About this house rental
Three bedroom/two bath space in quiet neighborhood. Upper level of two unit home. This space is completely separate from lower unit. Master bedroom with large walk-in closet closet, sitting area and laundry. Master bath boasts separate shower, large two sink vanity, and garden tub. Split floor plan, fully stocked kitchen with island, family dining area seats six. Large bright family room with fireplace, large screen TV, and comfortable seating. Deck off dinning area. Shaded backyard with large gas grill, picnic area, fire pit and casual seating for all.

Good place to stay for Lake Point baseball tournament. Close to tournament and Acworth Historic area.

This place was perfect for 6 adults. We were in town for Thanksgiving and used it to prep food and hand out at night. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was missing a few cooking items we were looking for but was pretty well stocked. The beds did have an uncomfortable mattress cover on them.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would recommend

Beautiful clean home for 2 couples to stay while visiting friends in the area. We liked that we each had our own private spaces on each side of the home with a large comfortable living room and kitchen with everything we needed. Beds and sofas were very comfortable. We would stay again when we come back to the area.

Perfect property for two adults and two teens visiting for a baseball tournament at LakePoint. Property had exactly what we needed for our stay: it was clean, it was quiet, and the host (Beth) was great with communication. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that was 10 minutes to the baseball complex and super close to the grocery store, Walgreens, and pretty much anything else you would need. We were pleasantly surprised with Acworth and hit every restaurant in and around the historic area.

This was the perfect size and location for our Perfect Game baseball tournament. Cozy, cute house with everything we needed. Close to grocery, restaurant and interstate and we enjoyed spending time in downtown Acworth and Caudle Beach in Acworth. Perfect was to cool down and relax after baseball game. Amazing house, perfect layout
The house was perfect. Very thoughtful amenities and the set up was great. We had 2 adults and 2 12 yr olds and there was more than enough space. The house was clean, TVs in every room, and we would stay here over and over again. Beth was amazing to communicate and deal with. 5 stars!!!

Convenient
I came to Acworth for a family reunion for the weekend. The property on the outside was decent. The front and back porch could have used a sweeping. The front door was dirty, but that inside was clean and neat. The issue I had with the shower head in the master bath was chipping paint around that head of it, falling into the shower. I usually bring towels when I travel, but forgot them rushing out, so the ones available here, were cleaned but stained and looked dingy, but I had no choice but to use them. Overall the space was good for that time I needed. Thank you

Perfect location and perfect hosts
We rented this house while we were in town for a family wedding. It was the perfect location - equidistant from the wedding venue and our relative's home.

We came to Ackworth for a wedding and stayed here. This is located close to many things and was in a very quiet neighborhood. There were many amenities and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for family get togethers!!
My family came from several different states for the wedding of my niece. This home was so much better than a hotel room!!! We were able to gather in one location and have plenty of room for everyone! The home was located close to everywhere we needed to be and even in the same neighborhood as my brother. Beth was very responsive to our questions and extremely friendly. I guess that's what they call "Southern Hospitality".
I would highly recommend this home for your travel needs and we will consider staying again in the future.

Wonderful Stay! Everything was exactly as described.
This was perfect for our family of six. Wonderful location not too far from downtown Atlanta and Six Flags. The beds are VERY comfortable and the house is exactly as described. We will definitely look into booking again when in the area.

My family enjoyed staying here. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. The house is well maintained on the interior, the exterior needs some tlc especially the front stairs from the driveway to the front door. The only issue was the second bathroom and the squeaky tub/shower and the floor that carried into the front bedroom. We were a little apprehensive using the shower because of the squeakiness. Besides that the house was very comfortable.

Great stay at the Hudson Haven!
Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The sleeping arrangements were perfect with three bedrooms. We were in town for a wedding and it was great to come back to a house to relax after the festivities. The living room was large enough for all of us to lounge in. We also enjoyed attractions downtown Atlanta and it was easy to get to from the freeway about 1/2 mile away. The home was very clean and even came with creamer for my coffee! Beth was great to work with and very prompt! We would recommend to others!

Amazing place! We really enjoyed ourselves. It was close to everything and had many things for families to do! The only downfall was that we could not use the firepit out back because of extremely dry weather and the state was on a fire ban. All in all we can't wait to go back next year!
