We had a great time in sunny Florida. The house was clean and the pool was warm and clean. Any store or restaurant was within walking distance or a very short ride. The ride to sanibel beach was not bad at all. Especially at the 5 o’clock hour when the sun isn’t so strong. The traffic was going the other way and the sunset is beautiful. My only issue was that we would have been feeling more safe with a chain lock on the door where my little ones can’t reach. They were able to open the doors so it was a bit stressful at times with the kids overnight wondering if they got out the door. Another thing was that we didn’t realize the house was a duplex until after I booked it. It ended up perfectly fine and the neighbors didn’t bother us at all but was a surprise at first. Also when I went to check out on paying for the vacation I didn’t realize at first that there was an extra charge for each person staying which made the price just about double what I thought it was. I payed half as much last year for another house similar that was a single family house. I did appreciate the bucket and pails for the kids when they went to the beach. I also appreciated them partly childproofing the house and moving the breakable objects. We didn’t have to move much at all when we got there . Overall we had a great time and we did not want to leave . We had a great time at bowmans beach, lakes park and Naples zoo and the pool was wonderful too!

I really like the house, good neighborhood, close to everything, just I think it was very expensive, and I tried to get and extra day and wow overrate just one night .

Very nice place. Owner was prompt with any questions. He even gave us mangos to enjoy. Would stay here again

This place was extremely cute! And very clean the neighborhood was nice and quiet and our neighbors were really friendly! The property owner was very nice and professional during interactions!

This was a nice place to stay and have a pool for entertainment while we cooked. We are a family that is financially minded, so we can take multiple vacations a year. Thus, we cook as many meals as possible at the houses we stay. That said, the kitchen could use updates as pans are old and coating is flaking, which is not healthy. Cleanliness could use some work as floors were dirty. Not sure if it was the area rugs or the floor, but my feet picked up dirt when walking barefoot.

House was ok - very dated. Could use a little more cleaning. Owner was pleasant, VRBO messed up search with number of people and rate. Charge a lot more than expected.

The unit was comfortable for our stay; conveniently located for our son’s college baseball showcase events in Fort Myers; Sabrina was terrific - responsive & friendly. Our only surprise was that it’s a duplex with a shared pool. May we suggest that it’s more clearly & directly stated in the property description? Otherwise, good stay!

Everything was as shown on the site and perfect for our needs.

Another great stay , this place was not only very clean, we had a lot of fun playing volleyball in the pool , walking distance to a lot of restaurants and night clubs. I will come and stay again ! Thank you Lonny & Kathy for allowing us to stay in your home!

Me and my friends played in the pool and BBQ pool side all weekend. We had a great time!! Going home with a great tan.

This property was on the small size but met all our needs. The pool was great and we really lucked out with the weather. Very good location for entertainment and restaurants. On a busy street so not very peaceful. We had a problem with dirty screens and ants, but this was immediately taken care of. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses, adding some sharp knives in the kitchen, adding tv to bedrooms and tv channels.

A bit dated, but decent for our needs. Beds were comfortable. It's attached to another property, which I was unaware of, but it didn't effect our stay. It's near a busy street, this didn't effect sleeping, just noisy while outside. It's on the very end of a canal, which seemed to be where all liter gathered. We never sat by the canal, it was pretty gross. The pool was warm and nice. Very basic channels, couldn't watch the bowl games, no ESPN. Internet connection was very spotty while outside. There are good restaurants and bars in the area.

I really needed time to get away and enjoy quality time with my family, not only is this place in a private area, but it was accommodating for all of our needs! Nice big pool and the temperature was just right.we also played volleyball! a new grill that we used the whole time, and we rented kayaks me and the kids had such a relaxing wonderful time! It is a really nice place to stay and I will be booking with this company from now On! Glad I could find something as nice as this!

The villa was very spacious and would be great for a family or a few couples. We enjoyed the large lanai and pool. However, it is located next to a busy road which made it quite noisy. The other issues are that the window blinds are very thin so you’re going to be an early riser whether you like it or not. It also was not especially clean & floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Suggest they get a new cleaning crew.

House met are minimal needs. Cleaning fee seemed high.

