Just like home!
This condo is just like home. With the heated pool & spa the kids had a great time when they were not at the beach. We were able to BBQ on the gas grill & have home cooked meals while enjoying Capitola and the surrounding areas! It was the perfect location to relax get around to all the Santa Cruz area attractions.

Wonderful!
Great location, close to beaches and easy ride to all the activities on beautiful Monterey Bay. Condo was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for 4 weeks in January and really enjoyed the hot tub.

Great experience
We had a blast. So easy to get around Capitola, Soquel, and Aptos from this central location. We hiked, biked, fished, spent sunny days on beach, went to movies in the park, street fairs, farmers markets, taco tuesdays, concerts on the esplanade... and, the kids swam in the pool every chance they got. Met several very friendly people around the complex. Everyone is happy, as well as they should be. I think this area is really the best California has to offer. The condo was ideal, especially proximity to pool/spa. Everything about it was easy and comfortable. Hope to return soon.

Relaxing Getaway!
Love staying here! The pool is steps away from the patio, very convenient! The condo it's self has everything you need for your trip, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathroom, bbq, 1 garage to park in. This area of Aptos, Capitola has the best weather! Farmers market at Capitola college is Mims away. So it's Capitola beach and Aptos beach. So much to do if you desire!

Family visit
We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was very comfortable and ideal for our family visit. Also only a few minutes from our family and from the centre of Capitola. We were a little disappointed the pool was unheated and so cold it was unusable. However the hot tub was very nice.

Close to everything fun
We really enjoy the comforts of the condo. The pool and hot tub are right next to the condo for easy assess. We also like to take bike rides into Capitola for dining and shopping.

Thank you!
Great condo! Clean, but smelled of cat urine in some parts of the place. Nice kitchen and patio! Close to the beach.

Anniversary Weekend
We love our time in Santa Cruz and especially at Meg's relaxing condo. The weather was amazing and we spent the weekend just enjoying our time. Thank you Meg for having such a great place and great location! Location, location, location! :)

Happy in Aptos
This was the 2nd summer season we spent at this wonderful condo. As soon as we entered , we
felt relaxed, comfortable and at home. (We enjoyed the new flat screen TV )
There is easy access to beaches, shopping at 41st street, and dining in Capitola, Santa Cruz and Aptos. Can't beat the location. If you enjoy outdoor farmer's markets, there is a Saturday morning market within walking distance from the condo at Cabrillo College and one on Sunday morning at Seascape which is minutes away by car.
The pool and hot tub are steps away from the condo. This was a big plus for us.
We were able to grill outside on the private patio and enjoy a quiet dinner when we wanted to.
Having our own garage was great after a leisurely day at the beach or coming home with packages.
This condo location afforded us plenty of relaxation and recreation. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay,
which we look forward to repeating again and again. It would be a great stay in any season!

Great place, great location
We had such a great stay at this vacation rental! It is close to everything, including lots of dining and activity options. While staying here we went to the beach, the Boardwalk, the Mystery Spot, and even over the hill to Great America. It feels very central and close to everything. The BEST part for our family was the unit's proximity to the pool. You literally go out the gate on the back patio and you are at the pool. We stayed here with two kids (ages 5 & 7), and we were thrilled to spend almost every afternoon at the pool throughout our entire stay. The unit itself is nice as well, with a big master suite, two bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with all the items we needed to prepare meals. This is a great place, and we're definitely hoping to be able to stay here again!

We love this spacious, welcoming condo!
My wife, her mother, and I stayed at this condo in June 2011. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Every time we came back to it after going out, it felt like coming home.
The condo is spacious and beautifully appointed, with paintings and other objects of art. The master bedroom has a comfortable bed and its own master bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. There are TVs in both bedrooms.
The condo is immaculately clean; the kitchen and dining area are furnished with all the dishware, cups, glasses, utensils and appliances we could need, including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster--and a uniquely amusing corkscrew wine-opener. There are even coffee-table books about the history of Santa Cruz and brochures from area points of interest.
The owner’s emails were prompt, friendly and welcoming; the directions were clear, and it was simple to receive and return the keys. We were given contact phone numbers in case we needed anything. But we never did need anything.
The condo is on the ground floor (no steps) in a quiet condominium complex; the condo has a garage and there are outdoor parking spaces too. The pool is around the corner, just a few steps away.
It is located in Aptos, near the quiet road leading to Cabrillo College, which must be up the road somewhere, out of sight. Access to and from the freeway (Highway 1) was easy. There is a shopping center with a supermarket, CVS, and Peet’s Coffee within two miles, and there are gas stations near the shopping center.
It is a short distance to Capitola, a lively beach town with restaurants and activities. We went to a celebration dinner one evening at Capitola’s Paradise Beach Grille which has a vibrant bar and a first-rate restaurant; our guests and my mother-in-law loved the sweet and spicy salmon. Brighton Beach is nearby.
The condo is convenient to the University of California Santa Cruz, about nine miles north (Highway 1 to Mission Street to Bay Street to campus); and it is easy to get to downtown Santa Cruz too (Likes: Bookshop Santa Cruz, a great locally-owned bookstore which carries the New York Times, and the always-crowded Walnut Avenue Café, the “best breakfast in Santa Cruz”).
Would we come back? In a heartbeat! (If we can get a reservation, that is: I see that the condo is booked for just about all of July and for all of August, and it’s easy to see why.) Would we recommend this condo: absolutely!

