Great location, comfortable!

Roomy accommodations in residential area of Twickenham. Kitchen was well equipped we only had to bring in food. Short walk to shopping plaza. Short bus ride or 15 min walk downtown where you can spend the day shopping or sightseeing along the river where there are many good stores, restaurants and pubs. In town catch the train to London - Waterloo or transfer to underground in Richmond. Host was very accommodating; responded quickly to any questions and was helpful with things to do or dining suggestions. We had good weather and after a day of sightseeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the outside patio.

We had a pleasant stay in the house we rented in Twickenham because it was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

Once we got the transportation system figured out we took excursion all over the London area Twickenham was out of busy London, but convenient and Richmond was a delight.

Great space and garden. Loved upstairs, especially the showers and compfy beds. Lots of utensils/ crockery in the kitchen. Needs a little TLC in regards to carpets, net curtains and furniture and comforts eg coffee maker. Not enough toilet roll, dishwasher tablets or kitchen roll, had to purchase along with body wash/ shampoo and conditioner. Overall tho very happy with the space.

No complaints at all

Peaceful home very close to Ted Lasso locations and train stops in Twickenham to get to London. We had a van and could enter the property without trouble. Only downside was not having more time to visit the area.

Fabulous location for us all, parking, everything you need around and about, we all enjoyed our stay tremedously. The only slight downside is the property needs a little TLC and would benefit from a lick of paint now and again to maintain the fantastic appeal

Overall, our experience was great. We were able to check in a little early, which was very helpful. We travel with a family of seven, so the large house was very nice.
We were close enough to a Transportation that we could get anywhere in the city by catching a bus or the train.
It was nice to have some space in the backyard for our kids to run around a little.
There were stores very close, so we can go pick up anything that we needed.
It would have been nice to have more toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
It would also have been nice to know beforehand that you can only take two showers consecutively without letting the water pump recover. We had a couple of people run out of water in the middle of a shower, and one night the water upstairs ran out completely and the property manager had to come the next morning to reset the pump in order for anyone to shower. If we would have known that in advance, we could have planned accordingly.
Thankfully, the property manager was responsive each time we had a request.
It also would have been nice to know in advance that the owner requests that guests not wear shoes in advance. And if that is the rule, I’d recommend cleaning the carpets regularly.
Overall, it was a very good stay.

Our family loved the spaciousness of this home and it was so roomy. If you have small kids it is great to have a place with room for little ones to unwind. I think it could use a little TLC and a spruce up. The owner was very responsive to our questions we were very comfortable here.

Large house, with well sized bedrooms, top floor was excellent but hot water ran out after a shower, very warm good heating. Lounge/diner disappointing, a bit tired, needs a spruce up. Kitchen well appointed in general.

Very spacious property in a quiet but conveniently located area.

We were a family group of 8 including 2 children who were visiting London to attend a family wedding close to the property. The accommodation was convenient and had all we needed. It appeared clean and the bathrooms were modern and sizeable. It would have been even better if we had more information for our brief stay such as closest shops and restaurants etc. Also we knew the garden was shared and we did not know if our children could use the play equipment in it. When stripping our bed we noted that there were no pillow or mattress protectors which I feel are necessary when letting a property to lots of different people. Also some basic maintenance issues such as a dripping shower and a bed that required a repair.

The house was perfect for our family of six. Spacious, well equipped - except for a washing machine that was broken - with excellent parking and outdoor garden space. Conveniently located for easy access by bus and train into London and other surrounding places of interest.

This is a large fully equipped property well located to explore Richmond, Twickenham, Kew, etc. Room for us all to sit at the dining table and relax in the lounge.

Fantastic days spent in family, the house was clean and very spacious, comfortable. With space for everyone. Thanks to Vikash and Radhika for your Christmas greeting, and for the detail of the bottle of champagne, with which we offer at the end of the year. A Christmas to remember. We hope to return to spend a few days with our children.

We stayed here twice in July 2019 (at both the beginning and end of a trip to the UK). The house was super clean when we arrived. We had a total of six people and there was plenty of room for everyone (one person slept on the living room couch.). The bathrooms are nice and the showers work well. We enjoyed the kitchen with its view onto the back garden and also enjoyed sitting outdoors in the evenings and watching the London wild parakeets (!) fly around. Minor drawbacks were that the beds were extremely firm and that due to the weather it was quite warm inside. The heat was no fault of the owner, but a few portable fans would be helpful. There is an Asda grocery store a few minutes' walk away - the store was functional but not great. Be aware it closes earlier in the evening than you might expect. We took the train from Twickenham station into central London each day which worked fine (just be aware it is about a 15-20 min walk each way, although the street we walked down - Cole Park Road - is quiet and pretty). Based on our experience, we recommend pre-booking a taxi service for rides to Heathrow, intercity train stations like King's Cross, etc. We used Ridesmiths and they were great, super friendly and helpful! If you're coming from Heathrow and have more than a couple of people in your group, consider booking them to bring you to the house. We found the drivers waiting at the Heathrow taxi rank to be surprisingly unhelpful/unprofessional.
Overall we were very happy with the house - it was a very enjoyable place to stay!

The property was great, the location was perfect to our needs and close to the train station. The house was large and clean. I would stay again.

The house was warm, spacious and the showers were excellent. Location and property was absolutely perfect for hosting friends and family who made day trips to join us. Easy access to downtown Twickenaham, Richmond, river and motorways. The owner was easily accessible, quick to reply and helpful with our questions about the dishwasher and the washer/drier. Much of the kitchen crockery, utensils and flatware were chipped, broken or worn out and had to supplement ourselves. I'd caution anyone with back issues as the beds weren't the best, each had their own unique discomforts. I would also recommend future visitors bring their own towels, as they were few in number, thin and either very inexpensive or worn out.

A comfortable and spacious house in a quiet location. The house was clean and warm. We were a family party of 8, and there was plenty of room. Vikash the host responded quickly to a couple of queries. Would definitely stay there again.
