Very beautiful, and roomy accommodations. Easy access to freeway and close to various shopping stores. Close to Salt Lake and safe neighborhood.

Just spent a couple nights. The bed was very comfortable, the home huge! Had a small issue and the owner responded immediately and was taken care of shortly thereafter. I ours stay here again. The only negative, and it’s bc I’m 63 is the stairs to get up to the home. Quite long and steep to carry up a heavy piece of luggage. Robert the owner and Tyler his son in law were very easy to communicate with.

The condo was very pretty and easy to get to. The garage parking was a nice added feature as well. The place was very clean and well maintained. Our suggestions to make it amazing would be to improve the bedding, each bed only had sheets and a thin bedspread and there were no additional blankets anywhere even when it said they were in a closet- we searched and couldn't find anything, and also there were very few towels. There is a rooster next door as well and he is punctual to sunrise so I recommend to other guests that you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. But in many ways that little rooster added to the experience because there are lots of horses and pastures around which was lovely. The kitchen has plenty of storage, the fridge is very large for all your food and the open living space made it nice for us to play games and chat. Very beautiful place and would recommend.

The apartment was extremely spacious - more than enough room for 5 adults and a dog! It was a perfect location for us as we visited Lagoon but also close enough to other locations like Salt Lake City and Park City.

This was a beautiful and spacious property to stay at, and much better than a hotel. We stayed for a week, and enjoyed being able to do laundry, the cleanliness, the view with animals and how nicely appointed it was. As it wasn't noted in other reviews, this apartment is above the garages of the home attached to it, and requires 19 stairs to get to it. The stairs were fine for my family, but my older in-laws were not able to visit us due to this. I would stay here again.

Perfect for our family. The garage parking, attached dog run and huge living area were highlights. Clean plus great location! We had everything we needed and would rebook. Host was responsive and all instructions were very clear.

It was located above the garage door which was kind of weird at first but the space turned out to be very large and spacious. Very clean place. We did have mosquitos in the master bedroom and the property was a little hard to find with it being set back off the road by a long driveway that goes past a different house. Ordering pizza delivery was a task. Overall good place to stay and would recommend.

This location is close to everything; golf, restaurants, shopping, freeway. It's definitely got plenty of room and the host is easy to work with.

We loved having a comfortable home away from home as we traveled back to our hometown for a family reunion. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus garage space. Very clean and modern with comfortable bedding and beds. Roll aways were perfect for our young kids. Great access off the freeway and close to shopping. We loved bringing our dog and also hearing/seeing farm animals.

This is a nice property the only real drawback is the long flight of stairs that grants the only entrance or exit. For families with small children or people with difficulties with climbing stairs this is a consideration. The dog run is a plus for pet owners it is at the end on the long flight of stairs. The stairs are the one issue that I see as a deterrent. I am unable to rent this property in the future because my traveling companions are unlikely to be able to maneuver the stairway.

Stayed the weekend here while in the area place is very large beds were comfortable. If you are cooking might want to being cook ware like baking dish etc. cleaning could have been better but a quick spruce up and done. Great place if you have kids could hear the kids next door clearly. But being a Nana didn’t bother too much . Wi-fi didn’t work the majority of the time. Beautiful place, plenty of room excellent location!

The description matched the property perfectly. There was plenty of space and the home was stocked with everything needed. The dog run and the attached garage were super convenient and a major plus. The location near the highway made accessing SLC and ski resorts very quick. Would definitely book again.

