Treat yourself and your family to the life of luxury while you are on vacation. Over a Million Dollars Condo. Three-bedroom Condo with very large Master Suite that includes a King Bed, sitting area, oversized Master Bath, 42' TV, Blue Ray player and private access to Lanai/Covered Balcony plus a large floor to ceiling window, the only thing between you and the Ocean is the beach. Second Bedroom with Queen Bed, 42' TV, Blue Ray Player and beautiful Ocean Views. Third bedroom with two single beds, 32' TV, DVD player and Ocean Views. There is also a crib/pin and a highchair in the condo for the children. EVERY BEDROOM HAS VIEW OF THE OCEAN.
Beautifully appointed kitchen with Cherry cabinets and Granite countertops. Two sinks, all stainless appliances and very well equipped. Living Room with Queen sofa bed, oversized chairs, fireplace, 42' TV, DVD, Stereo and direct access to Oceanfront Lanai. The unit has telephone with unlimited long-distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada, plus high-speed internet access in the unit and Digital cable with interactive TV.
Direct Ocean front corner unit overlooking miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Extra-large corner Lanai/Balcony overlooking the Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. Lanai has 6 chairs tables as well two Chiasson to relax and catch some sun and other chairs and table to set around and enjoy the Ocean views. The Lanai has summer Kitchen including Weber Grill BBQ. for some of us who enjoy cooking while watching the waves.
For a comfortable stay at the beach, the unit has beach chairs, inflatable mat and boogie boards. Our unit is Santa Monica (D2) on the 8th floor.
TWO PETS ARE ALLOWED FOR A TOTAL MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF 80 LBS FOR BOTH PETS AS PER ASSOCIATION RULES.
Please read the information below regarding the process to book the Condo as well check in and out process. I have a management company who will be taken care of my Condo rentals and they will be taken care of your booking. They been in Business over 25 years, one of the largest rental companies on the Beach, they manage over 220 units and serve thousands of travelers every year. They have an office on Atlantic Avenue with a full staff there to help make you stay and vacation a pleasurable one, secure and hassle free. Below is your booking process:
1- The Guest will book the condo online and make the deposit directly to VRBO. If your date more than 60 days away, you will receive a reminder before the 60 days to make the remainder of the payments. if your booking with in 60 days of your check in, you will need to make the full payment to VRBO at the time of booking.
2- After you book the condo, you will receive an email or a phone call from the property management company to confirm your booking. They will send via email Ocean Vistas building registration form and contact information for the person that will be checking you in.
3- At the check in date, you will meet at the Lobby the person who will give you the keys for the condo as well give you your parking passes and show you where you will be parking in the underground secure parking.
4- The building association requires every guest to be given a tour of the building amenities and which elevator to use to get to your condo during checking in. Every owner and management company has to perform this tour with guests checking in with no exception regardless of if the guest stayed at Ocean Vistas in the past. This mandatory rule was put in place for two reasons, first is security reason and the other reason is to show the guest which Elevator to use since there is 3 separate towers and if you took the wrong elevator by not knowing which one to use you may not be able to get to your condo. This tour is very beneficial to all guests.
5- At no point from the time you book your condo to the time you check out; any guests will NOT be asked by anyone including The Property Management Company for their SSN.
This process in place to make your experience renting the condo hustle free and pleasurable one so you can start your vacation and enjoy it

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vistas. The condo was spacious and it was nice to have separate areas and bathrooms for each group. We enjoyed spending some time on the balcony with the gorgeous oceanfront view. The eighth floor gave us a great view of the ocean as well as the pelicans when they flew by. We had some rain during our stay and the large balcony provided an outdoor space so that we could still enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful view even in the rain! Thanks to our host for her help at check in as well. Great vacation stay at Ocean Vistas!

Very nice and spacious condo. Great location. Great view. Only problems were the overhead air vents made a clicking noise that kept some of us awake sometimes. I think it was 2 times we had to use the bathroom plunger to unstop the commodes. Other than that everything was wonderful. .

