I really enjoyed my stay. The owner was very accommodating as I needed to extend my dates. Thank you!

We were in Guam supporting our son who was playing basketball for Australia in the U17 FIBA Oceania Championships in July 2017. This property gave us an affordable option instead of staying at a resort style property as this was a hastily booked holiday as we only had a bout 3 - 4 weeks notice of our son's selection. Outwardly the unit complex presented poorly from road but internally our unit was ok. It had recently been renovated with new floor tile, internal painting and new decor and bedding. The unit was fully airconditioned and had a flat screen tv together with wireless internet. Some disappointing things to note was the location of the washing facilities (outside of the complex and in the open air) and onsite carparking was an issue with no designated site for our unit. All in all it was a good place for our stay and was in close proximity to everything we needed including the basketball facilities.

This was truly a great home for me and my family. We were able to walk right next door to the best supermarket in island every night with my family and then on Wednesday night drive only a mile down the street to the famous Chamorro village night market. The bank of hawaii is also right down the street and made it easy to do our banking. The kids enjoyed the movie theater abs restaurants at the Agana shopping center which is less than a mile away. The best thing about this unit is that they have a property manager chris who is on site that is quick to answer our questions and help us when we need him. We stayed here for 3 weeks and the unit was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the wifi tv and fully equipped kitchen was also perfect. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Guam. It's affordable and a really great place to stay. Kudos to Asia and her team for making this vacation special for my family.

Stayed here with my family and I must say I was very impressed with the inside of this unit. When I first walked in the unit smelled really nice and inviting. The furniture was very comfortable and the setup felt very warm and cozy. The matress my wife and I slept on was really comfortable as well. Having a huge flat screen tv was a plus. The wifi worked easy and fast during our stay, and the unit even had a phone that we could use for free to make local
Phone calls. Chris the property manager lived two doors down and made it very convenient when we had any questions about Guam and where to go. He was very helpful. Asia was also quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. Our neighbors were very friendly and made us feel very welcoming as this was our very first visit to Guam. We walked to the Payless supermarket which was right next door to this apartment and made this place even more convenient. This was a plus especially for our kids who always wanted some kind of snack daily. Overall we had such a wonderful stay at this really inexpensive but very well designed apt that we will definitely be back again. Thank you chris and Asia for making our first visit to Guam such a memorable one! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to guam. My family and I are truly grateful for all the new friends we made on Guam and staying here was the ideal location to making our first visit to guam truly a special vacation.

Nice people, but late meeting us for check in, even after phone conversation. Apartment complex where unit is located is low-income area, although does not appear to be dangerous. Interior of unit looked modern and nice, much different from the outside. We dropped off our luggage and headed out for the day. When we returned after dark we were greeted by thousands of unwanted insect guests. At first it was only a highway of ants entering the back door, traversing the entire apartment, and eventually exiting the front door. As disturbing as this may be, this was only the beginning. I entered the kitchen to find it occupied by a plethora of roaches, large and small. Droppings and body parts on the counter, under the toaster, etc, around the sink, and all over the floor indicated a serious problem. Chris showed up quickly with bug spray, but this infestation was way beyond what could be handled while residents occupied the unit. We wanted to stay, but after a roach crawled out of the sofa and up my wife's back and shoulder, we quickly packed up our items and left. There was no way to convince us to return to the unit or others in the same complex as the trash filled alley behind the unit was sure to house untold quantities of creepy critters. Note that the owner refuses to refund the costs of the stay despite the acknowledged health hazards of this infestation.
As nice as these people are, the property appears to be mismanaged and we were told that there are simply bugs in Guam so a few critters should be expected. Even the inexpensive Days Inn does not have a critter problem like this, and no reputable property could ever survive like this. I trust they realize this and are taking steps to clean up the property. This property may be relatively inexpensive, just know what you're getting for the price.

This place was 300 ft from Payiess supermarket and Agana shopping center and Chamorro village was less than a mile away. Manager chris was very helpful. I found to be nice and very well decorated and most importantly clean. I will be back again. I really enjoyed staying here.

Great apartment that was spacious and very clean. Excellent location to the beach and downtown shopping.
Apartment had ample utensils and cookware. Designed well with new and comfortable furniture and beds. Big tv, good internet and local phone.
No problems. Good management and nice neighborhood. We'd stay here again for sure!

This was our second time to visit Guam and we were very excited that there was now a VRBO to choose from! This was a perfect apartment that was very clean and a great location. Close to shopping and great food options. The supermarket is within walking distance. Also, nice little markets to check out in the neighborhood.
The furniture was new and very comfortable. Very nicely decorated!! Beds were comfy! Plenty of room!
The Air conditioning worked great in all rooms. The kitchen had all we needed for dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. Saved lots of money being able to cook verses eating out every meal if we had done the hotel route.
It was so nice to walk in and the wi-fi and TV worked. (Last year we rented an apartment for 6 months after a week of staying a hotel) and we had to hook up the internet and never had a TV. The hotel we stayed in was awful and about $50 more a night! Super hard bed, TV in Japanese, smelled and no Internet. This VRBO was such a relief!
The online manager, Asia, was super easy to work with. She always responded in a timely manner. Chris is the property manager, and has been just great! He's made sure we had anything we needed and everything was in proper working condition.
Short or long stay I would highly recommend this location for your rental needs. We are coming back!
(Also, please note I have a VRBO in Colorado, so from a VRBO home owners side, I couldn't have been happier!)
Thank you Asia & Chris!

Chris was very helpful and the apartment was clean, conveniently located and we would be happy to stay here again. The families that lived in the other apartments in the building were quite friendly to us. We liked the fact that it was very different from a downtown hotel experience.
