Beautiful, quiet, secluded property. Family vacation. We barbecued, swam in pool, shopped in East Hampton and Montauk, went charter fishing and ate out at some great restaurants. Great time.

This house was the perfect property for our family vacation with 10 people. Up north of East Hampton in Springs, it's in a lovely, very quiet, wooded neighborhood that feels very private. With all the privacy you're still only a 10 minute drive to the beaches of East Hampton and a 25 minute drive to the heart of Montauk. Marie's home had everything you could ask for and the kids loved the pool on the days we didn't go to the beach. She is a great host and was very quick to respond to any messages. I would recommend her home to anyone. Thanks for a great week, Marie!

The house is large and well appointed. The hosts are nearby and immediately responded to any questions we had. The pool is great and in general this is a perfect house for a family getaway. The grandkids rated it the best house yet!

We had an amazing getaway! House was spacious, the backyard and pool were absolutely beautiful, and Marie was very responsive throughout the process. House is in a great neighborhood just a short drive away from downtown. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful especially the backyard area. It was perfect for a barbecue The pool was nice but the property has lots of trees and the pool collected quite a bit of debris and was cold. There was a heater at an additional charge but we did not see that on the listing and when we found out it was already late in our stay. I would advise if you rent to pay up front for the heater. Excellent kitchen. Nice areas to sit and spend time with family in dining and living rooms. Marie anticipated all needs and the house has all of the supplies you could ask for (towels, batteries, lightbulbs, clean up bags for the dog, etc) Would recommend this property.

Three generations enjoyed very good space, welcoming porch, great pool and outdoor amenities. We were blessed to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in such a lovely home. The owner was efficient and responsive.

This was our 2nd stay in this lovely home, and we had a wonderful time! The house is clean and well-stocked with dishes, plates, etc. plus pantry items. Plenty of beach chairs and other beach amenities make packing much easier! The pool is beautiful and the owners are very helpful! We can’t wait to come back!

What a great experience we had from check in to checkout . We had the best time!! Marie and Joe were great and always available if we needed anything. The house was very roomy and comfortable for my family . The kitchen was fully stocked from dishes to glasses to utensils to cookware and more!!! The pool was a gorgeous treat. I would definitely rent from them again!

We all enjoyed our stay at the house as we were really there to spend time with family and to hold a memorial service for my mom. My family has long roots in East Hampton as our parents built a home in 1960 and we spent many years there thru 2001. The major problem was the dishwasher not working, but there are some other items in the house that could be managed better. When we arrived our first impression was that the house was just as advertised. We found plenty of towels and bedding and the pool area is well equipped although it was not swim weather. We really enjoyed the outside deck. Also providing condiments in the home is a great idea. But, we found 6 TV remotes in the living room, 4 had no batteries which we found by looking thru the cabinets. Also, the dining room fixture had one of the bulbs out so another search was done for them. The book that you leave with the house could be updated with this information on where to find these items and also instructions on how to work the TV's. Upstairs in the master bedroom the lampshades kept falling off the lamps as they are missing finials to hold them on. These may all seem like small issues, but the cleaning crew or house manager should check on this each week when they clean to make sure all in the house is in working order. In the kitchen along with the dishwasher not working, the entire oven/microwave unit was improperly installed so the warming drawer kept sliding open and some of the oven shelves were not balanced when pans were placed in the oven. The homeowners Marie and Joe were very responsive when we called about the dishwasher, but could not get it to work and could not get any repairs done. But, our main reason to be at the house was to be together and the house was perfect for that. One other suggestion we all had was to install a handrail on the upper part of the stairs to the basement as they are steep.

The rental process was excellent and communication with owner/manager was great. We did not need any assistance. We were very disappointed in the condition and decor of the property. It seemed worn and in some disrepair. (Lampshades balancing on broken harps in MBR, toilet seat loose in MBa, lamps in upstairs bedrooms either with burned out bulbs or broken, 7 remote controls for living room tv but only one partially working - had to turn tv on from the back, large tv in sitting room did not work). In general it was extremely cluttered with too much random furniture and baby paraphernalia. We did not spend much time at the house so it was okay. Would not rent this property again. It is more suited to a house full of teenagers, college students or a family with small children.

The house was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Fit a large family with 6 kids comfortably. The house was easy to operate and Marie was very accessible for questions even coming over to demonstrate how to use the pool heater. Overall Fantastic.

The location of this property is great. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, pool floats and other toys. Marie was a pleasure to deal with. My one complaint is that the house could use a refresh. It has the feel of a rental house and not a house that is continually kept up. Overall it worked well for my family.

The house is wonderful! Clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room, both indoor and outdoor, to gather with family or find a bit of solitude when needed. We loved the big kitchen, and the fenced in backyard with pool really added to the experience. The house is well stocked with sheets, blankets, and towels, and even beach chairs - a huge bonus! Marie is a great host and was very helpful in answering our questions about beach parking. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Thus property was amazing! It was so clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with the immediate necessities such as coffee, tea and sugar fir that first morning wake up before heading out. The appliances were all high end I completely felt at home! My only issue was getting a fire going in the fire place but that was due to the wood being damp! I came with a group of 8 friends and we had an amazing stay! Everything was clean and organized with clear instructions for everything (check in, check out, WiFi, heat, etc). Marie was very accommodating while allowing us to check in early and check out late. Lots of space for sleeping, lounging and dining. Definitely would stay again!
