Start to finish, super easy process and accurate listing! Gil’s property is perfect for large families/groups with tons of space and storage. A well-apportioned kitchen had everything g we needed to enjoy a home cooked breakfast and dinner every night. The Steep brewery on the ground floor had great coffee in the morning and refreshing adult beverages after a long day on the slopes.
Although it’s on the shuttle route, it’s an easy walk to both base locations. Plenty of on-site parking, easy check in and out process, what more could you ask for?
Gil is also a super communicator. Any time we had a question, he responded right away! Will definitely stay here again!

We had 3 families and the condo worked great for us with the location to keystone! Would stay her again in the future!

The condo worked our perfectly for our family. There ended up being 7 of us, and my kids are all adults, so the bedrooms/bathrooms worked out great. Bedding was hotel quality, plenty of towels, having the washer/dryer was a plus. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. Shuttle worked out great for getting to the mountain to ski. Overall, it was perfect.

was a comfortable space for our group but if you have more than 8 or 9 adults it gets a bit tight. 4 bathrooms is a plus! Walk to slopes possible but is a bit of a hike in all the gear. Was clean and fairly well stocked. Place was stingy on supplies provided by the management company. All in all worked well for our week

The condo was a great setup, and as advertised. It was clean when we checked in, and a great location. Its a quick walk to town in regular shoes, a bit far if you are carrying skis but the shuttle to the slopes was great. The unit is stocked with anything you need to cook. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding.
The main issues we had were the temperature - its quite uneven. The heat sensor is in the main room and if you leave that at a comfortable temperature the downstairs bedrooms become sweltering hot. If you lower the temperature though to make the bedrooms comfortable, then the upstairs rooms and main room become cold. Also the unit had a broom but no dust-pan or vacuum so while it was clean when we got there, we had a hard time maintaining it.

Close to everything. Very convenient and easy to check in/out. Covered parking was a bonus along with accommodations.

Overall was a great place to stay in Keystone. Could walk to the gondola and had a brewery on the main floor. Some issues getting into the building and difficult to navigate working with owner versus property manager. Cable did not work well in the living room while we were there.

Place worked well for a family ski trip

The property, itself, is very dated, but at least offered a warm place to rest after a day out on the slopes. Very disappointed in the response from the Maintenance or Managing company as the kitchen light was not working on arrival. Texted owner/ no response; called Management- no response. Called Management again on day two but nothing was done to fix light (which was NOT a bulb problem) and made it very hard to cook in extremely dark area. My daughter requested, well in advance, to rent a pack-n-play and high chair for the eight-month old but after a long day in airports, driving from Denver on what should have been two hours, but took over four due to winter road conditions/closed highways, we arrived to find no baby bed. I assure you I will never spend this amount on a unit that does not really care if the patron has a great visit. It’s obvious that once VRBO and the owner get their payments, nothing else matters There are many other vacation opportunities and in the future, that is how we will travel!!

Property was great, good location and access to the mountain! Just a couple of items: overhead fluorescent light in kitchen not working, hard to cook in the dark, reported it three times, but nothing was corrected. Thermostat was for looks only, no way to control the heat, extremely hot and uncomfortable!

Great property to stay with kids. The unit was well furnished and in great shape. The many bathrooms are very convenient. Parking was not a problem, just follow instructions. Walkable to the mountain. Kids loved the pool.

Amazed of how spacious the rooms and bathrooms are for a loft. Great location with ease access to the resort, restaurants, shops … either by walking or by car.

Our family had a great, comfortable stay. Walking distance to River Run shops and ski shuttle. Plenty of room for 8-10 people.

Overall, very satisfied with this property, although I have a minor knock on the ad. It lists the property as "air conditioned", and there is a small portable AC unit in the living room area, but that is not near sufficient to cool this place, plus a large window has to be opened to exhaust the hot air. This was not really a problem, as evening temps were in the 40's and there were plenty of fans available, merely a comment. This really was a nice property, and we enjoyed our stay here.

Gil's place was perfectly located within walking distance a great restaurants, the resort and entertainment. The unit was very spacious. Gil's communication was superb. Anytime I messaged him he responded within minutes. Highly recommend!

