Location, location, location. The Village at Breckenridge is just steps from Peak 9 skiing with a plan for a new Gondola opening next door for possibly the 2025/2026 season. We are next to the Breckenridge ski school with more ski school sites again coming in possibly 2025/2026. We are less than one block to 7 blocks of the vibrant Main Street of downtown Breckenridge. For summer fun, just steps to hiking trails through the ski area and the streams running into the Maggie Pond.
- 150 steps to 7 blocks of Main Street shops and restaurants
- 50 steps to the Peak 9 Quicksilver ski lift and the beginner ski hill. Vail is planning a Gondola to be added as early as 25/26 season with more ski school activities on Peak 9!

- Ski Rental located on first floor (Christy Sports, 3 others that rent ski's and bikes for summer less than 50 steps away). Christy is in our building and will store personal skis overnight (not boots or poles). We do have ski rack and a bench in the unit.
- 20 steps to the Maggie Restaurant and Bar, Sauce on the Maggie Restaurant and Bar and Cabin Juice Restaurant and bar
-20 steps to Rocket Fizz Candy shop and old school gaming arcade
Beautifully decorated with a contemporary nod to Breckenridge's mining history. Sleek tile floors, a beautifully redone kitchen with a fantastic granite bar area, new stainless steel appliances and a clean contemporary feel. No expenses were spared in upgrading this unit, from the top of the line cherry cabinets to sound proofing insulation added to the ceilings and common wall in the bedroom. A comfortable king size log bed, a pull down queen size gel mattress murphy bed and foam queen mattress in the pull out sofa provide comfortable sleeping space for six. The open kitchen, dining, living room are highlighted by a lighted coffered ceiling and a sleek wood burning fireplace. Cable on flat panel tv's in the living room and bedroom and free internet are there when you are ready to wind down from a day of skiing or hiking. Housekeeping is using sheeting to cover the comforter so that the king size bed in the master has a fresh set of sheets covering the comforter with every guest.
Check in with ease at the 24 hour Village front desk, self park in the underground heated garage for a fee )check with owner for availability and rates that vary by season). An overnight City lot is also available 4 blocks away at the local ice skating rink or one off the shuttle bus line at the airport lot for various overnight charges for extra cars. Rates can be found at Breckpark.com. A small business center is in the lobby for your computer/printing needs.

If medical attention is needed during ski season, the medical center is conveniently located adjacent to the lobby of our building. During the summer (and winter) there is also a 24/7 emergency hospital about 10 miles north of Breckenridge in Frisco. Visit the bar, coffee shop and restaurant at Gravity Haus just outside the lobby door or the Italian restaurant “Sauce on the Maggie” in the plaza. A great candy shop Rocket Fizz” and game arcade are also in the plaza.

Visited Breckenridge to watch our son participate in the Leadville race. The condo was at a great location to walk into town and to hike on the slopes and only 40 minutes from Leadville.

The listing was exactly as described. Great location, and nice to have access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Thanks!

Spacious one bedroom, nice facilities, and great location. The host is very responsive and super helpful.

Perfect place for our family of 5 to stay while visiting Breckenridge! The place looked nice online, and was even nicer in person. The host was very responsive and great at helping me with some questions when planning our visit. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was stocked with everything needed. Location was perfect as well- walking distance to everything. Very nice place.

The condo itself was in great condition, very clean and cozy. The location is also perhaps the best of any place in Breck. Literally 30 steps from the condo to the main Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. Not even a block away from where Main St starts. Didn’t need a vehicle as everything is in walking distance including the local market for groceries. Overall perfect stay and excellent attentive host.

Had a great time at the Village at Breck.
Communication with the owners was very efficient and quick, gave prompt and complete responses to all my requests.
Staying at the Village at Breckenridge was awesome.
- 2 minute walk to the slopes, restaurants, mini market
- 3 ski rental places walking distance
- awesome facilities: heated garage, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, oxygen bar, housekeeping (for a fee) and more
- Very close to main street restaurants and shops
The apartment was also great
- Very comfortable beds, both the king bed, the murphy bed and the sofa bed
- All kitchen appliances worked well
- Wifi was strong and stable
The only downside was that it doesn't have A/C, and the provided fans were very noisy. Had to buy a quieter one, but opening the balcony door also helped
Overall, would definitely repeat.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and it never disappoints! The place is very clean, updated and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the temperature of the unit is easily managed and there is plenty of water pressure and hot water. The unit has a nice view of the mountains and is a 2 minute walk to Main Street, so it's easy to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. Getting to the slopes is easy as well - simply take the elevator down and it's a short walk to Peak 9 Quicksilver Chair Lift. If you're looking for a great and cozy ski condo, rest easy that you will love this place.

Spacious and very clean one bedroom property. Love the proximity to the lifts. Kitchen was large enough if you wanted to cook, but you’re also a short five minute walk or less to Main Street.

I love staying here. This place has everything that you need for your ski vacation. The condo 2604 was amazing and clean, I was trying to book it again for April but it was already booked. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the parking is $50 a day.

Came to Breckenridge for our annual fall getaway and stayed at this well appointed, conveniently located VRBO. It was the perfect spot to adventure out to wonderful hikes and gorgeous fall color. Perfect to come home to after a day of hiking, grab a shower and then head out to the restaurants of Breckinridge for dinner (all just a short walk away). This VRBO owner did an exceptional job communicating with me and making our stay seamless. Thanks for the magical stay!!

Perfect place to stay for a summer vacation. Beautiful condo in a central location. Wendy was very communicative and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this!

Great location and amenities. HOA is working on new key and parking system. Our parking tag did not work. It seemed like a lot of others had similar problems. However, when we reported it to the front desk, they credited us our parking fee which was very generous. I sure once the bugs are worked out, the system will be convenient. The owners were very helpful.

This property was in a resort within walking distance from many attractions. The property itself was great, and there were many amenities including multiple hot tubs

This condo had everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was perfect, our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and everything was clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Breckenridge!

Place was beautiful, clean, well maintained. Communication with the property manager was above and beyond. We did have a slight issue with check in, room wasn't ready until about 30 mins after check in time. And then they sent us to the wrong building. Minor hiccup, rest of the weekend was great!

We really enjoyed this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location really couldn't have been better. The building itself is the closest to the lift, AND the unit is right by the elevator. The short distance was so important when lugging skis and wearing ski boots. Main Street was very close & we liked being able to walk to dinner every night. The owner was really friendly, responsive and professional. It was our first time to Breckenridge, but when we come back, we'd absolutely stay in this condo again!
