Our family stayed here for our first Disneyland vacation. It was a great setup - 2 free parking spots, strollers available in the garage, kitchen, washer/dryer, kids bunk room, 3 bathrooms total. Those were all things that a standard hotel room wouldn't provide and this place was just as close or closer than many hotels' walking distance. The setup was great and helped our family have a great first Disney vacation. My kids (5 and 7) were enthralled by the books in the kids room, and my daughter loved the princess dresses! If we return to Disneyland in the future we'll absolutely want to stay here again.

The place is about a 20-minute walk to Disneyland - you will need to cross a street to get to Disneyland Way. It's a great rental with everything you need - we didn't do much in the kitchen, but all there if you need it. We enjoyed using the stroller - just be mindful of the map, there is another 92 in that complex but the map they provide is essential. The manager was quick to respond and helpful.
I would say if you have kids that do not know how to go up and down stairs, be cautious because the stairs are narrow and a bit steep. My daughter (2) is a pro at stairs so we weren't as worried.
It was quiet at night (besides the 9:30 fireworks) and comfortable bed.
The location is close to the freeway, close to Orange, Garden Grove, Westminster - lots of good food close by.

Loved the fun Disney theme and fun atmosphere! Very clean and close to Disney. Lots of places to sleep. Just be sure to keep your checkin info handy from your emails. I was booked far in advance and couldn’t readily find the info which made it a little confusing on where I needed to go. Also you have to bring your bags a bit away since you’re not allowed to park and stop to unload. But would stay again.

My family of 4 enjoyed staying in this condo while we all traveled for a big family trip to Disneyland. The property was easy to locate and easily accessible to the garage that had multiple strollers for us to choose from. My kids really loved the themed room with a variety of books.

This property is great for families with small children. We were traveling with 2 adults and 1 small child. The house wouldn’t fit 7 adults comfortably, but maybe 3 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby. For us it was great though. The walk to Disney is really only 10-15 min vs maps will tell you 30. The house was clean and the pool was awesome. The extra mile of the pac man game and Disney theme of the house made it extra special for the kiddo.
Make sure to check the map the property owner sends ahead to make it easier to find the condo within the property. Also the owner sends you a separate rental agreement to sign on top of what VRBO covers.
We would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was nice. The home was well equipped with amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, however it was a little dirty. Owner of property was very communicative. One downfall is there are stairs in the condo, but no baby gate. So when traveling with young toddlers and children, that was a little disappointing to not have! The condo was within very close walking distance to Downtown Disney, which we loved! The neighborhood was nice and clean too!

This is such a great place to stay if you are going to visit Disney. It is an easy walk to get to downtown Disney and we never felt like it took a long time to walk back and forth. We loved the two bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. Our children loved the arcade game on the wall, that was a nice touch! The kids books were also super nice to have as well. One thing we wished there was in the kitchen was a mixing bowl, we made due with a small tupperware. The vents and walls could also use a wipe down as you can tell they are pretty dirty. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it!

Stayed here with 4 adults (two couples) and a toddler (1.5 yrs). This place had everything we could ask for and more. If this is your first time staying in a VRBO, this is exactly what you'd want the end-to-end experience to be like! Owner clearly laid out instructions, driving directions, and check in and out info. He answered our questions via text in a timely fashion, too. All in all, it was a fun and functional place to stay for a week.

- well stocked--not just with kitchen items, but lots of bath and beach towels, nice sheets, ice packs, multiple stroller choices, beach chairs, toys, and kids books

There are two sides of Disneyland resort property. The majority of hotels are on Harbor Blvd with restaurants, Walgreens, and lots of traffic. But this condo is on the other side. Just as close but SO much quieter and much more space. Everything you need is included. There's a washer and dryer WITH detergent. Can't go wrong with 2.5 baths either. Wish we would have had this option when the kids were little. Had the pool to ourselves. Always felt safe even very late at night.

Cannot say enough good things about our stay here. My kids were obsessed with the mickey and gang mural and Disney books. It had more than enough room for our family of four (2 under 2) and was very close walking distance from Disneyland. It was perfect for us to come back during the day and let the kids play a little and have their lunch. If your thinking of booking do it you will not be disappointed.

The condo was easy to check into, appeared as advertised and was a short walk to Disneyland. We stayed there with 3 toddlers and were able to walk home from the park for lunch and nap time and then head back to the park for the afternoon. The only small complaint is quite minor. The condo was immaculately clean, but most of the dishes were put back in the cupboard dirty. Not the end of the world, but a little tedious to clean dishes before using them. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation to Disneyland.

Host is amazing and inside of property is cute with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the availability of strollers is a big deal for our young family.
We would certainly stay here again due to the host, inside of house, and proximity to Disneyland.
However, the community needs a facelift badly. Exteriors of some of the neighborhood units are literally falling apart. Never felt unsafe or anything, just doesn't make a very good first impression when you drive up and walk through the neighborhood. It gave me a moment of dread when we pulled up thinking "what did we get ourselves into" and it was a shame because everything else was great. I know the host does not control the appearance of the entire community and previous reviews from last year indicated that the HOA was in the process of renovating the building but I only saw one or two of the buildings in the community with a rejuvenated exterior.
Stay here, you won't regret it, just know its not a bright, shiny, new condo complex.

This house was perfect for our Disneyland trip! It was well equipped with everything we needed. The double stroller was a life saver. The walk from the property to Disneyland was about 15 mins. Communication with James was great, he even let us in a bit earlier than we thought on the day of arrival. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and James was a great host. The condo was clean, quite, and had all the things we needed during our Disneyland vacation. We've stayed at Disneyland's various hotels, as well as other neighboring hotels in the past, and the value just doesn't match up with renting a condo like this - multiple bathrooms, a private kitchen, two bedrooms, plenty of space to stretch out, ability to do laundry - why stay in a cramped hotel room? We were also happy to not have to bring our stroller, or to have to rent one of Disney's crumby strollers, as James had several stroller options available. They Disney decor in the home is cute and our kids loved it, and they also enjoyed reading some of the books in the kids' room. On our last day, our flight was delayed by 2 hours and James was kind enough to work out a late check out for us so we didn't have to sit around the airport any longer than needed. If you are looking for a sure bet, you can't go wrong staying here.

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The location was amazing and such a short walk to downtown disney. It was extremely clean, spacious, and affordable. The host provided everything we needed for our stay, especially the strollers. My kids loved the books and bunk bed setup. They loved the disney touches in the decorations.

We stayed at James’ place in Hermosa village for 4 nights. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 4 & 6.
It was the perfect base for our Disney/south California break.
It only took 20 minutes to get there from John Wayne airport, was easy to access and had all the comforts of home.
A well furnished house with kitchen and laundry. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a lovely sheltered patio for adults to enjoy after the kids were in bed. As a family we used the community playground and pool area too which were also clean and well maintained.
Although only a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney and a further 5 to the park gates, we found the sturdy strollers in the garage absolutely invaluable at Disney (we packed them full of snacks and waters) and also used the beach equipment provided.
The house was very clean and had all the necessary linens, as well as laundry detergents etc.
We all really enjoyed our spring break escape to the fun and warmth of south CA! Thankyou James 😊
