Location was convenient.Staff was friendly and helpful. We had plenty of options to walk to for dinner.

Breakfast choices were many, but omelets were inedible. Melon, however, was excellent.

Wonderful staff, nice sized room with kitchen. Easy walk to good restaurants and easy parking at hotel.

The hotel is beside the train tracks. Lots of noise and rumbling. Trains do stop late night but start very early in the morning. Our bed vibrated when a heavy train went by.

Room wasn't cleaned properly and never received housekeeping in the 3 days there. My schedule was so tight I didn't have the patience to deal with it. I stayed here before and this visit was a game changer to not select this location ever again. I was also charged more then my reservation.

Great location that is walkable to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Convenient access to I-95 and Metro North Railroad.

I have stayed here a couple times because of the access to nightlife. Some of the staff are friendly. Some of the staff could not care less. None of them seem to have been given any authority to make decisions. There is no sense of customer service. Any request seems to result in a "I'll take a note and ask a manager" response, which, of course, never gets done. $300 per night (before taxes) and the housekeeping service is only every third day??? Really? Is there anyone that stays at this location for more than two days?? And don't even think about asking nicely if perhaps you could get a room freshening if you leave a nice tip for housekeeping. This visit, I arrived and was told that there was no reservation for me. A bit of back and forth and I am succinctly told that I must have booked at another Marriott about 15 minutes away. I go back to my car, drive to the other Marriott and they say they definitely don't have a reservation for me but they are nice and do some research, call the Norwalk hotel and, yes, indeed Norwalk DOES have my reservation but had it listed under my first name (?!). Back in my car and after an hour of running around I don't get a "so sorry for the confusion" or any acknowledgement of the hassle I had been put through and I had to run like heck to get to a restaurant for dinner before they all closed. Then, I am assigned a handicap accessible room with minimal furniture and a shower that floods the bathroom with every use. . . . which maybe wouldn't be the end of the world except you're given three scratchy towels and no more are coming EVER so one ends up as a mop for the floor and the others stay cold and damp throughout your stay. In the future, I think I'll stay elsewhere and take an Uber for my nighttime fun instead of walking.

good setup for families, very clean, check in was very fast and the hotel could accommodate our early check in request which was very helpful

that we had to pay for parking and we were not explicitly told about it, that it was not possible to reach the hotel by phone directly before check in but had to wait on some central marriott line for a long time to reach anyone...

We enjoyed the roof top cafe.

The hotel is an excellent location; walking distance to many restaurants and the aquarium is close by. We stayed in a suite, which was nicely sized and very clean. The staff were very kind.

Parking is not included and is $18 a night. But we always found a spot easily in the garage.

parking was not fun in tiny garage so must valet park or park on street. might want to think about alternative parking if you don’t want to yield your car keys.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful.

Our room had an adjoining door. We could everything that was being said in the other room.
