Back yard, plenty of free parking, quiet, 1 block from 13 acre park, 3 blocks from Canada Line, 7 minutes to downtown and walking distance to everything.
Bright, charming Character Home, recently renovated and beautifully furnished. Perched on a unique hill that gets you above it all and provides plenty of light and views of downtown.
Stay together and also have some privacy in our 3 level home. The Main level is the top two floors with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The Garden level has 1 bedroom/1 bath with its own entrance at the home's garden level.
NOTE: This rental includes the entire home (the Main level and Garden level). We use the Garden level as an office and as a guest suite for when family and friends are visiting.
MAIN LEVEL (Sleeps 8)
Bright, charming, 3 bedroom, 4 beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 1500 sq. ft.. Top 2 levels.
GARDEN LEVEL (Sleeps 4)
Garden level, separate entrance direct into back yard, 650 sq. ft., 2 beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bath.

- Studio Bedroom with 2 twin beds (or can be put together to make one King bed)

- Free Cancellation (no fee) if cancelled within 24 hrs of booking and greater than 30 days from the Arrival Date (no refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or less from the Arrival Date)
- 50% refund if cancelled greater than 30 days from the Arrival Date
- No refund if cancelled 30 days or less from the Arrival Date
