WHO DOESN'T HAVE A BIG SCREEN TV BY NOW!!! WE GOT 'EM IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE BEDROOMS : )
Our washer and dryer back in Louisiana started running slow and we needed new ones for our home. So we took the old ones and dumped them on a dirt road in the country and bought new ones. Oh, and we got new ones for the beach too. We have new ones and you will too when you are in our condo. (Other owners put their old appliances in 'the condo.' We don't.!)
Our second home has all the things you need to be comfortable on your vacation. Lots of blankets and pillows, and stainless steel appliances. We have a stainless icemaker in the wet bar and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have all tile floors with a couple of rugs that we get cleaned a couple of times a year. Of course, Seachase is famous for the huge master baths with double vanities and a garden tub with separate shower.
We have two king-size beds and a queen sleeper sofa that sits well for watching TV. Our unit is in the East Tower, which is larger than the 2 bedroom units in the West or Center Towers. We have comfortable balcony furniture, including a chaise lounger. We also have comfort height toilets in both bathrooms. We stocked our condo with a toaster, George Foreman Grill, Crock Pot, Rice Cooker, Waffle Iron and Blender......gumbo pot....and now a grill pan to stir fry our vegetables. If we don't have it, you don't need it. Let us know if you think we need to add another appliance.
We have Netflix and all Smart TVs. We have a stereo system with Bluetooth for your phone. Best of all is the 55' TV in the living room. We are there quite often and can't live without internet, so bring your laptop, we have free wireless internet. The dining room table chairs are very comfortable and our patio furniture was the best deal we ever made at Sam's; great table and the chairs are big and comfortable.
TV CABLE is through the Association so all units have the same. Lots of college football and on demand choices.
Across the street, the old Delchamp's that became a Bruno's and then was empty is now a WalMart Market. How cool is that? We think we have the best location around here and we challenge anyone to show us a better one. We already had a great location and now WALMART and ROUSE’s across the street as well.
If you've been to Seachase, then skip this paragraph because you already know it is awesome. If you have not seen the new pools, you are missing out, and the new indoor pool is fantastic. The weight room, sauna, indoor pool and beach area all require an access pass so you know you are among only guests and owners. The new outdoor pools include an infinity pool and a zero entry pool. The new water fountain splash pad is great for kids and there is a shallow kid's pool as well
The weight room has fitness equipment, including an elliptical, treadmills, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, 2 TV's as well as weight machines. The workout room is constantly being updated. You will love Seachase as much as we do.
80 SQUARE FEET EXTRA:
When I was a Las Vegas Craps Dealer they used to say 'not having to wear a tie is worth 5 bucks a day.' Well we are in Seachase East, the newest building with the biggest units. Our two (2) bedroom is 80 square feet bigger (1420) than the two (2) bedrooms in the Center and West towers. 80 feels like 200 when you are there. Like a six (6) foot tall basketball player who 'plays' 6'6'. Most other complexes have three (3) bedrooms that are smaller than our two bedroom. It's the luxury. Seachase was built with an eye toward luxury.
FOR GRANDPARENTS:
We have a sturdy white plastic waterproof chair in the master closet and another in the guest closet. We find a number of uses for them whether you have a card game, sit to apply your makeup or sit in the tub or shower. We have comfort height toilets because they are better and handheld showerheads because they are better. We have a gumbo pot because we like gumbo : ).
GEORGE FOREMAN:
We bought a George Foreman grill back home because we love Georgie. It sat in our cabinet for years. We brought it to the beach because you can't eat at the The Hangout every night. We liked using it so much we bought another for back home. : )
TV:
Let's face it, nothing matters but our big TVs. We like our TV's big and loud. Dr. Phil. Ellen, Golf, SEC Football, Fox News, it's all better on a big TV. You love us for our TV and that's okay, we'll leave the gumbo pot anyway.
OWNERS:
You can tell by our write up that we are really owners who go to the beach and use the place. No fancy realtor language here ('fixer upper' 'handyman's dream' 'fully appointed kitchen'). What does that mean anyway, fully-appointed? Here's what I know: We go there and we like waffles, gumbo, burgers, daiquiris, etc. So we have the stuff to make those in the condo. No appointment necessary. : )
Do you remember when Ebay was still a guy selling his old guitar to make a few bucks? Now it is all store fronts for retail merchants. Well, that is quickly happening to VRBO. (It has already happened). But we really own our condo. (And we bought VRBO #575082). Half of the Seachase VRBO's are really management companies posting on VRBO. It kind of defeats the purpose of bringing owners together with guests. I really own it.

This is the most well equipped condo I’ve ever rented (I’ve rented a bunch). The photos do not do it justice. Perfect for me, my husband and my mom. Lots of extras that made it more comfortable for my mom (she’s on a walker). Shower seats, comfort height toilets, handheld shower heads…I’m sure there was more. I couldn’t recommend this condo or the owner more. VERY fast responses from the owner every time. Location is great. Pools are great. I can’t think of a thing I’d change. Highly recommend!!