Superb location. Only blocks away from Costco & other shopping, and only ~15 min to SLC. Yet still get that country feel as the home is located on a large lot in a rural-type setting and set back off the road, with views of horses and chickens from neighboring lots. Loved it! The space is also excellent, with a large, open-concept floor plan w/ huge kitchen, pantry, bed/bath suite w/ walk-in closet, and a walk-in coat closet! Also tons of cabinet storage in kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Unfortunately for us, during our 3-wk stay, both the hot water heater & the washing machine stopped working. Owner and manager were good to communicate with and prompt in getting a new water heater installed. We did end up not having a washing machine for the last few days of our stay, however. Probably no big deal for some, but for me personally it was an inconvenience as I am accustomed to keeping up with the laundry very frequently, and we didn’t bring that many change of clothes since we had planned on having a working washing machine. I understand that wasn’t their fault, however. As far as cleanliness, on the surface everything appeared clean, but upon opening many of the cupboards it was apparent that many of the drawers and cabinets had not been wiped clean on the inside for some time. I spent a fair amount of time cleaning inside the storage spaces we intended on using. The oven was also in need of a good cleaning, but I just left it as was too busy working and doing other things. I also admit to being a clean freak (I’m a nurse). That was my fault for not checking when the owner graciously allowed us to check out the space prior to renting it. I could have taken a closer look. I also never mentioned it while we were there. One other thing to note—we were unable to get our Disney + app loaded to the TV. It did include Netflix and Amazon Prime. I understand technology changes often, but may want to update so guests have that option. One last thing… it would be nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms as the morning sun shines in brightly even with the blinds closed. Also, drapes in the living room would help when wanting to watch TV in the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and this is really a bang for the buck given current price and all this newer home has to offer. Overall I give it 4 stars, and admit to being pickier about things than most people.

We spent 4 weeks there and it felt like home. Big kitchen and garage were great. Would have liked to have a Roku as opposed to the old Blu Ray player, but we didn't watch a lot of TV anyway so it wasn't much of an issue for us. Great location, about a minute to the interstate. Would stay there again.

This place was really close to family we visited, and also super conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Is was clean, spacious and felt very safe!

We stayed at this property for one month, and it was awesome! The dog run was perfect for my pets. The apartment had plenty of space and it was easily situated close to highways, Downtown Salt Lake, and local stores. Loved it!

My fiancé and I stayed here for two weeks in our process of moving to the area. The house was very spacious for being a townhome. We were able to have guests over and entertain as well as enjoy the piece and quiet of this hidden away gem. Only complaint is that these guys need to add a hot tub to their porch! Amazing view. It was a little chilly for us to sit outside and enjoy the views at the time of our stay. Perfect getaway for any family or friends looking to explore Utah!

We arrived early on check in day and the host graciously allowed us to drop our bags and change into our ski gear. Upon arrival the host’s son in law was cleaning the apartment and Rob told us they were very meticulous. After a few days we noticed a greasy residue on the floors and our socks were noticeably greasy and black after walking on the floors. After inspection the filth of the house become more and more noticeable. Smashed bug guts literally everywhere and dead flys in all of the windows. (We checked in Jan 15). All of the doors and trim had never been wiped down. Blackness from years of dead skin build up was all of the doors and surrounding trim. The baseboards were covered in dust. We ended up spending 2 days cleaning and our own money on cleaning supplies because the house had none and the only thing that was available in the house was a blackened swiffer that looked to have been used over and over again for years. I rented the space for the entire winter hoping that I could invite friends and business associates to enjoy salt lake and the surrounding mountains. The state of the apartment was embarrassing. Not to mention the amenities are pathetic. Endless amounts of cabinets with nothing in them. A hodgepodge of what looks like tenant bought items because the hosts supply nothing. Used boxes of Kleenex. I could go on and on. If you’re not expecting much go ahead and stay.

Great location...very spacious and clean...garage so no car cleaning which is sweet....first home rental and won't travel any other way.... There is a flight of stairs to rental so be aware....

We were in SLC visiting family and found the home to be very comfortable and in close proximity to many things. Thank you so much for having us!

We had a great experience. We stayed for a week during a convention in SLC . Everything about the property was great. We had a great deck out back that overlooked the yard and could see the horses, donkey and roosters next door. The donkey was always reliable for a good laugh!! It’s a very spacious and bright home, just like advertised. Robert is very accommodating and quick to respond as well. I would stay here again. Our original plan was to rent a car but didn’t end up doing that so it was about a 25 minute walk to the FrontRunner train into SLC then a quick jump off at North Temple and jump on the green line to the convention centre but was super easy. Note that the green line goes to the airport as well. Lyft was also very reasonable up to West Bountiful- approximately $18 from airport or Convention Centre area. We enjoyed our stay here 😊

It was nice, feel in such a beautiful location there were too many rules for my grandkids to visit and go outside. I had such a great experience in Dan Diego with owners, disappointed they never ever met us and lived in same building. Would use it again, just fewer expectations!

This was our second time staying. 5/5 on everything.
