EACH BEDROOM SUITE IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with more than 12 feet a part with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan and layout design! So important!
Our home is the only property that offers UP to 13* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* with a maximum of up to 20 guests with proper booking approval.
Great for golf, baseball and tennis groups as well as an extended family stays with friends or colleagues when individual sleeping accommodations are desired.
For the bookings less than 20* guests 5 bedroom suites and 3 full baths are included with 10 beds to share, but depending on the reservation's group size.
We welcome smaller and larger groups!
Inquire about 6th suite/4th full bath upgrade to a lock off apartment suite rates to add 3 more queen beds to include total of 13 individual beds, if desired. Rates varie based on season and number of default guests on the reservation or inquire.

The property is very nice and clean. There is plenty of room for a group. Great stay and the owner was quick to answer questions we had. The only issue we had was with the pool. It never warmed up enough to swim in.

Great property for our specific needs - close to Surprise where parents live - and the entire family flew in to spend Easter together. Clean, plenty of room, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. The responsiveness by Anastasia, property manager, was outstanding.

The house was immaculate, the kitchen was incredibly well equipped with every tool and appliance needed. We had a group of 10 with ages 10 to 70+, and everyone loved it. At one point we were all in the pool! The pool temp is adjustable, which was fantastic as we had a few cool nights with a couple early morning swimmers. Anastasia was so receptive to our few questions and replied quickly each time. Would recommend without hesitation.

Everything was very nice. Anastasia, the owner, was available and very responsive to my questions. She even left a birthday card for me! A thoughtful touch! My family really felt relaxed and at home.

The Palazzo Toscano is a beautiful home located in the Surprise/Wadell, AZ area. The host, Anastasia, is very attentive and responsive to inquiries, questions, and any on-site concerns. Our group of 10 women tennis players enjoyed 4 nights at the home recently.
The home and an additional apartment space can accommodate up to 20 people. We opted to rent only the home for the 10 women. Although the house space, without the apartment, does have beds for 10 people, the layout of the bedrooms/baths, was somewhat compressed with 10 adults trying to share the bathroom spaces. For a family, or even 2-3 families, with younger children, the space would probably be just fine. The consensus with our group is that the house space alone would be most appropriate for 8 adults vs. 10.
The property has LOVELY grounds, complete with pool, hot tub, fountains, BBQ and outdoor patio and dining areas.
The interior space has a very pleasant area to relax, visit, watch TV, etc, as well as several spacious casual and more formal dining areas.

Beautiful home and pool! The pool was warm, which was wonderful for November. The house fit our extended family perfectly even for a big Thanksgiving meal. The location was quiet. Anastasia was very responsive when we contacted her with questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It was the perfect place for our tennis team. The house is extremely spacious, was spotlessly clean and the host was beyond perfect with prompt and clear communication. Would definitely come back again!

Everything we had hoped for! Spacious, clean, great bed configurations, beautiful bathrooms, large kitchen, and excellent outdoor patio with pool/spa. Anastasia was super helpful, answered all our questions, and never let even 5 minutes pass without responding. We loved our stay and recommend whole-heatedly!

Tennis team had plenty of space to enjoy this lovely home! We had enough beds for 13, can accommodate more if share beds or use air mattress. It was the perfect home for our team playing at the Surprise tennis center. We were able to enjoy large pool between matches. Anastasia was very responsive and welcoming.

Golf Trip
We had 13 guys stay at the house and everyone had their own bed and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the place. Never had to drive more than 30 minutes to a golf course.

There were some good things about this property as well as some things that need to be addressed. Overall, this house can support a large group of people and was "fine". The kitchen/great room area is great for large groups. Easy to socialize together. The beds were comfortable. The amount of bedrooms listed does not meet what was offered. We were offered a 5 bedroom home, plus a 6th apartment, plus a "bonus room upstairs with a queen bed". There was no bonus room upstairs with a queen bed. Also the 5th bedroom is not a true bedroom....it is a living area turned into a bedroom (that does not have a door) right next to the front entry door. Some of the furniture needs some attention as there were clear areas that were soiled. Each guest only gets 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel so you are responsible to launder your towels between use. No extra linens could be found. We ran out of TP within the first 2 days and had to go out and buy our own. The kitchen had seasoning, but no salt and pepper. The downstairs shower did not have a curtain and the drain didn't drain well causing a pool of water while showering. The refrigerator did not adequately hold temperature. The pool is nice, but it is way smaller than how it appears in the picture. Lastly, it is odd that the owner has to meet you in person upon check in. I've rented several times through VRBO and have never had to meet an owner. I am used to an automated check in process. If I wasn't traveling with such a large group this would have made me very uncomfortable.

