Beautifully decorated, spacious, two bedroom, two bath, level-entry condominium within a 6 block walking distance to the heart of the Bavarian village, Leavenworth. Walk out our back door and you are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot tub. Incredible views of the Icicle valley and surrounding mountains help create a peaceful haven on the back patio as you enjoy morning sunrises. The condo development also includes a tennis court, basketball court, two seasonal pools and hot-tubs open late spring, summer, and early fall, and a year-round hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing or sledding.
The large master bedroom has a pillow-top king bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The guest room has a queen bed with TV and is off the main hall adjacent to the guest bathroom. The great-room kitchen area has been recently redecorated with leather sofa (with hide-a-bed) and love seat, gas fireplace, built-in bookcase with reading library, large flat-screen TV, DVD with video library, island kitchen with bar stools, and dining area for 6. The unit has free wi-fi and is a perfect fit for 4-6 people.
Leavenworth is the ideal vacation getaway any time of year. From our unit you have easy access to the Leavenworth Golf Course (the golf course property is adjacent to the condo property), great fishing holes on the Wenatchee River, sledding hills in Enchantment Park, and kids playground equipment. The town’s network of river trails connect the condo to downtown Leavenworth via a short 15-minute walk along the river. When the outdoor recreation and shopping opportunities wear you out, just sit and relax by one of two resort pools, or in one of three hot tubs.
Our unit is privately owned, but is situated in the Village at Leavenworth Condominium Development and as such shares the resort property with Wyndham and their timeshare units. All of the resort amenities are available to our guests.

Little did we know when we first booked this condo how lucky we were,& that it would become our go to place when we visit Leavenworth. Love that I don't have to bring a lot of kitchen items from home, like most places, as it's so well stocked. Grandkids loved the pumptrack & the rollercoaster. Thank you Deb, for keeping it affordable so we can come more often. You've spoiled us!

We love staying here. It's always super clean & very relaxing. We played games on the patio, a deer & her baby came by, & we went to the Reindeer Farm which we loved. Deb, the owner, is so easy to work with & we appreciated being able to check in early. We've made many happy memories here, & will be making more, as coming back in August. Two days wasn't long enough!

This is an amazing condo with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The condo is beautiful and very clean. It has all the amenities for cooking, games for outdoors and indoors, and it’s a very comfortable place to stay. The owner is easy to contact - she quickly responded to a question I had. We had a great mini vacation and would definitely stay there again.

It was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and we easily walked back and forth to town. We enjoyed the property around the unit. We used the tennis courts and hot tub too.

This condo was amazing! We had two small kiddos and 4 adults. We only ate out for one meal during our stay… the kitchen was extremely well supplied with everything we needed to cook! Additionally, the bed accommodations, with mats, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows. Everything you need on top of plenty of stuff for kids entertainment, rackets, movies and games. We will absolutely be coming back here! The proximity to town, the hot tubs and the privacy you feel even though you are in condos… unmatched.

Once again, a very enjoyable stay at this condo. Love all the updates the owners have done since we first started staying here. Well stocked with things you didn't even know you needed. Not enough snow for sledding, & the Reindeer farm was booked , so we ended up going to a movie in Wenatchee. The secret is out! Deb's condo is amazing & she's a delight to work. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay in the property was fabulous. The host was amazing and we enjoyed every minute. The house was perfect and had lots of games, movies and other information for activities in the area. This condo was perfect for our group. The location was just close enough to walk or take a quick drive to town but off the Main Street enough to give us a nice view and some quiet. The host was so communicative and made it easy to add a night when we wanted to extend our trip. She even had snacks there when we arrived and it was decorated for Christmas. Will definitely be booking the same place for spring.

Great comfortable condo on the outside of downtown Leavenworth. About a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to downtown. Clean and updated interior and responsive and really nice hosts. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed here several times, & no matter how long we stay, it's never long enough. It's always super clean & well stocked. Deb, the owner, is so easy to work with & goes above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need for an amazing adventure. We walked into town along the river got hot dogs in town, checked out the art in the park, ate meals & played games on the patio, where a mama deer & 2 fawns came by. We can't wait to go back!