Well appointed home away from home
My grown sons and I rendezvoused here to attend a wedding at Cabrillo College nearby. The location was ideal, and the condo gave us a homelike space where we could hang out, cook together, and host old friends. The 11am checkout time meant we had to get up quite early in order to get the laundry finished and do all the other housekeeping chores required to avoid the additional cleaning fee. I don't think this would have felt like such a burden if we had been staying there longer than two nights. The multiple patio areas and TVs in the bedrooms provide a variety of options for both communal and private spaces in a modest sized property.

Sun loving Family
This is my second stay at Meg's sunny, bright condo. I have absolutely loved it both times. The first time I went it was a girls get away for 3 nites. We had an absolutely wonderful time and were very comfortable. We of course took in nearby shopping at antique stores and boutiques, spent time in Capitola Village, walking the beach and of course went to Shadowbrook for dinner and Gayle's bakery for lunch. The condo is centrally located from Carmel, the Boardwalk, and close to so many activities.
I just returned from my second stay (5 nites)with family. Everyone loved the comforts and location of the condo. We spent time at the Boardwalk, Capitola village, and grandkids (and adults) enjoyed the heated pool and spa.
It is definitely a wonderful place that is comfortable and safe. It is very close to the pool but very quiet.
Great Place!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Meg

Quiet little Getaway
This is a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are 2 nice size bedrooms, each with thier own bath. An open living room/dining room that opens into a private patio. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. Just a few feet from the back patio gate is the pool and jacuzzi (but you never really hear others). This is a quiet condo community. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and a short drive or walk to the beach. Great value for the price, and all very nicely decorated. A good place for couples or for a family. Great touch down spot for visits to Santa Cruz or Carmel and Monterey.

Stayed many times--wish it was many more!
I have been to Meg's condo several times now for girl's getaway weekends. We ALWAYS have a fabulous time! It's perfect for staying in, cooking dinner or breakfast (very well equipped kitchen), coffee or wine out on the patio. The entire condo is very cozy and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable, showers are nice, and there is plenty of space--two bathrooms are key!
It's a very short drive or cab ride to Capitola, where there is lots to do. The beach is beautiful, there are lots of fun places to eat and drink, and if you feel like going out at night you can usually find a fun band. Honestly, we haven't done much beyond Capitola because we always fill up our days! It is a nice drive north to Bonny Doon Winery.
Meg's condo has become a tradition for us because it is simply a wonderful place to stay.!

Relaxation to the FULLEST
I always enjoy my stay at Meg's condo! Whether I stay in, cook and relax in the hot tub... Or venture out into Capitola, Aptos, or Santa Cruz! There's so many little restaurants and shops near this condo. The condo complex/community is very quiet. Sometimes in the evenings I'll walk around the beautifully landscaped complex. The Saturday farmer's market at Cabrillo College is an easy walk from the condo. There is also a park w/ tennis courts across the street. I'd recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Santa Cruz or near by areas... even Monterey as its only 45 mins drive away.

A Perfect Stay!
We just returned from our minivacation. What a fabulous condo! Thank you! You thought of everything. The condo was well equipped and luxurious. We cooked several meals and it was easy to find everything we needed.
The kingsize bed in the master suite was extremely comfortable. We had coffee on the patio each morning (the weather was perfect). We looked through the restaurant suggestions left by previous guests and found three great places to dine. We even checked out the Bamboo Forest in the town of Freedom. What a fun place!
We never got around to trying the hot tub. We'll just have to return this summer.
