My family and I had the best stay here. The house is so big you never feel on top of one another and the wrap around porch was our favorite part. It is a short walk to the beach and Main Street. Highly recommend for small kids! My kids 2 and 5 had the most amazing time.

This house has large common spaces as well as a large wrap-around porch that was wonderful for our large family group. Only one block to the beach as well as the boardwalk made it a perfect location as well.

We had a great stay at this large, charming home. Location is perfect and walkable to beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. Lots of space in this house for gathering indoors as well as put on the porch. Everything we needed was available and the home is beautiful!

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room to spread out and having a bathroom in each bedroom was really awesome. Most of the bathrooms were TINY but the bedrooms were a good size, and the common areas were well equipped and family friendly.
We had an issue with a toilet, and it was addressed by management the next day .Just one block to the beach. Can’t beat that.

this house is perfectly laid out. the large living rooms, dining room, kitchen and porch are great for a larger group. the location is ideal...so close to beach and boardwalk but 1 block far enough from noise and traffic. we definitely will stay there again next time.

Great big house/so noisy
So overall, the house is spacious and comfortable, but has some weird quirks that made it less comfortable. Three of the sinks in the very tiny bathrooms have a shelf above them that makes it very difficult to wash one's face or brush teeth. The grill was dirty. The beds were not especially comfortable. The house is located on a very busy intersection. There were lots of large noisy vehicles and lawnmowers going every day, making the beautiful huge porch hard to enjoy. The kitchen was nice and big, but when we arrived it was full of black flies. It appeared that someone had left the door open when they were cleaning or something like that. It didn't happen again while we were there. Lucky they left the fly swatters for us. The dishwasher broke while we were there and it took 2 or 3 days to get that remedied. Other than those items, the house was a great place for a family to gather. Lots of large seating areas, bathrooms all over the place and generally a nice place to be. Oh, and the beach at the end of the street was super crowded so we needed to go to other beaches that were not crowded. For the price, I would have expected more.

Disappointed With Management
The management office was horrible. We called reporting a list of broken items in the house. There was a broken toilet seat and shelf and drawer in the refrigerator which were the major inconveniences. When I called the office their response was “well it’s a weekend” Needless to say no one came. Their apathy was palpable.
The house was good and suited our needs well - aside from the above mentioned issues. It’s location was also ideal.
Aside from the major breakages it is very clear this property has been used - a lot. We had a long punchlist of things that needed to be fixed in the house.
In closing, the house was okay but tired and the management company - Remax - left a lot to be desired.

Charming home with much character
Perfect size and layout for our family of fourteen. Lots of communal space, yet private space to escape when needed. Incredible neighborhood. Rehoboth Beach Delaware is a wonderful town. Perfect for feast of Succot.

Awesome location and plenty of room!
We were a group of 8 women. Loved the proximity to beach and Rehobeth Ave and also the wonderful front porch with plenty of chairs and 2 picnic tables. The large kitchen and dining room table were helpful! And all the bathrooms (although quite small) was wonderful! Good communication with agent on small issues that came up. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful family stay.
Wonderful stay at this large extremely well located house. The outside deck is breezy, spacious and elevated from the street. Many bedrooms each with small baths made everyone happy. Dining area indoors as well as on the deck made for festive gatherings.

Had a great memorial weekend in Rehoboth!
Beautiful house in a great location. One thing that is easy to miss -- while not common elsewhere, Rehoboth houses tend to not have sheets in the beds, so you'll need to bring your own.

Great House! Perfect Location! No Sheets or Towels (But Apparently Thats Everywhere in Delaware)
We had a great stay here and it was perfect for 4 couples as pretty much every bedroom had its own bathroom. You will not find another house like this. It was one block from the main street which was also so nice! Highly recommend this house!

A perfect vacation home for a large family!
Our August 2015 stay at 31 Olive was our eighth in a row and, we hope to continue for many more years what has become a family tradition. As a large family, we could not ask for more from 31 Olive. For a home built in 1900 the “old Lady” shows her age well, attributable in no small part to owners that care for the house as more than just a rental but as an historic part of Rehoboth Beach and creator of cherished family memories.
Happy hours on the wrap-around porch, a bathroom for every bedroom, the large kitchen (that I wish we had at home) and large living and family rooms all contribute to a house whose character is unequaled. We especially enjoy being so close to the beach and all that happens in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Our cars rarely move during the week. There is a lot to love about this house and not the least is that, due to the layout, no one feels crowded and, with a family of 15 vacationers, that is not easy to achieve.
Everyone with the Re/Max group makes the rental process easy. Heather is always welcoming, ready to help and to answer questions before and during our visit.
I guess the only thing left to say about 31 Olive is, “See you next year.”

Porch, Privacy, Proximity
We have a large family vacation there every year, peaking at 15 people this summer. Every bedroom has a private bath. The wrap-around porch is very special, and the large kitchen, dining room, and living rooms facilitate quality time together. Proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The property is well maintained. Good value for the money.

Women's Weekend
First, let me say that the Remax staff is very accommodating and friendly. That being said, the Olive Street house was incredible with plenty of space to accommodate our group's needs. The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen was well appointed. The owner's daughter dropped off some items, and was a charming lady. We are grateful, as a group to have had the opportunity to stay at Olive and look forward to staying there in May of 2016.

Beautiful Home
I loved that all the rooms have their own bathroom. The home is large and has great outdoor space so even at full occupancy you do not feel overcrowded.
