The condo was nice, a little dated but over all a cozy place to stay. The value was unbeatable and definitely worth it. Easy to find and close to the Dillon Reservoir which is what we went for.

Bucket list ski trip for the family
This was an amazing little gem nestled in the mountains, it was perfect for our family ski adventure. It’s a proximately 35 minutes from each of the ski areas we wanted to hit at a price we could afford. Had every thing we needed. We do a lot of Vrbo’s and I learned To take things like salt and pepper garlic salt paper towels toilet paper, because a lot of these places don’t provide that. However this place had everything we needed and then some I didn’t need to pack those extra items. It everything from shampoo to cork screws things I normally bring. Bill was a great host helped me with deciding which hills to hit and helped with directions when we arrived late. Great for a family on a budget, with a clean family friendly vibe. The only negative thing I can say and it’s to no fault of Bill our host, was the “Alice Kravitz” neighbor who kept staring at us in the parking lot and giving mean looks because we were laughing and having fun as we prepared to hit the hill our first day! I am a landlord I I understand that these our peoples homes and I respect that, but we were not doing anything that deserve those unwelcoming glares!! But other that, it was fabulous!

Excellent Experience
Excellent place for family vacations, very close to all kinds of attractions, restaurants, shops, ski areas and so many places of interest, an extremely quiet place ideal to rest or if you want to know the mountains, since it is very close to the sites. most interesting of the mountains of Colorado. Additionally, very well equipped with all the necessary details to make a pleasant vacation, without a doubt a five-star experience

Really nice property with plenty of parking. Only issue was the drive up and down the mountain in a snow squall.

Homey Family Feel and can't beat the price
Reminds me of going to my grandparents' cabin. Ample kitchen gadgets, appliances, and dishes. Xfinity, wifi, dvd player, and sling. Yellow laminate, brown beams, hid-a-bed couch. Loved playing the guitar, nice soft, worn feel to it! Everything dated but working fine considering the age. Had to sort through travel shampoo collection and a cupboard full of spices, plus purchase dishwasher soap and helped ourselves to install replacement shower curtains, but you get what you don't have to pay for. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great spot on the mountain
The condo was a great fit for our group of 3 couples in town for a wedding. The view was gorgeous and the place had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It was a little tricky driving up and down the mountain in our rental car when it snowed, but worked out fine.

Wedding in Silverthorne
We really liked the condo, the view from balcony is stunning. The condo is so well supplied with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, towels, etc. it’s loaded. Very comfortable beds! Very short drive to town and short drive to Breckenridge and Keystone. Don’t miss going to the little town of Frisco while driving by it. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Great Place to Stay in Summit County
Clean, comfortable, and amazing views. My family, which included my husband, 21-year-old daughter, and 17-year-old son, enjoyed the property. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we all enjoyed sitting on the balcony. With the Wi-fi and close proximity to the free bus, we could enjoy spending time together and going our separate ways.