We loved the location and the condo, however it was not as clean as we liked, lots of artificial plants that are very dusty, bathroom was not clean behind toilet.

Property was exactly what was advertised and just perfectly located. Just steps from the beach and unbelievable view from the balcony. Great place to stay. Perfectly clean and all necessary appliances and kitchen ware. Host was great in pre stay contacts.

Everything about this stay was great. Condo was clean and perfectly set up for our family. Unit is on the beach with a great view from the balcony. Loved it!

Sea Chase is a great place to stay. This unit came with a reserved parking spot which is fantastic! The unit was fine. A little dated and the washer got unbalanced easily since it was an old top loader so you couldn’t put hardly anything in it. It’s the first place we’ve ever stayed in Orange Beach that requires the guest to strip the beds and start the laundry upon check out. That was a little strange. All of the tv’s were unhooked and we had to hook them up while figuring out the correct hdmi port it required. Overall it was fine to stay in. The property owner was very prompt in his responses to any questions I had.

We enjoyed our stay at Seachase 602E. The property is well maintained and the location is perfect! Mr. Trahan is quick to respond to any questions and quick to address any issue you may have. We hated to see our vacation come to an end. We will be back!

I can say nothing but great things about this condo. Communication with Kristopher was easy. The unit has absolutely everything you need to cook with. Plenty of towels, quilts, sheets, etc!! The grounds and pool areas were beautifully kept! You are only steps to sand & the beach. We'll definitely be back!

Chris' condo is awesome; it is filled with so many extras like it is a home away from home. It is very spacious, lots of cooking ware, glasses,coffee mugs, cups, bowls, silverware. The beds are very comfortable and the views from the deck are so mezmorizing and memorable. This is a place to get away from the grind and let the weather, beach, waves, sunrises, and sunsets help you relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories.

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation
Our experience renting this condo was wonderful! The unit was spacious, impeccably clean, and inviting. The host has stocked bath towels, beach towels, and sheets, as well as air mattresses, a mini cooler, a full complement of kitchen appliances and utensils, and a boogie board. The property is right on the beach with private beach access for the condos and 5 pools: East pool, West pool, Center Pool, Infinity Pool, and Indoor Pool as well as multiple hot tubs and a splash pad with fountains.
Beds are comfortable. Views are incredible. The balcony overlooks the ocean, and we watched dolphin in the evenings and early mornings.
We traveled as a family of 6 and LOVED this property. We plan to return next year!

Great property to stay at. Very beautiful view. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a couple garbage bags on hand because they only supply one. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend you stay here.

Awesomeness
This place was a beaut! Perfect view, big rooms, beautiful pools. The owner has a ton of appliances to use so if you want to cook instead of go out, you could make a gourmet meal. Only words of advice and these are not complaints: bring your own drinking water, it tastes chlorinated. No beach chairs in suite, so either rent at beach or bring your own. And make sure you grab tp, paper towels and trash bags as there is only 1 for you where you would expect.

June 2021 - East Tower 602
Property owners were great to work with. Any issues we had, they addressed immediately. Some things were totally out of their control (like Century Link - do not plan on having wifi while there). But, your on vacation, so who cares! The east tower was having a lot of work done and the outside construction was a pain to maneuver around (the construction is blocking part of the circle entrance where you should be able to pull a vehicle through to stop and unload/load up but our minivan couldn’t fit without running up on the curb or over the bottom of the construction fencing) so you have to back out of it. The East tower pool was closed all day and night 6/11/21 because of roof work above it. But, no worries because you have plenty other pools to enjoy on Sea Chase grounds. We left the blinds in the master bedroom and two in the living room closed during our stay because they are white paper blinds and not real convenient to open up and keep open like I would have preferred, but once again the owners made us aware of the paper blinds before we got there. Due to product availability, the new blinds are on back order and I totally understand that. The extra ice machine in 602E was an awesome plus. The covered reserved parking spot was awesome as well. You will have plenty of extra towels, blankets and cookware. The elevators in the East tower were very fast and that was nice.

We have been coming to Seachase since 1993 and this might have been our favorite condo. It was well stocked with anything you could want for a week at the beach. Chris was great to work with and we look forward to returning in the future.

Relaxing week
We always stay at SeaChase and are never disappointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could want, the covered parking space was a nice bonus, large TVs in all rooms, and very comfortable beds. The whole complex was conscientious about social distancing and being respectful of everyone's personal space. Great relaxing week!

Perfect Condo
My family has been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for 30 years. This is the best condo I believe we have ever rented. Chris's description really doesn't do is justice. It is very well equiped with everything you need. It is just across the street from the Wal Mart Marketplace which makes grocery shopping a breeze. There is also a covered dedicated parking spot. The 6th floor location is ideal for sitting on the balcony and simply enjoying the ocean view. We will definitely be back!!

