Step no further than the back deck for unequaled photo opportunities in the center of Summit County. Unobstructed views of the Gore Range provide a breathtaking panorama from the bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.

Relax in one of the four spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor, three others are on the second floor. Our home has five queen-sized comfortable beds with memory foam mattress toppers. Our home has everything you need to entertain in style including a large dining table that seats 8 as well as a breakfast bar.

In addition to the amenities that Summit County has to offer, the duplex is located a short distance from the Silverthorne Recreation Center which offers programs and activities for all ages. The home is conveniently located in the heart of ski country and just minutes from six ski areas. The summer season in Summit County provides every opportunity to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

This is the 6th year that we have rented both sides of the duplex and we are already talking about returning next year. The house is in great repair, very comfortable and has all the things you'll need.

Property provided very ideal sleeping arrangements for five adult males. Everyone had their own queen size bed. Three full bathrooms very adequate. Nice common areas. Strong WiFi. Lots of kitchen implements including crock pot and pressure cooker. Grill worked great. Beautiful lake view off the back deck. Nice garage with wide driveway. Would definitely stay again.

Very enjoyable and, most importantly, comfortable stay! We had a series of races in Copper and Karen's place was exactly what we needed to come back to after long, cold days on the ski hill. We spend a lot of time on the road in the winter and any chance of comfort is a treat. Thanks for everything! If we're back again next year, this is the first place we'll be looking for!

This is the 5th consecutive year renting both of the units, and it is always an excellent stay. A group of 12 adults split both units and spend a week in Silverthorne cycling. The location is great, with an amazing view out the back.

Convenient to stores and restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne. Beautiful view of the mountains and snow covered lake! Duplex was as described. Very well laid out, furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, appliances and spices. We did have to buy a cookie sheet, but left it for future guests. Karen was very easy to work with.

Exactly what we were looking for. Queen beds in every room! One of the only condos that didn’t have a bunk or kid bed in a room, which was what we needed. EXCELLENT communication from the owner and the check in & out process was super easy. Great views out the back porch, and great location. A++

Really liked the local community. Property fully met expectations. Loved watching the sun set over the mountain range and then watching the sun hit the same mountain top the next morning. Close to wonderful skiing. Nicely set up! Thank you

This home was great for our ski trip for 7 adults! It had plenty of space, a cozy vibe, 2 car garage, and great views! It was a quick drive to copper mountain, restaurants, grocery stores, etc!

Returning to Colorado from the UK after a 15 year gap, the location and property did not disappoint. Silverthorne is superbly centrally located for excellent skiing, shopping and recreational activities. The expansive duplex was superbly equipped, right down to a cocktail shaker and the 2 car garage accommodated a Chevrolet Suburban. The views from the property were superb, even better than portrayed in the pictures, with snowy walks available directly from the property. The Silverthorne Rec Centre is just a short walk away, offering superb facilities. If you like shopping, then Silverthorne will not disappoint with outlets for many well know brands, with the delightful town of Frisco just a short drive away. I wish to make special mention of The Sunshine Cafe in Silverthorne, which unfortunately we did not get to until the last morning. The service, atmosphere and food were superb, a great way to start the day. Karen (the owner) was a delight, with timely and detailed communications.

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property in Silverthorne. The owner was honest, accessible, and very accommodating to our family needs. Breckinridge, Vail, Copper Mountain, and Keystone are all within a 30 minute drive of this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Summit County, Colorado.

We had a great time with our kids and their spouses. Finding four separate rooms with queen beds isn't an easy task but this place fit the bill. The view out back is breathtaking. The pond allowed for paddleboarding and the proximity to the Blue River Trail was perfect (200 yards at most). Space is adequate for 8 (eating, hanging out, working in the kitchen, etc.). For the price and location, this is definitely worth looking into. And Karen was a wonderful is a wonderful person to work with - very attentive and responsive.

This was our first trip to Colorado. It was my husband, our 3 children and myself and I think we had a very memorable vacation. The location was very centrally located to everything that we wanted to do in the area...hiking, biking, breweries, gorgeous mountains with snow on them, etc. My experience with the owner is that she's extremely nice and easy to work with. I can't wait to return one day and when we do, we'll definitely be staying back at this beautiful little condo. One recommendation I would like to make is to add a few board games or even cards to entertain the kiddos at night. Thank you! We had a wonderful vacation!

The whole process was easy and we were able to enjoy our vacation thoroughly. Walks around the pond and easy access to the river and a short walk to shops was all so nice. We saw a moose twice in the pond which was very exciting for us! This is a great location to surrounding towns and they offer so much for the outdoor adventurer: hiking, views, atv rentals (this was a new experience for us and we really enjoyed it), fishing at the lake and in the river (caught fish in both places), First Friday local event (highly recommended if you are there), great restaurant and Cafe experiences. So much to do here and we came early in the season when some activities hadn't opened yet. The weather was perfect in early June and I can see that it will get busier in the summer as the snow melts and rivers and lakes fill. Very unique vacation and a great home to retreat to each day. Everyone was very nice, helpful and friendly as well.

My wife and I rented this place as a home base for my wedding weekend. It was perfect - we really just wanted to spend time with friends and and family and we coordinated with them to rent out both sides of the duplex. The property was clean and as described in the listing, there was ample parking, and the showers never ran out of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and there’s a nice gas grill outside. Beautiful views of the lake as well! I would stay here again if I was in the area.

This is a perfect spot for a family or group of friends, with great views of the mountains and short walk to Blue River bike path. It has not been recently remodeled, but was very clean, the gas fireplace and whirlpool tub work great and a good value.

The location of the property was perfect for our group. We travelled mainly for the local pond hockey tournament as well as skiing. The house had great views of the mountains and a pond while nestled in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails. It was very convenient to the shops and restaurants in the area- Target is across the street for grocery needs. We’ve travelled to the area the last several years, and its been hard to find a stay that’s convenient, affordable, and still decent quality that’ll accommodate our growing group. Check-in was easy and the owner proactively let us know that we were able to check in early, which was so helpful after a long unexpected drive after our flight was cancelled. She called to make sure we had everything we needed and provided additional info about the house and area. We didn’t have any issues, but communication was always quick and easy. The condo was well stocked with toiletries and most essentials. The only things we had to buy were a couple baking/pizza sheet pans and laundry detergent. Everything else was provided, including shampoo and soap, and there were a ton of cooking hardware/utensils and small appliances. Parts of the home could probably be updated soon, but it didn’t bother us. Others may be more picky. The washer, dryer, and stove were older. The washer tore up a few smaller items and the oven was a little smoky when we turned it on. The living area tv was on the smaller side, but we didn’t use it much as we mostly just talked or played board/card games while at the condo. However, there was cable with abundant channels and strong wifi for the unfortunate ones that still had to work a bit. Those were the only possible negatives, but the rest more than outweighed them. We also loved the fact it had a garage. We were able to park a full sized suv out of the weather and still have plenty of space to lay out our hockey and ski gear to air out. Overall, the place was perfect for our needs and convenient to where we needed and wanted to go. The host was great and helpful as well. 5 stars for sure and will hope it’s available in the future.

We booked this trip as a central location to get to Keystone and Breckenridge for our annual ski trip! The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group! The backyard view is stunning - my fiance actually proposed while we were there and it was perfect! Will definitely stay again if going back to the Silverthorne area.