The unit itself was spacious with the 4 bedrooms and baths for our group of 8. We absolutely loved the large round dining table that can seat 8 for dinner!
Unfortunately, although the unit was described as having an "AC unit and a high CFM ceiling fan provided to aid in cooling summer cooling on a rare really hot day," it was highly inadequate to cool the entire condo, which is on the third floor. There was a portable A/C unit in the living room; however, all the bedrooms were very warm which meant the need to have the windows open. Problem was: with the windows open and the condo unit facing highway 6, traffic (especially trucks that are unable to enter the I-70 tunnel) come whizzing by at all hours, day and night. So the choice was to either sleep with the windows shut in a hot room, or keep the windows open to stay cool, but get awakened throughout the night by trucks and car barrelling by. It was pretty bad and we all struggled to get a good night's sleep. I suppose during most of the year this would not be an issue because the windows would remain closed. But it was an issue in July. There were portable fans available but all but one were about as loud as the trucks. Really unusable.
It was nice having an underground garage with elevator access for parking - just be aware that there is a height restriction to enter the garage so if you have a car-top carrier (which one of us did), you cannot enter.
Having a code to enter the building and condo made things easy for everyone to enter without passing around a key, so that was great.
This condo unit does need some maintenance and we alerted Summit County Mountain Retreats about the problems. There is an easy way to contact them if you are experiencing a problem during your stay, and they were very responsive. We appreciated that.
All in all, we had a great family time, despite these issue. But next time, we know to ask a few more questions before renting.

This property really does have it all. With 4 Adults and Spouses the 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms made the stay seem like you had your own hotel room. You had privacy when you wanted it and a large living area to gather. The space was clean and location perfect.

Great location and plenty of room for our large family. About 12 minute walk from front door to gondola. We rented a locker and walked in our snow boots to lift- worked out well.

This property was perfect for my family! We were in town for my son's wedding and had lots of room for everyone!!! The best was each bedroom having their own bathroom when it was time to get ready for the event!!!
Thank you!!

Overall the building was dated with the exception of the lobby. Door locks didn’t work for main building or pool door. We had to find maintenance or management to let us in each time.

We had 7 family members stay. 4 bedroom & 4 bath so everyone was comfortable. Only a short walk to the slopes!

great, place and plenty of room for a big family

The condo was perfect for our needs. We are hoping to book it again and bring our husbands. The only issue we had was both hairdryers in the upstairs bedrooms didn't work. They actually started popping and smoking! And in bedroom 3 the sink doesn't drain.
3.0 / 5.0
This condo was quite dated i.e. broken drawers, non-functional shades, dirty walls that desperately needed a new coat of paint, carpet that was loaded with stains.
It was right off the highway, so if you opened windows the noise was cumbersome.
Otherwise, the layout was quite nice and roomy and it had all the supplies needed.

My family enjoyed this beautiful 4 bedroom condo. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everyone had their own bathroom, which was great. Even had a nice sized loft with TV and sofa bed. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The only disappointing thing was that the pool and hot tub in this condo was very small and had an over powering smell of chlorine. Because it rained during the time that we were there, we were hoping to use the pool; but it was just too small to enjoy.

Overall, the lodging was adequate for our family's needs. We had three different families, so the four bedrooms plus loft (and four full bathrooms) allowed everyone privacy and space. The location was convenient to keystone village and all the fun shopping, dining and activities for the whole family. There is a great bike/walking/running path behind the building, which is absolutely beautiful, and runs along the river!! The kitchen was well-stocked. Only complaint was that the sink in the upstair bathroom was leaky and slow draining. Additionally, the clothes washer worked, but the dryer did not. We had to pay to use the building's public dryer downstairs. The management company should evaluate the state of appliances, window blinds (some were broken), and general condition of the unit more frequently to ensure that these easily fixable things are taken care of. Overall though, we'd definitely stay there again.

We spent five nights at this beautiful Keystone property and greatly enjoyed our stay. Our group consisted of five adults, one teenage boy, and two younger boys. There was plenty of space for all of us and lots to do in the immediate area. We especially appreciated having so many bathrooms!
