Beautiful three bedroom, 2.5 bath home located just steps from the beach. Site 1150 is located five houses back from the ocean. Gorgeous ocean view from the living room and deck! Relax, lay beside the pool, and enjoy your vacation with the entire family. Ocean Lakes offers a lot, including a water park, indoor and outdoor pools, and a lazy river.
We have great year-round rates. During the prime season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. We endeavor to keep our home updated and in good condition for your enjoyment. New kitchen and living room flooring installed. New living room and dining room furniture. New big-screen television in the living room, new bedroom furniture, and fashionable Polywood furniture for the deck.
The first level has a sizeable fully-furnished kitchen with new appliances. This fully equipped kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and everything you can think of to prepare a home-cooked meal. The living room seating includes a new large Queen sleeper sofa and 3 more chairs for spacious seating. The dining room contains a table and chairs that seat six people. The bar area seats an additional four people. A half bath is down the hall from the living room and dining room. The master bedroom on the first floor contains a king-size bed and shares a full-size bathroom ( shower, no tub). The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second level is accessed from the living room and contains two bedrooms, one full - bath (with tub/shower), and a full sized washer/dryer just off the hallway. One of the bedrooms upstairs contains one queen bed and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains two queen beds and a little bedroom off to the side with a twin bed in it:
There is also a gas grill available for use in addition to picnic table and an outside shower with hot and cold water.
Accommodations: Raised beach house on stilts with three bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths. There are beds for nine people and a queen sleeper sofa that can sleep 2: MAXIMUM number of people 11! The security deposit is $500.00, which is refunded after departure, provided the house is left neat and damage free. If our home is left neat and passes damage inspection, the security deposit will be returned in FULL. Please allow up to 14 days for a security deposit to be returned.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed is THREE. Of those three vehicles, two can park at the house, and the other can be parked in the overflow parking ( which is no longer free); if you like, it just frees up space at the house to park the golf cart, grill out, or hang out and eat at the picnic table if desired. NOTE: OCEAN LAKES CHARGES RENTERS $15 PER VEHICLE PER DAY TO PARK. IF YOU UTILIZE EXPRESS CHECK-IN, IT IS ONLY $12 PER VEHICLE PER DAY. THIS PARKING FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE! THIS PARKING FEE IS TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES UPON ARRIVAL OR THRU EXPRESS CHECK-IN..

This property was overall very nice. Just 4 houses away from the beach was perfect walk, when the beach was packed. The 2 golf carts were included and were so nice to have to ride around in. You are a ways away from the pool so came in handy to truck everyone there. It was nice to be in the more quiet part of the park. The house was perfect size for our family to be comfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful. If we needed anything the owner was prompt in responding. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice house located steps to the beach! The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The beds were comfy. Ocean Lakes is great as far as amenities and activities. Since it was too cool to be beach bums we used the indoor pool, played mini golf and even painted ceramics. Communication with the owner was great.

We enjoyed staying in this home so much! The host is quick to text back with any questions or problems that you may have. The house is stocked with everything that you could possibly need plus more. The use of the closet space in the house was the most convenient that we’ve ever seen. We stayed impressed with our entire visit. We definitely recommend this home, as well as this host! The house was perfect for our trip with mothers, daughters and grandchildren. My 3-year-old grandson loved having his own "room" - the bed in the closet! The house was clean and well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the golf cart was an added benefit. Tonya was wonderful to work with and answered all my inquiries promptly. We plan to stay in this home again next year! Now if you could just add an elevator.... :)

House was fantastic! Great location for an easy walk to beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils. Rooms were spacious and huge closets. Wonderful having a half bathroom for everyone to use. At night you could watch fireworks from your porch chairs
Only negative was the golf cart and having to rent one from OL while being fixed by the owner who was very kind (Twice ).. traveling with kids who don’t drive so I only rent houses that come with a cart so I don’t have to walk back and forth getting and returning cart with them !!!! Which was a hassle but it did not ruin the trip ! We love Ocean Lakes

Great location. Nice deck and view of ocean. Clean. Bonus,, Includes golf cart! A lot of supplies left over from previous guest however a lot of empty containers, boxes, etc. that should be trashed. Recently remodeled and looks great. Homeowners are remodeling. Attach the drywall cover in stairway to the wall. Fell out of wall several times when using stairs. Owners quick to respond to any questions. First time I have ever received easy pass from, thank you! Really enjoyed our stay.

