The Space
Your private unit at The Natchez is one of 12 luxury rental condominiums located in our beautifully renovated 1830’s building
Unit 1101 is located on the 1st floor and has easy access to the pool, courtyard, and sundeck
Ten adults can be accommodated in this 4-bed, 4-bath unit with a queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Each bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms include 1 king and 2 queens, while the upstairs bedroom is a king
The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering
Your spacious 1,500 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs:
- Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils
- Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
- Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided
- Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels
Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out!

Check in with our helpful front desk upon arrival to receive your keycode. This keycode will grant you access to the front door to our property 24/7, as well as to your private unit

Other Things to Note
Public parking is available less than one block from our front door. We recommend dropping off luggage in our loading zone right in front of our door, and then parking your vehicle in a secure, covered garage such as the Premium Parking garage at the Pan American Building (P376), located at 435 Camp Street. The entrance is located on Camp Street directly across from Natchez Street, less than one block away from our front door.
If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available.

This was a great apartment for our family! I would have loved it but I felt unsafe outside. The rats were bigger than me and having an all out brawl in the alley. We were warned by locals to remain indoors after dark.

The location was perfect. we could walk everywhere. The space was perfect since we have three grown children with spouses. There are four en suite rooms. We will reserve it again. The staff members were all so friendly and helpful.

Cool Condo
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette party. The condo is as listed on the site. It was a great place. Their communication is fantastic- the office gets back to you very quickly. We had a couple issues with burned out lightbulbs and a slow draining shower and they immediately had someone fixing it. The location was great. It’s unfortunate the garbage dumpsters are right next to the front door but New Orleans has a lot of garbage everywhere- it’s just how it is. I loved that I could place a grocery order and it was in our unit before we arrived! My gals & I really enjoyed our time here & I would rent from this company again!

The unit was very clean and as advertised in the pictures. The location was excellent ... just a few minutes from the French Quarter and the convention area. The bathrooms and showers were great.

We stayed here for a Bachelor party with a small group. The property worked amazing for us. It was centrally located, clean, and convenient. The property gave us plenty of space to unwind.

Our stay at Natchez was awesome. We were a group of 8, all couples, and everyone enjoyed the suite and their rooms. There was plenty of space and the property was in a great location. We walked everywhere. We all agreed that we qould definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time celebrating! Our place was perfect and loved that we all had our own bathroom! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Would stay again!!

Perfect place!
Perfect set up for a group of friends. Great location. Just a short walk to Bourbon. Loved the courtyard hot tub and pool. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Great Place!
We only stayed one night in this room, but it was fantastic! Everything was beautifully remodeled. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do downtown. We ended up just walking everywhere we went. Check-in and check-out was really easy. Top notch place to stay!!

Work trip in NOLA
Only problem is lack of dedicated parking but we knew this prior to our rental. The frustrating part was finding a vehicle that we had paid to park in the adjacent lot “booted” because of a malfunction in the parking collection app.

Nice property. Good location. Very clean and well furnished. Bedrooms and secondary baths a little small. No operable windows results in a slightly stuffy feel.

Excellent accommodations with a great location.
The rental was more than I could have expected. It was like staying in a luxury apartment in the middle of New Orleans. Modern, and stylish interior with plenty of space for our whole party. Location was amazing as you could walk to many attractions. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a rental to accommodate a larger party. We were there for a Batchelor party, but this place would also be perfect for a party with 4 couples.

Great location and accommodations!
Overall our experience was good. The location was great and walking distance from Bourben Street. Beds were so comfortable!! We were on bottom floor so the noise above us was very loud. Hot tub was nice after a long day of walking.

This was an absolutly beautiful place. It was very comfortable and the location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the French Quarter and Burbon St. We enjoyed the hot tub after walking all day. This is the perfect place for a large family or group.

ALMOST READY....MAYBE ONE DAY WILL BE GREAT. NOT YET THOUGH.
I am a frequent visitor to New Orleans - and a former resident. I have stayed at MANY of the area hotels - low end, business-type, and luxury. I have rented VRBOs all over town. I am familiar with the options available in the area. Here is what I have to say about my stay at The Natchez:
The building is ideally suited for walking to FQ, Marigny, WH district, or CBD. The streetcar to go uptown or the Irish Channel is nearby. Parking is easy - $25-30 dollars per day for in-and-out privileges at two lots across and behind The Natchez. Pretty good deal for downtown parking! Nearby morning coffee options are limited (I live in Seattle - so this is a big negative!), but a 10 minute walk can take you to a variety of decent food places.
WHEN IT IS COMPLETED - this will have a killer pool and hot tub situation. However they were not yet operational in April - but management refunded us 10% of our rental fee. Thanks....but a targeted email stating that certain amenities are NOT usable is more appropriate than simply EXPECTING me to look at the website for updates LONG AFTER paying my money for a POOL!
Anyway - if the management is reading this, please note that dish towels or hand towels would be nice. We had to use wash cloths. Also, the showers should REALLY have doors or at least shower curtains - those fancy-looking showers make a huge mess. High pressure shower heads with multiple sprayers? No way to contain the splash? POOR PLANNING.
Also - please tell your desk employees to NOT hang out outside the windows of the FIRST FLOOR UNIT. In fact - I don't recommend the bottom/street level unit due to the incredible amount of street noise. You can hear EVERYTHING EVERYONE says as they walk by on the street. Maybe consider insulated glass for those windows at street level? That is fairly intolerable. I suggest ONLY staying on the upper floors.

Unfinished Rooms, Missing furniture, appliances & more, and Unwilling to issue a partial refund?
Originally, we were told that the building would be finished in November, 2015, then January, 2016. We arrived on a Friday afternoon in February to find workmen in our rooms. They left an hour afterward, but the rooms were clearly unfinished. Sorry that I can not upload pictures, so that you could see the bedroom with only a mattress and NO dresser; a dumpster outside our street level windows; uninstalled dishwasher; no shower doors or shower curtains, so the bathroom was soaked every day; light fixtures that were not completely installed in the ceiling and were left hanging, a shower that didn't drain; unfinished flooring; and other deficiencies. I understand that construction issues arise. The manager promised us a refund, which we never received. after a few emails, including a " refund check is in the mail" promise, we did not receive any refund and I disputed a portion of the charge with my credit card company. They issued a credit, only to reverse it when the refund was disputed by the building's management. After sending the credit card company copies of emails and photos of the rooms, The credit card company issued the refund. Although the rooms should be finished by now, do you want to deal with management that treats its guest like this? My suggestion is to look elsewhere on VRBO.

5 STAR!!
WOW!! We arrived on a Friday at the Natchez with a group of 12 for a getaway in New Orleans and what a great place! The owners have done a superb job of marrying old "NOLA" with beautiful contemporary finishes. It is simply beautiful. Everything is stocked in the units to make each guest feel completely at home. I literally felt like I was in my home as everything is provided that you would need to cook with friends and have a great time without going out to eat every night. The location is also top notch. Anything you might need or forgot to bring with you is there...I forgot my blowdryer and they had one in our unit. That was a lifesaver for me. The hotel is close to everything....casino, the super dome, french quarter and the most fabulous restaurants in the world! Just step out on the streets and New Orleans is there to greet you, however, you don't need to leave the Natchez to have a great time!! The units are spacious and perfectly appointed with top end appliances, art, bedding, and details. We will be going back to the Natchez. I just wish it was sooner than later!!