Great place!
We have stayed at SeaChase 3 times, so we knew the 4 swimming pools & Splash pad were awesome!! Always clean with plenty of chairs! This was the first condo that had a leather recliner, as well as 2 couches, & another leather chair! Plenty of space for everyone to sit! King size beds were super comfortable! Kitchen had lots of plastic storage containers that most condo's don't have, as well as good sturdy pots & pans & dishes, & lots of glasses, as well as measuring cups, mixer, 2 blenders, and I believe I saw a crockpot. We were pleased with 2 coffee pots- regular & Keuric style, as well as filters! Owner Christopher was extremely quick to respond to a question we had. Best of all was The COVERED PARKING!!!! We highly recommend this unit!

The condo was just as expected and worked well for 4 adults and a baby! The pools were great and easy beach access! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great Property
We have not been to the Orange Beach area in 28 years (Destin). The Condo was nice and the view was awesome. The owner communicated with us and we really enjoyed our stay. I was at a conference class most mornings but the afternoons and evenings were great. We will be back to Orange Beach in the near future.

Comfortable condo
Kitchen had lots of good cooking supplies, comfortable furniture and some good beach reading. I would have rated it a 5 star but pool was closed for repairs the entire time except a few hours one afternoon. This was Memorial Day week, a real inconvenience. We had access to family pool in center condo building but it was packed with kids and families. Also my husband is in a boot and further walk to that pool. We love kids and families, just had a different agenda. I don’t hold the owner or VRBO responsible for this but should be aware that homeowners association is paying property management to keep amenities in working order. My sister rented directly through Seachase and was refunded $150 for inconvenience. Don’t know if VRBO can do that for me?

Love Orange Beach!
Nice location. Communication with owner was great. There were some maintenance issues inside the condo, like outlets and lamps that didn’t work, and the icemaker was very noisy. It was a nice place to stay, overall. Would suggest the tile floors also be cleaned better. I only noticed because my husband’s white socks were very dirty after only walking inside the condo without shoes..

Great stay - beautiful location
We had a great trip for our family spring break. The condo is clean, spacious, updated... Chris, private property owner, is very customer centric and friendly... quick to communicate. Great pools/hot tubs (indoor and out), right on a beautiful beach.
Aside from a few (very mild) housekeeping things (a couple missed dishes, leaky coffee pot, intermittent WiFi) it was absolutely perfect for us. The beds are SUPER comfortable! Nice dressers to unpack into for convenience. Master bath is large - luxurious. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels. Balcony is an awesome view of gulf and we saw dolphins every morning. We brought games & cards but they also had a few there... TVs in each bedroom, plenty of outlets, nice kitchen & washer/dryer work well too! (Only did laundry on last day)
Bring your own TP, napkins, soaps, coffee, etc...there is enough for a day or two but you’ll need to stock up on more. Full fridge for groceries and stores, lots of dining nearby. Beautiful spot - highly recommend! Thanks for a great week!

Very nice unit! You won’t be disappointed!
Our stay was for the month of February. We have stayed in other units at SeaChase and have rented many condos over the years. This is probably the nicest one ever. High quality furnishings, (a Temper Pedic mattress in the master bedroom) decorated well and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of quality cook ware and dinner ware. All of the appliances were fairly new and worked perfectly.
Lots of games and puzzles for the kids. Three nice TV sets, a stereo and BluRay player. Easy access to the beach and pools.
Chris was easy to work with and very accessible.
SeaChase is a great facility that is well maintained, safe and secure. In my opinion there is no better location in Orange Beach,
We were disappointed to find that it was rented for February 2020. We would have reserved it, if possible.

Very Nice Well Appointed Unit
We had an outstanding week. Unit had everything that you could possibly need. Owner was great and very helpful. Unit was clean upon arrival. Definitely would recommend this unit and hopefully I will be able to return soon.

Perfect family getaway!
First time at Sea Chase, and we will definitely be back. Perfect for our little family of four (4 & 2 year olds).
Condo set up was accommodating and convenient. Pool is a children’s paradise, and the beach is at your fingertips.

Lovely, spacious and convenient!
We have stayed in numerous 2 bedroom units in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and this one is our favorite. Very spacious and with ample seating in the living area. Nice bedroom arrangement for two couples. We loved it!

The condo was perfect! The kitchen has everything you might need. We have stayed at Sea Chase many times but this was our first stay in this condo. Will be renting again in the future!

Another good trip to Seachase!
This was our second trip to Seachase but the first in the Trahan’s condo. Well furnished. Great amenities. A few minor issues, but Chris was very responsive in getting those resolved. Would definitely recommend. Will consider this unit for our next trip as well.
