The property was great. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Loved the deck for early morning tea. Close to the beach and just 10 min to P-Town. Barbara was super responsive and helped when we had questions. We would stay here again, for sure.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The place was exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the corner with plenty of space inside. The private deck was definitely the highlight of our stay! Although we didn’t luck out with the sunniest of weather, we were able to use the pool and take the shuttle (which stops right out front of the condo) into P-Town. Barbara was an amazing host, assisting us with any questions throughout our stay!

Everything was great about it, starting with Barbara! She was on point with preparing the place for us and helping with a smooth vacation. It was super clean. The balcony was awesome for meals and sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with, plates, cups, pots etc. AC worked great and ceiling fan. Pool super clean. Close to beaches and Ptown! Everyone was so nice. There's a chair lift for the second floor if you need it! Large parking lots. We loved it and hope to go back again!

Excellent, Well Thought Out Studio Lodging

My wife and I (both 77) stayed for a week in mid-September 2021. This studio apartment is excellent. The owner has thought of everything visitors might need — from beach chairs, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, comfortable couch and two queen beds, and deck for morning coffee. Very close to Truro town beaches, National Park, and Provincetown. Do not miss sunset on Corn Hill Beach.

We loved our pied-a-terre at the Braemar, it was cute and just enough for two people. Bath and kitchen were clean as were the sheets. No drawbacks worth mentioning. If you’re going to be all over the Outer cape, this is the place to rest your head at night.

Nice and very clean property! Good access to most places

We had a great time at this condo. It was perfect place during this covid times as they was no shared ventilation with anyone like in the big hotels. The place was very clean when we arrived and kitchen had all the equipment that we needed, so very convenient with the kids. There is an awesome beach Head of the meadows nearby which we explored. Good place for kids to catch the waves and beautiful sunrise! Ptown is a few min drive, so good access to awesome beaches and restaurants. There are bike trails nearby and our favorite was the provincelands bike trail in ptown. Overall, this place was central and convenient drive to most beaches, restaurants, trails etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back !

The condo was exceptionally clean - certainly reassuring during a pandemic. Nice deck off back, easy check in. Location makes for a nice bike ride into Provincetown (about 9 to 10 miles round trip). Days Market just down Shore Road is worth the visit for good breakfasts and good lobster rolls. Take in at least one sunset at Herring Cove.

We enjoyed every minute at the Braemar. The condo was perfect for us. Pool is great and proximity to beaches and P-town is great. The Head of the Meadow beach is great with kids. Barbara was very helpful during our stay. The COVID situation was handled very seriously. We strongly recommend.

Awesome that it’s a corner unit with a patio!!! We slept with the patio door screen open and the side windows which was lovely as it was very hot out and I don’t like AC. The unit was equipped with all we needed. And the pool of the complex was just redone in July. It’s a beautiful pool. VERY clean and 10 feet deep. Also amazingly close to PTown where we went, daily. Only 12 minute drive. We hung out at Race Point Beach and saw lots of seals and birds. And the most amazing sunset. On Monday we went to the local farmers market and purchased dinner for the evening. We brought most of our food from home as there is only one grocery store in PTown and the others are too far away. So pack your food. Their fridge was clean and cold. And plenty of ice cube trays ✌️

Perfect Location

My husband, 8 yr old, 6 yr old and myself had a wonderful week long stay at Barbara and Roger’s condo. It was exceptionally clean, the queen beds were comfy and the private deck was a wonderful place to eat breakfast and have a cocktail. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to prepare lunches for the beach and cook dinner in as well. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. We would definitely return.

Gentleman at the front desk was great & so very helpful getting us aclimated with the area. The drive to Provincetown, Provincetown, the bay & the Head of the Meadows beach are absolute must see! Dining is awesome as well! Loved it & will be back!

This unit is surprisingly large with a beautiful deck to relax. Shuttle to provincetown stops across the street, property manager and owner both friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice, clean, and spacious studio condo. End unit, so it was quieter. Very friendly guy checking people in and overseeing everything, clean and kid-friendly pool. Nice back yard for kids to unwind and play, too. Would definitely come back to the Braemar.

We loved the convenience of the kitchenette, the outdoor deck and, most of all, the convenience of being on the bus route to P Town. That saved us at least $40.00 and left every half hour. Our studio was very clean and comfortable. The office manager was very kind and helpful when I had a problem with my car. I would definitely stay there again!

Smallish but bigger than it looks - two king size beds with space around. Bathroom could do with a refresh and air con unit a bit noisy but otherwise had everything you could need.

This condo was a great choice for our vacation. It was in a peaceful area but very close to the action in Provincetown. We really enjoyed the ease of going to the beach whenever - a quick five minute drive and having so many close beaches to choose from. The property was as pictured and the layout was great. The condo was so clean - exceptionally clean. I especially liked that this is an end unit so there was more privacy than found at the other units. The pool was wonderful!!! These days it is very rare to find a place with a pool that has a deep end and doesn't have restrictions for using floats in it. We had a great time and will definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our first time at the Cape. The condo had everything we needed. (The owner made sure I had a hair dryer, as requested.) We're not big on crowds, so this was a lovely time to visit with no traffic and no long wait times in the restaurants. The weather couldn't have been better! Dawn was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I loved the fresh decor of the condo and the cleanliness. I was pleased not to have to pay an added cleaning deposit. : ) Wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks! Karen & Tony

It is a really nice and well equiped studio to stay in Cape Cod. We enjoyed the quietness of the place and its proximity to Provincetown. The private deck is perfect to take breakfast or dinner and enjoy a beautiful view. I strongly recommend this place!

We feel so lucky, and keep counting our blessings when we drive by other places, as to how much more enjoyable, easy, homey and well-thought out this end-unit condo with a pool near the beach really is! It's sparkling clean, with nice pillows, light but warm cotton quilts, a little patio with furniture that is comfortable and durable, great mattresses, a kitchen that is well thought out, and all the little accoutrements that make a place to stay the kind of place you might just call home when you're out exploring and you say, let's go [----]. Thank you for making this such a lovely memory for all of us, even little Nora who promises when she's 50, she'll remember her time here, and say, i remember! PS you can tell the owner stayed here (like they say one should do) to see what's needed. it's all anticipated. small, sweet, and charming. great cricket sounds and summer gusts of winds too.
