About this apartment rental

Located in the beautiful Mountain Villas section of Seven Springs Resort, guests will enjoys a variety of activities regardless of the season. A resort-provided shuttle is just steps from the front door and runs from Mountain Villas to the main lodge and skiing areas throughout the winter. You may park your vehicle and have the entire resort at your fingertips.

If one wishes to go 'off resort', one will find a variety of activities nearby to include FallingWater, various woodland parks for hiking, the Flight 93 Memorial, and white water rafting.

This 2 BR, 2 BA condo which is nestled with woodland views from the kitchen and living area has recently been renovated to include new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, and updated decor. Amenities also include DVDs, board games and a small library of books which guests may enjoy.

In addition, the condo has the little touches that make it easier for guests to enjoy. Linens and towels are provided as are an ample amount of paper products, detergents, soaps, etc.

The owner takes pride in making this condo a 'home away from home'.

We booked this thrip to celebrate my moms 65th birthday! We had a great time. The shuttle picks you up right in front of the door. Beautiful and clean place to stay! I would highly recommend.

It was wonderful. Clean, and neat, all that was needed was provided. A warm and cozy place. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend it. The Wifi password should be a bit easier to access, but that's my only quibble

This condo is perfect. Great size. Very clean, and very cozy the living room is a great size. If I had any questions Kelly responded right away. This was a family ski trip for us and having the shuttle right outside the condo taking you right to the lodge was amazing. The shuttle comes every 15 minutes. We will be staying here again for sure!!

The house was clean and ready for us when we got there. It was perfect for 4 people and the location was awesome. Close to the pool and golf course. Kelly was awesome to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommend staying here. We will be booking again.

There was a little snafu with the information sent by VRBO to gain entry to the Condo but fortunately the office was open and they contacted the owner who responded immediately. Will book again in the future.

My kids and I stayed here for a long ski weekend. Having so many beds was great and the multiple bathrooms is really a treat. The full kitchen is a must for meals. I also really liked having a washer/dryer for our clothes after a day of skiing.

What a great deal to be so close to the mountain. And to have shuttle service included is great. The Condo is big, pretty and has all the conveniences of home. The view out front is golf course and out back, mountain. Enjoyed cooking in. Very clean. Fair pricing.

Condo had everything we needed, even down to Keurig coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and some condiments. Beds were comfy. The condo was spotless. We wanted a condo that was near Ohiopyle as we planned to spend most of our time in that area, and this condo fit the bill. Also nice to be near the Seven Springs Lodge with all its amenities. One small suggestion. It would be nice if there was keyless entry with an access code. We were always afraid we would lose or forget the single key. But other than that very small inconvenience, we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean and inviting with a lot of comfortable chairs and the king size master bed is the most comfortable king bed I've slept in outside of my own bed at home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The resort shuttle was an easy and quick pickup, wish I wouldn't have had to spend money in a rental car to get there because I didn't need the car while on property. Tons to do at the resort during the summer and the weather was beautiful the entire time!

Cool, Quiet Mountain Getaway

We decided to take a somewhat last-minute vacation with our children to celebrate a new job. We were delighted to find Kelly's listing and even more delighted to correspond with Kelly herself. She is a delight--sweet, helpful, quick to get back to you, and genuinely wanting everyone who stays at her condo to have a great time :) We had a little bit of trouble with the key at check-in, and Kelly got the building supervisor over in no time to resolve the issue. The condo itself feels very spacious and comfortable. I realized once I was there that I should have sent Kelly my packing list, and she could have told me what to leave off. I definitely packed things I didn't need, as the condo boasted things like shampoo in the shower and Q-tips in the vanity. The condiments in the kitchen were super helpful, as we tried to cook as much as we could there and avoid eating out a lot. My kids (even the one-and-a-half year old) had no trouble at all with the height of the chairs at the dining room table. They also loved the low counter (breakfast nook?), which became a space for them to color, right at their height :) The heated pool nearby the condo was a big hit with the kids, too! The bedroom with the king bed has enough space for a pack 'n play, if you're traveling with little ones. The only thing I wished the condo had that it did not was a little step stool to help short people like me get up into that tall king-sized bed ;) The condo is very peaceful and quiet. The cool, mountain breezes that come in the windows are a treat! My oldest cried when we had to check out--she truly viewed the condo as a home away from home, and did not want to leave! The condo was the perfect size for our small group, providing all the amenities of home (very clean). It is located in an area with access to many hiking trails and some fabulous dining options. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful in providing suggestions to the area (dining options, hiking, stores, etc.). I highly recommend this property.

This was a wonderful get-away. The condo owner couldn't have been kinder and helpful. She was great to communicate with. The condo was so comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds and furniture were comfortable. The scenery -- Autumn in the Laurel Highlands -- elicited ohhs, and awwws. I highly recommend this place!

The condo was wonderful! The wall hanging near the breakfast nook sums it us, "Share a Random Moment". My daughter, sister and I took my mom for a short getaway and it went flawless! The owner was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds comfy. The views out the window are of the woods of Seven Springs. Everything is close by. The kitchen is well equipped and lots of room to relax. We truly were able to share a random moment - and loved it!
