Walk or bike ride(4 bikes included) to beautiful Vanderbilt beach or Wiggins State Park/ beach. The open concept brings the whole family together. Perfect for family gatherings. Freshly painted, all new furniture, bedding, linens, kitchenware and appliances. There's a quiet lanai over looking a beautiful inground pool. Back yard is completely fenced in. Enjoy endless choices of restaurants, shopping and activities.

Beautiful home on a quiet street with all of the amenities! Our Family enjoyed the pool in the day time and the lanai in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and living room area. Loved all of the puzzles and games that were available as well as the beach equipment! Homeowner was available when needed. Had a great time and made beautiful memories!

We spent a week of our family holidays in the house and were completely amazed. Right from the booking the owner was very nice and responded to any questions as quickly as possible. When we arrived everything was in a perfect condition and cleaned and prepared as we only know from good hotels. The equipment (especially for pool and beach) was huge and we missed nothing. Best however was the location, almost as close to the beach as the beach parking - definitely walking distance. The kids however preferred the pool… Thank you very much for your nice place and warm welcome!

The house and property were immaculate. The house, yard, and pool are lovely. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Perfect location - close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. This was our first time visiting Naples and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. I would love to stay here again!!

I do not know where to begin with how great this property is! For starters the location was fantastic, safe and very quiet. Proximity to the beach to take a nice morning walk. Proximity to all shops and any necessities! The house itself felt like home the minute my family and I walked in, the pictures do not do it justice and is much bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked! Not to mention entire house was super clean. Outside sitting area is such a great space and the pool speaks for itself! Neil was amazing and very responsive, everything you need in a host and much more! I do not words to thank Neil for helping in making this vacation possible answering all my questions. From the bottom of my heart thank you! Book this house if you are staying in the area!

Very comfortable house about a 3 minute drive to the beach (with easy parking). We loved the pool and bikes and the having the beach equipment too - very handy as we came from overseas and can’t bring our own. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely Fabulous. The house was immaculate. The heated pool was awesome.Close to beach, shopping, restaurants. The host is awesome. He went above and beyond any other host we've had. He is quick to respond, kind and helpful. I left my medication behind and Neil took the time and patience to assist us. He is the best!

I and my family loved it super, the owners respond very quickly to anyone who asks them, they are very kind by the way, it is in a good place near the beach, about 4 minutes away as well as Walmart and Publix, the house is very clean and It has what is necessary to make the stay, I would surely like to return, I recommend it

This cozy home is very well-appointed and looked better than pictured on the VRBO website! It was immaculately clean and all amenities were in excellent working condition! The pool is fantastic and having access to bicycles to ride during our stay was a great bonus! The house has been updated and the beds were super comfortable. It's location is perfect for access to Vanderbilt Beach and all Naples attractions. The Owner, Neil, was very responsive and welcoming! All details have been thought of and accounted for. We really enjoyed our 6-night stay and will be looking forward to staying here again when our travels bring us back to Naples!

Checking into the property was very easy it was clear and direct. Any questions that we had throughout the week were answered quickly and clearly. The house was clean, spacious and overall a great location. The outdoor area was great for evening dinners before or after the sunset. We plan to come back again next year to this wonderful home!

I can’t say enough positive things about Neil’s place. It is a very comfortable house with everything you need for a long-term stay. There’s plenty of cooking equipment though we had brought a few things from our own home. Neil responded quickly and helpfully to some minor questions after we arrived. The pool was an added bonus. The description is accurate. The house is great for two people. Our son’s family of four came to stay for a few days and it worked out fine. We highly recommend this house.

We rented this cute home to house our family members for Christmas. We are a large family and couldn't accommodate everyone in our home for a week and wanted something close to Imperial Golf Estates. Neil's place was just perfect! The home had everything you needed for a week stay and the layout of the home is perfect. So perfect in fact, we rented the home again for Christmas 2023. We gave stated at many homes through VBRO and I must say this home is the nicest one we have rented. Thank you Neil for providing a beautiful Naples property. Our adult children can't wait to come back next year.

Neil’s home was a perfect stay from the beginning to the end. My family and I enjoyed the home with all the extras that were provided and very much convenient: bikes, a welcome package, all the necessities to make coffee, adequate kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach toys, and boards. The home was neat, clean and to the point. No long list of house rules or to do’s other than enjoying your stay! We had a minor issue but it was quickly fixed. Neil was very easy to communicate with. I hope to stay again in the future.

very pleasant stay . the house was very comfortable. Missing: outside drying rack for swimming suits and towels. Cleaning crew should not take everything! Spices etc. and oil and viniger can stay. other followers will refill what is missing we left coffee and little things for the kitchen.

The beach house was fantastic, it has everything you need for your stay ... there's even 4 bikes, deck chairs, beach towels and cooler boxes making the beach so much more enjoyable. Comms were fantastic, no matter when I messaged the owners they responded straight away. Check in was very easy and step by step instructions very clear. The standard of cleanliness was brilliant, the whole house felt squeaky clean which was very welcome for me as I do have OCDs and can get put off easily. Lived the little welcome gift 🎁 what a lovely idea that was greatly appreciated.

The property is decorated adorable. Wiggins beach is great and so close to the house. So nice that bikes and beach chairs are included. Kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook. Would certainly return someday. :)

From start to finish, FLAWLESS! Neil was accommodating and answered emails in warp speed! The property is exactly how it’s pictured and the location was perfect! Very quiet and safe! Would definitely stay there again. My only 2 suggestions would be to put in a pool and get a full length mirror, maybe for over one of the doors. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thank you Neil for being a great host, we truly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for a weekend stay. We came to go fishing down at Marco island and hooked into 3, 6ft Lemon Sharks with Capt. John from Shark Chaser Charters. This location has perfect location to the Vanderbilt beach area, many restaurants, pickleball courts and restaurants. A nice quiet neighborhood with all the amenities provided for the beach which was a big plus. Couldn't have asked for more.