Beautiful location and property. This was our annual year end vacation. We had a few hiccups but nothing we couldn't fix. First night we found hair in one of the beds- simple fix- change bedding. This could have simply been hair from a washer or dryer. But someone had put away dirty pans and the drawer was full of crumbs. We always wash prior to use but a simple check by the cleaning crew would have caught this. Same with towels and washcloths, some were really stained, but there were more than enough linens to use.
This rental was very spacious, but welcoming. The views from the balcony and master suite were awesome. The heated pool also insured that the kids were able to swim this year. We were here for New Year's Eve and were able to enjoy fireworks with the kids from the pier and down the beach without leaving the condo. I would totally rent this property again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Check in was easy. Parking was not a problem like most places on the beach. Easy beach access and pool area was great for our little ones. Beautiful views from all of the bedrooms and living room. Communication with the owner/management was quick and reliable before and during stay. Overall was the best place our family has stayed in Daytona in years. Would love to visit again here next year.

We had a great stay. There is construction on the adjacent properties so some big equipment being driven in the beach would be the only negative- the condo is gorgeous, the beach is always amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great vacation

Not so nice when Hurricane Ian is looming and eventually traveled right over your vacation destination. But, no refunds within 60 days. That's the rule. We'll get to that in a moment. First, the condo itself:
The photos are deceptive. This "million dollar" condo desperately needs a facelift and someone to actually keep it updated.
The living room furniture is extremely dated and uncomfortable. Like the stuff you planned to give to the Salvation Army but you have a condo in Florida, so just stick it there.
The mattress in the main bedroom is terribly lumpy and one of those cheap pillowtop things that crushes on the sides.
The mattress in the queen bedroom is stiff as a board.
We had to go out and buy bleach to get rid of the black mold in the main bathroom shower and my husband had to do the cleaning because of my asthma. We left the nasty moldy rolled up mat in the shower alone. So gross!!
The same mold was in the single bed bathroom but no one wanted to touch it.
A plumber had to be called in to open the drain in one of the sinks.
The exhaust fan and light do not work over the stove.
On the balcony, if you have a small dog, there is a gap large enough in the railing that your dog could plummet from the 8th floor.
The towels are old and small and dingy and tattered. Creepy, really.
The coffeemaker leaks when brewing a single cup.
Heard the term "lipstick on a pig?"
The nicest person we dealt with was a woman named Mary. She was responsive to all our questions and concerns.
Back to pre-Hurricane Ian. All the way up to the evening before our trip, I explained to the owner that the hurricane was likely going to affect our own house on the opposite side of the state, his response was, "that does not concern me." I tried being as nice as I could possibly be to plead our case for a refund or some kind of modification since VRBO had all our money (rental, fees, the whole deal). When I asked if the owner would at least work with us to offer us a fair discounted rate to stay the first week of June, which was the first week we were available, he would not. He wanted his rate for June. It was cold and callous.
Hurricane Ian turned out to be a devastatingly deadly hurricane and Daytona Beach also took a beating - and we could have been stuck on the 8th floor of this condo building had we not evacuated. We don't ever want to rent from people like this again and will make sure we don't.

This is the second time staying at this condo. Six adults stayed this time and we had plenty of space plus I was able to bring my little 🐶. I love the convenience to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo.

We didn't realize at first but we stayed in the same room and floor 10 years ago. We loved it then and loved it now. The addition of the new flooring was great. Although not much has been changed since we were there last not much needed to be changed. A bit of touch up paint would help the floor molding but that's about it.

We had a great week. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very large unit. Building and grounds are clean and neat. All furniture in this unit lseems old and furniture in living dirty. Check out process was a disappointment. All condos we have always stayed in you left keys in unit. Had to drive opposite direction to take keys to real estate off at 6am. Because we met cleaning company at condo when we checked in we had no idea where the office was. Had to end up calling answering service at 6am which delayed us leaving area by thirty minutes. Overall a great week!

I stayed here Sept 2020. The property was very nice. The condo was clean and extremely well appointed. I had my 2 kids and 2 friends, my wife, and my two dogs.... we had plenty of room. The balcony is huge, we ate dinner on the balcony several nights. The master bedroom was incredible. We loved this place so much that my wife talks about this condo at least once a week and she monitors the condos for sale in this building only. I have stayed all over the place but this unit is the absolute best.