Great location awesome pool! Kids loved it. Nice to be on canal and watch fish jump too Had some plumbing issues but owners had fixed immediately

Property is good for families and kids. Lots of room for sleeping. Kitchen is a little cramped but we would always grab our food and head out to the lanai. Does need a deep cleaning though. Bathrooms needed some work and the floor was not the cleanest. Also some tripping hazards at night. This could be taken care of with a couple night lights. Traffic along busy street was noticeable at night but didn't keep me awake. Was able to rent a boat and dock right in the back. Overall a good deal and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The screened in porch and pool area were lovely. The pool was warm and relaxing. We enjoyed being out there as the sun set. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy. It's a little dated and not fancy, but it fit our needs perfectly. The area was safe with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Just a short drive down the road was a beach on the river with a fun tiki hut bar and pier. Neighbors were nice too. Thanks. Ellen

Good place to stay for a laid back vacation. There are 2 units so the pool and patio you have to share, but that is/was not a big deal. The owners are very responsive.

Great - pool was great as was the outside eating area. Grill was used to grill fresh fish and shrimp.

The villa on Victoria Drive was in a great location. The 7 Eleven was a block down, the Winn Dixie super market was 8 blocks away and several restaurants and bars near by. The salt water pool and lanai were lovely and we enjoyed visiting with the couple in the adjoining villa when we all gathered at the pool. The villa is on the corner of a major thoroughfare, so there is lots of street noise when you are outside. My brother, sister-in-law, husband and myself spent much time in the new addition that adjoined the lanai. It held the queen and full beds and extra living room furniture. With that being said, the villa needed some upkeep. The handbook with numbers to call for help needs updated. The listed number I kept calling was in Minnesota. The listed local number was for a gentleman who never responded to my call. I must commend Antoinette and Kristian, the young women who were contacted by the owners and who responded to our requests. I got their number from our neighbors for future reference and added their names and number to the hand book. They were very polite and accommodating. We discovered on our first full day there that the water filter in the frig needed replaced. In the process of replacing the filter, we were informed that the washing machine had overflowed for the previous tenants and would require repair. The pool heater was not working, the front porch and lanai lights and fans did not work. We only had 3 hand towels and 3 washcloths and no dish washing cloths. When I reported the problems, they were immediately addressed and arrangements were made for repair. We did get another hand towel and dish cloth, but I never did get a wash cloth. On our second Tuesday, we had friends over for a cook out and to swim. In the middle of the afternoon, Antoinette and a man came to treat the pool and we were asked to vacate the pool and stay out for 30 minutes. When we asked twice if it could be done later or if we could do it ourselves after our company left, we were told no. We understand that the pool needed treatment, but it would have been nice if it could have been scheduled later in the afternoon. The bathrooms need to be updated and polished up a bit. There is rust in the shower and bathtub. As others have mentioned, your bare feet will be black due to tile floors. That just can’t be helped. We enjoyed our two weeks and it was a convenient location, but the property needs better maintenance.

We really liked the property and thought it had just about everything we needed. Although I think it would be nice to have a TV in the front King bedroom. Beds were comfortable too. Great to have your own heated pool. Short walk to the Yacht Club, Boathouse Tiki Bar and a brewery or two. Lots of restaurants in the general vicinity. We loved sitting down on the chairs by the water at night.

The place was nice had great attributes, could use a little updating in some aspects but overall was a great unit at a great price.

Centrally located to all the best spots. Very clean, and extremely nice caretakers.

The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. I loved the pool since I love to swim. Overall I would recommend this place to stay.

I was pleasantly suprised how quiet the neighborhood was except your usual smalltown traffic. Did not know it was a side by side townhome but did not even notice when we did have neighbors staying next door. We indulged in the heated saltwater pool after a long day of going out every evening. There was also always something new to discover while hanging out on the dock every morning. All tile floors made it easier for cleanup especially with kids. Oversized couches were a plus. Beds were comfy but corners on one of the footboards was a bit pointy... especially felt in the dark. This place was perfect for our family of 5. Jack, the groundskeeper, introduced himself and made sure we were all settled in ok. He is a friendly dude who you can tell cares for the property very well and is very attentative to anything you may need help with while still maintaining a level of professionalism. We would definitely come back & stay here the next time we visit this area.