Also the 5th bedroom is not a true bedroom....it is a living area turned into a bedroom (that does not have a door) right next to the front entry door. Some of the furniture needs some attention as there were clear areas that were soiled. Each guest only gets 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel so you are responsible to launder your towels between use. No extra linens could be found. We ran out of TP within the first 2 days and had to go out and buy our own. The kitchen had seasoning, but no salt and pepper. The downstairs shower did not have a curtain and the drain didn't drain well causing a pool of water while showering. The refrigerator did not adequately hold temperature. The pool is nice, but it is way smaller than how it appears in the picture. Lastly, it is odd that the owner has to meet you in person upon check in. I've rented several times through VRBO and have never had to meet an owner. I am used to an automated check in process. If I wasn't traveling with such a large group this would have made me very uncomfortable.

Beautiful Home!
The home was more than we could have imagined, pictures don’t do it justice. My family and I had so much enjoying the home all weekend. The pool and spa were perfect! Anastasia is such a great host and very communicative. She was always available when I had questions. I would rate this home 10/10. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Place for Family Gathering
The property was a perfect place for my family and I. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The home fit all of us comfortably and we even had extra beds. We stayed at the home for most of the time and enjoyed the large kitchen as we were all able to eat together.

Great home for families
Very comfortable and beautiful home in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The heated pool and hot tub were great. If you're planning to prepare and cook a lot of food, bring your own knives as the knives in the kitchen are dull. Be careful with the hot water at sinks and showers as it gets extremely hot. Otherwise, we loved our stay at this home!

This is a very nice house that can comfortably accommodate a large group. It was very clean and very well-organized. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. The inner courtyard is lovely, as is the back yard.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We enjoyed daily hikes at White Tank Regional Park which was a very short drive away.
Shout out to Anastasia for getting us the basketball channels so that we could watch our team in March Madness!

Stayed at the house with a group of 12 who were traveling to play golf in the Phoenix area. The house worked great and was as advertised. There was some initial confusion around how many beds were available for the advertised price, but we were able to work that out after we agreed to pay more for the additional apartment suite within the house.
The house worked great for what we used it for - mostly just sleeping and relaxing by the pool / spa in the evening.

Didn't want to leave!
When we opened the front door and looked inside, the oohs and aahs were NOT quiet. We truly had a spectacular time. Praying it will be open the next time we venture down to AZ. The pool/spa were used for hours daily, as the large island was filled with food for the boys. The kitchen had nice pans to cook for a crowd and the pantry kept the space tidy.
Loved the layout of the house, the rooms were spacious with quality linens on them and the common area was so relaxing. Hope to visit soon! If there was a place for 10 stars...it was sure TOP NOTCH. The host was attentive and quick to respond to questions!

Wonderful Getaway!
The home was beautiful! We had a great holiday just hanging out at the home! Spent much of the time in the pool and hot tub! Anastasia delivered on all of her promises and was quick to respond to our texts! Home was in a quiet neighborhood. It was a bit far away to places we planned to visit - but we knew this when we booked this home! We would definitely book this home again!

Great for 20 people!
We rented for 20 people at Palazzo Tuscano because we wanted accommodations for our children and grandchildren to be together in celebration of our 50th Anniversary. It was a perfect setting for our time together and because we rented the apartment there was plenty of room for all. Our kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and spa which they used every day. With grandkids ranging from 8 to 18 years of age, the majority of them being teenagers, we were astounded that we never ran out of hot water, even though, in addition to daily showers, we ran the dishwasher twice a day and used the washing machine daily for laundry. We found that being away from the city was an advantage and our family enjoyed several hikes in the very close White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Our host, Anastasia, was so hospitable and VERY accessible, answering instantly whenever we called with a question. Palazzo Tuscano was a perfect place for our family reunion and we recommend it highly to anyone needing a spacious place for a “get away”.

Wonderful Property
Absolutely wonderful stay! Our family got together for Christmas and could not have stayed at a better property. The kids spent every minute that they could in the pool. I’ve stayed in other rental homes, and this one felt comfortable and “homey”. Anastasia could not have been nicer or more accommodating! If we ever need to stay in the area again, we will be renting this home again.
