and it was wonderful. Plenty of space for eight people, all of whom had their own bedroom and bathroom. The decor is sleek, modern yet cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for cooking and serving meals. The weather was so cold that weekend, we never left the house! Yet we had a great time simply hanging out in this spacious, beautiful property. We will definitely book this place again!

It’s a great property that can accommodate a relatively large group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The internet needs to be better. It’s virtually non-existent in the lower level. Overall a great time!

The INCORRECT Wi-Fi name and password were initially sent to me. "LOLHI" which seemed odd at first. When we arrived at the property and tried connecting, the info was not found/not valid. Numerous attempts were made to the phone number provided for the Property Manager, Blake. My phone calls and voice message went Unanswered for a while. I then decided to TEXT and got a response finally! I was given totally different Wi-Fi log-in information. LAKETIME. How do you mix those two up?! Very "Undesirable" first impression of Management. No APOLOGY for the inconvenience nor EXPLANATION was offered on why or how the wrong info was provided from the beginning. LOLHI. Also, there was a bag of trash that was left in the lower private kitchen pantry upon my arrival at the property. BEWARE: If a problem arises, the property manager never answers the phone.

Perfect vacation lake house. Beautiful, very clean, quiet location. Beds and pillows very comfortable. We really appreciated a well stocked kitchen as far as utensils, cookware, dinnerware, etc. Great communications with owner/manager. Exceeded expectations!

Perfect property for our family of 13! The house was spacious, included 2 separate kitchens/living rooms, and 2 large decks with more than enough room to accommodate everyone. The house was tucked away in a cove which was great for swimming, fishing, and hanging out on the dock. Next to the dock was a boat slip with a short easy ride to the main lake. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the Ozarks!

The place was perfect for our party of 20. Easy access to anywhere on the property no matter where you are in or outside of the building. Surrounding neighbors were very welcoming. Bring your own life jackets if you plan to be on the water.

Property provided lots of areas for privacy and relaxation. Weather did not cooperate the first two days but the sun did shine. House is spotless and well equipped. I have never rented a house that had as many cooking utensils and pots and pans. Not a property for small children.

This is our Second year staying at this property and we are very pleased. There were enough bedrooms and space for everyone and plenty of room for Cooking. I just love the two full kitckens! This was amazing and perfect for a couples getaway. It was very convenient to have two kitchens with 3 dishwashers and ovens we really had a great time. The owners are very responsive and helpful. It could of been cleaner and there was a delivery of chairs that took up a lot of the upstairs living space. Would recommend to anyone with a big group!

We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving weekend and it was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need was provided for you. It was so nice that everyone had their own bedroom and direct access to a bathroom from their bedrooms. We would definitely go back.

All communication prior to arrival was top notch. After check-in, the communication was non-existent. The downstairs ceiling had a leak, and maintenance was sent out to fix right away, but there was no follow up or apology for the inconvenience. We had to clean both ovens, the entry floor, and the upstairs kitchen area. We communicated this, along with about 10 other items via email, still no response or apology as of today 11/12/2022. The cleaning fee is not on the lower end. Between the initial cleaning we did upon arrival to the extensive check-out procedures with cleaning after yourself (or you may be penalized by fees), it was extremely disappointing. The property is stunning. Location is great. I want to say this is a “one off” moment for the property owners/managers, and hope the review is met with an opportunity for improvement.

The house was great for a large group. The location was good and the house had a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house could have been a little cleaner and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on a couple of the TV’s in the bedrooms but overall it was great. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks!
