We are Thankful Our condo and our beautiful beach did not have damage from recent storms. New UV Germicidal light added to our AC , Just another way we are helping protect our guests ! Also cleaning with germicidal cleaners. Great for 2 couples or family, Location is perfect..5 min walk to many Restaurants and Shops, Larger Bright end unit .overlooks pool, Master has KING BED, check out the HUGE SHOWER! 2nd BR has a QUEEN, & DOUBLE with TWIN trundle Underneath. No longer have sofa bed in living-room. Lots of beach stuff. Directly across from Crescent, Capt. Kurt, Davidson Drugs, Green Turtle Shop, Daiquiri Deck and 10 more restaurants Can use.elevators but no need to , parking space is very near door and one quick flight of stairs. very convenient to bring in groceries. LESS THAN 2 MIN FROM DOOR TO TOES IN THE SAND! No need to cross the street .
Complex is on the Best Beach in the U.S!!! No need to carry beach chairs across the road. Sea Shell has FREE chaise lounges on the beach and
Tikis, and 2 grills Coin washers and dryers on each floor. We have more beach chairs , 6 beach towels, adult size Paddle Board ,umbrella, beach toys, life jackets for kids , pac n ,play, stroller. booster, boogie boards,(2 snorkel gear) ,coolers , noodles and puddle jumpers, all for you to use if you want to explore. The kitchen is well stocked everything you should need except the food and additional paper products. We have NEW kitchen stainless appliances, starter of toilet paper, and paper towels ,spices, dish soap,plenty of trash bags,pots/ pans if you want to cook.dishwasher soaps, sunscreen, You can also walk across the street to enjoy Shopping, Marina (boat rentals) ,Restaurants, Bike and Kayak rentals all within a min walk. Our Beach is soft white powder sand, with clear waters. Perfect for kids and adults alike. Our condo has 2 decks, one off living room and one off Master bedroom, with tables and chairs so you can watch the older kids in the pool while relaxing and having a beverage. The condo is filled with light, since it is an end unit. Under bldg. parking close to the door, elevators in the middle of building near the Laundry areas on each floor. Stairs at end convenient to pool and our unit. NO long traffic lines trying to go North on the Key. Great secure Complex with gate codes for parking lot.. Offering SPECIAL RATES for Summer and Fall Vacations. Let me try and make this your vacation destination for years to come. I answer my calls and texts promptly if you have any questions. The condo is VERY CLEAN! . Stone Floors through out! NEW QUIET HURRICANE WINDOWS! Heated Pool .The Condo Bldg is located at 6500 Midnight Pass Rd The Condos are located in the tall building behind the Front Office/ pool building and overflow parking. There are bathrooms located right next to the pool area. From our door to the sand is less than a minute walk. ...........Our cleaners pay attention to details like disinfecting remote controls, light switches, lamp switches, all tabletops, door handles, Appliances, mirrors, counters, no carpeting all floors are stone floors . No carpet.
Cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner, our pac n play for kids is cleaned with disinfectant
Exterior patio tables and chairs are also cleaned with disinfectant. Many restaurants

The property is beautiful and well kept. The beach was amazing . Cabana girl was great. Beautiful sunsets. The condo is well supplied for anything you need. Just bring clothes and food. the property that is listed is accurate. The unit has everything you need for the beach. We had towels beach chairs and coolers. We had the beach chairs to put in the car and visit other beaches. The beach here is white sand and flat and was very enjoyable. Unit is close enough to walk back and forth from the beach if you need to.

Condo was beautiful and well appointed. We cooked in a lot and kitchen had everything we needed. Deck overlooked the pool and was awesome with the outdoor furniture. Beach stuff was provided by Carol and Ron, and the condo had free chaise lounges. Short walk to the beach, beautiful area. Saw every sunrise and sunset, weather was perfect after hurricane Idalia. Carol’s last minute cancellation was perfect timing for us. It was meant to be. Hope to come back. Thank you!

The property is well maintained and the owner's are great. The owner's only live 5 minutes from the rental so if there is an issue they take care of it asap. The rental is equipped with everything you need and extra's you don't expect. We had the most peaceful and relaxing vacation in years and will definitely return. We found our Happy Place!

We had a wonderful week with the family. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Everything we needed was provided. Great restaurants and market across the street from condo. And the beach and lounge chairs provided were super convenient as well. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our first time staying in Siesta Key. Carol’s condo was wonderful. She had way more stocked extras than most condos (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, cookware, spices, life jackets, towels, etc.) the condo was very clean and even though it faces the roadside vs. beach, we never heard any outside noise. It was very hot outside so sometimes at night I felt a little warm but there were plenty of fans in the closet to make you feel comfortable. Every detail is thought of truly. We have been renting for many years and this was our best experience. Also LOVED that the beach toys were in an outdoor box in front of our parking spot so we didn’t have to track sand in the condo all week. Such a small thing that makes a huge difference! The beach and water were just breathtaking. We have found our new favorite spot.

The condo was great and in a great location. We had a really nice week and were comfortable during our stay. The only thing I wish I had realized that there is only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided for the week for 4 people. The condo building itself (not the vrbo owner) has coin laundry - which is great to have, but no coin machines to have quarters on site. Nothing to ruin a stay, just things we will keep in mind for our next visit! We had a great time and were very happy with the unit.

This place was really nice and the owner was super friendly, informative and easy to get in contact with and responsive. The location was ideal as you didn't have to fight traffic the length of the beach it was almost immediately across from the access bridge on the beach side. It's convenient to a small grocery, drug store, and several nice restaurants, bars and a coffee shop all directly across the street. Couldn't have been more pleased.

This is year 3 for us, and there will be a year 4 for sure. We absolutely love our time here, the unit, the area, etc. Carol and Ron are fantastic hosts...feels like home away from home. So nice to have pool toys, towels, kitchen items and more. See you next year (if we can wait that long)!

This place is perfect! They literally have everything you need down to bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Hurricane Ian cut our trip short but we enjoyed what time we had. We’ll definitely be returning!

My husband and I just got back today from our one-week stay at this wonderful condo! From the texts ahead of time informing me how to navigate everything when we arrive and maps of places that are around there to questions answered by Carole...it was a breeze. From the welcoming gift to everything stocked and the kitchen was a dream to cook in and this location. We are in love with Siesta Key and this condo. What a combination! Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful stay from two overworked teachers!

Everything was fabulous. Owners were very accommodating and responded vey quickly when the a/c went on the blink. Everything was provided for a fabulous stay at the beach: beach towels, beach bag, beach chairs, beach umbrella and noodles!! Beds were very comfortable and the condo was super clean! This property was perfectly located. Close to the pool, beach and restaurants. The unit itself was very clean and adorably decorated. It’s the unit closest to the pool which made naps very convenient for the kids. The owner was very helpful and prompt to reply. The only reason I took a star off cleanliness wasn’t due to the unit but due to the pool. It needed shocked terribly which was done on one of our last days. Overall we would definitely visit again!

This condo in Siesta Key is wonderful!! Spacious for families, fully stocked, right on the beach and overlooks the pool. The owner is very organized, responsive and provides you with area attractions (dining, entertainment, shopping etc). The condo is so close to everything. We walked to dinner, water sports and ice cream. Other times we took the trolley to the village with lots of dining choices, shopping and entertainment. Such a great spot for anyone!!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay here…everything was perfect, location, amenities, the beautiful condo, the highest level of communication and details provided by the owners. The beach is only steps away, as is nearly everything else could ask for, and if it’s not steps away, they’ve already provided it. There was nothing more we could’ve asked for and we’ll definitely be making this our family vacation spot.
