Very happy with our week stay at 25 villimanta. Our unit had a well equiped kitchen with comfortable lounge dining and bedroom. A great location walking distance to coffee/ food supermarket, train station also the waterfront, art gallery and main town centre. Great communication with our host Brendan Highly recommend and we will return A & B

Could not have been more perfect. The communication has been excellent for the entire process. Apartment immaculately clean and super comfy bedding and pillows etc. Close to everything and great location. Highly recommend it’s a 10/10 for me. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in the apartment, it was everything that we needed, the bed was comfortable. It was close proximity to Pakington Street shops and transport, also walking distance into Geelong if you felt energetic. Thank you Brendan and Natalie.

It was perfect. Location. Laundry facilities. Managed well by Brendan. Serviced. Ground floor with outdoor area to sit. Undercover car parking. Would have loved a coffee pod machine, but borrowed my daughter’s. Thanks a million.

This is a great property in a quiet residential district but within easy walking distance of the station and waterfront and also the bars, cafes etc on Pakington Street. Excellent communication with the owner Brendan from start to finish. The property is clean and well-maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in great location. Just a 20 minute walk to the beautiful Geelong Waterfront, restaurants and town centre. Just a short walk to Geelong Station with mainline direct to Melbourne. Apartment very comfortable and very clean with a small courtyard and garden. Brendan was very helpful replying immediately to us both before and during our stay. Can highly recommend.

Great location, can walk to main shops....10 minutes?. Lovely architecture on some of the old buildings. Murphy’s hotel very close by, great food, friendly staff. Lovely area, apartment very nice and clean, comfy soft bed.

It has been a lovely experience staying at Brendan's apartment. It's clean, spacious and quiet. Despite the peaceful surroundings, we are only a few minutes away from all the conveniences. I would love to come back and stay again at this perfect place. Thank you Brendan.

Two small arrangements will make it even better: 1. An extension power cord in the bedroom to be used so both electric under-blankets can be used instead of one only. 2. A small waste basket in the bath room was missing.

Was staying there while doing an intensive week at Deakin Waterfront, was a short drive from the shops and the university. The accomodation was perfect and quiet, communication with the property owners was prompt which made me feel at ease if I had any issues. One small point would be that it could be cleaned a bit better, as I did find some rubbish on the top few shelves of the bedroom cupboards. But overall, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for affordable and spacious accomodation in the area. Also, the free wifi was great as a uni student!