Close to the ocean and spacious
We enjoyed it great location very spacious it looks like it’s been a little beat up from previous renters the carpet in the stairs going upstairs needs replacing very dirty my two year old likes to climb up them himself and I wouldn’t let him it was not clean enough for his hands to be on. The bathroom rugs were dirty and a roach fell out of one when I shook it out but they are everywhere at the beach. It is a beautiful house though very comfortable beds. They don’t leave you one square of toilet paper so be prepared for that my little girl got there and we hadn’t unpacked and had to go so that was not pleasant. Also no dish rags and very few forks to use if you plan on cooking there it was 9 of us and not enough for everyone so we had to go buy plastic ware. .

Steps From Handicap Beach Access
Our 3 night stay at this property was very nice. It was as described and very clean. It was so nice to be so close to the beach access especially when needing to go grab a snack or use the restroom. Communication with the property owner was very good! My husband and I really liked the mattress topper on the master bed, so comfortable! I recommend taking something to step out on when using shower in the master bath. A lot of water leaks onto the floor off of the door. Also, parking is VERY tight. I barely got my minivan in and out. I was glad I wasn’t driving a Yukon or Suburban. Overall all a very nice stay.

Close to the beach!
Very close to the beach. Having the golf cart was great. The unit is somewhat outdated but its comfortable and the pride is right. The outside could use a little freshening up. Deck area is very narrow no table and under the house was a picnic table but the area was not very clean. We just enjoy sitting outside and playing games with the kids but were able to do it here. We did have a overall great time!

Perfect beach home for vacation with family and friends
First, I want to say that the owners were nice, responsive, and professional. Second, the house was the perfect size for two families of four each. The room that the kids shared had two queen beds AND a twin. The master had a king and the third bedroom had a queen. The kitchen had every dish that you could need on a vacation: there was a crockpot, an electric skillet, coffeemaker and a ton of pots, pans, bowls, silverware, etc. The house was stocked with spices (thank you!) and a lovely porch with a view of the beach and comfortable chairs where I spent a lot of time reading. The kitchen and the rooms were spacious and clean. Plus, the golf cart came in handy! Thank you allowing us to stay in your lovely beach home.

Everything was convenient and easy from booking to check out. The only very minor issue I would note was the listing has all queen size beds & the twin. However the bedroom on main level has a king size bed. Good info to have when you bring your own linens but not a big deal. All you could want for your stay at the beach
After vacationing at Ocean Lakes for the past several years, this year we found our "home" for many beach trips to come. From the very beginning stages, it was worry and hassle free from check in to check out, as the owners were very quick to respond to any and all questions. We were very pleased from the moment we walked in. This home has all you need for a beach get away. With 4 kids and a mother-in-law along for the trip the spacious home allowed us to spread out and not feel crammed together. We took advantage of the gas grill on several occasions and the kids enjoyed the sand toys they discovered under the deck. Early morning and late nights sitting out on the deck with a view of the ocean and taking in the sounds was a favorite. Throw in the golf cart provided that made it easy to navigate through the complex and you're all set for a nice relaxing vacation.

We had another great vacation in this home at OL. We've stayed in the same home for 3 years in a row. The homeowners are wonderful to rent from and the location of the home cannot be beat.....just steps away from the beach. The included golf cart made getting around OL a breeze. OL is the perfect spot for children young and otherwise....the waterpark, arcade, and playgrounds are a hit with our 8 and 6 year old as well as with our 23 year old. The home is beautifully updated with beach décor and all the appliances you need in the kitchen. You can sip your coffee at the breakfast bar while looking at the beach outside of the living room windows. We will be back for sure!
