Everything was super eclectic and unique. Nice stay.
The parking was $50 per night. terrible add on.

The layout of the building was very nice. The staff was great!
We had to have maintenance come to our 4 times to fix the tv. Also I got charged $150 instead of the $75 like I was told. With having so many problems with the tv I feel I should be compensated.

The hotel was very clean and very artistic feel everywhere.
We checked in at evening on 06-28-2024, the lady at the lobby desk was very unfriendly (no smile) and even rude and unprofessional. She was yawning at us (instead of smile at us) like we were not important for her. If she was friendly and smile at us, I would not take this negatively but since she was very unfriendly and rude, I felt it worse.

Location was great! Loved the staff and the eclectic atmosphere!
The size of the room wasn’t what we expected but it was still good!
2.0
the design was good
you can never turn on/off the air con from your room, and have to call front desk to change temperature. even so, i called the front to change temp after 11pm, they told me the engineer went home and no one can help and what he can do was to make a note for tomorrow morning. Without any appology or explanation he just handed up the phone, feels so rude.
Will NEVER stay here again

This is one of the most beautiful boutique art inspired hotels I've been to. The rooms and the location as beautiful as it gets in the St Louis area. Our blue room was beautiful and just an all-around great place to be if you're visiting the area near the St Louis University campus. Love the rooftop bar and the mini conversational areas throughout the hotel. It seems like the cleaning staff was cleaning the bathrooms and the elevators every hour The place was immaculate
It was very disappointing because we had free passes for breakfast and when we came up we were told the chef didn't show up and it looked like the other chef was in the back kitchen sleeping because he came out later and I heard them mention that he was sleep. Even when he came out he did not try to address the eight patrons in the bar wanting to eat. He provided milk for an employee to eat her breakfast but did not address or care that we were not eating and only had danishes. Very unprofessional. It looks like there was a huge investment to make this a classy place and this was the lowest I've seen in a long time

I liked the property, the art was pretty.
Our room was kinda small, every time the air kicked on it made a really really loud noise like the door was shutting, same with when it turned off. It would turn on and off every 20 minutes, I could not get a single minute of sleep. There was construction going on at 5am that was so loud next to our room that it sounded like gunshots.

Loved the location and the rooms were so fun!
Lobby and elevator set up was a little confusing. Construction was going on early in the morning.

Everything, and especially my yellow room and one of the staff, changed my room and upgraded it to a suite. This was the best bday ever.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the art, and the room was very spacious. I was very comfortable. Came for a concert at the Fox theatre. It was a 2 min walk away.
Small amount of pink mold in the bathroom and the light on the desk was coved in a brown substance.

I loved the aesthetic of the environment. Very clean and chic. The room I chose was very nice and I loved the decor and artwork throughout the hotel.
The only thing I didn’t like was the tv service. My tv would constantly lose signal and freeze up.

The staff was great, the room was wonderful, and the roof top view was amazing. The shower and soft bath robe was the icing on the cake. Everywhere you look is a different surprise.
I was not impressed with the breakfast or the price of it. With tip we sent over$50 on coffee, one bar drink, and two meals that was good. The fruit was frozen and it taste like the the rest was microwaved. When asked for more kcups I was pointed to the restaurant and had to pay for more coffee.

Nice place, large bathroom, comfortable bed, easy location to travel to and from, and dog friendly. The art everywhere and the color-themed rooms are really cool. The rooftop bar seemed fun, too, but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to go.
I think the only thing we don’t like was the water pressure in the shower. It was pretty weak.

The arts instillations throughout the hotel, the robes in the room, the comfortable beds and the decor.
The room was a bit dusty and there was construction going on outside next door that was a bit disturbing waking up that maybe should have been specified.
