The views from the rooms are excellent - make the stay worth it. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well maintained and clean. The breakfast is good, but a little more variety could be better if you stay for 4 days.

The heating in the room was extreme to our liking, even at lower knobs.

Exceptional view and room! Would absolutely recommend!

The location and the room were stunning! The breakfast was complimentary and was delicious and really fresh! The drive up would require a car though. A few amenities were missing in the room when we reached but the staff would provide us everything promptly upon request.

Excellent experience overall! -The place is stunningly beautiful and the surroundings are incredible - It is relatively easy to get there in public transportation as long as you don't mind a short hike - Staff was friendly, helpful and accesible at all times

We had asked about the restaurant menu in advance as they ask you to do through their messages. We ended up booking dinner that got cancelled on the same morning of our stay because we were the only ones who had booked. They had not mentioned the fact that if there were not enough customers booked then we might not get served, so we had to settle for whatever we could get at the supermarket at the station on our way to the hotel. We understood the situation, but were disappointed given that it was very short notice and we had booked in advance as required by the hotel. They didn't offer any compensation.

We are very satisfied with our stay. Will definitely come back. View from hotel is simply amazing.

Great view, very friendly staff, uncomplicated check-in/out, decent breakfast.

Having a mini fridge in the room would be nice.

Great location with stunning views. The best sunsets i’ve ever seen in my life. I liked very much all the products we had at breakfast, especially the bread - super yummy. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I liked very much the self checkin. It allowed us to come late in the first night, without worrying this will be outside the checkin hours. The details provided by the owner were very precise and was super easy to find the location.

Beautiful location

Location is excellent. It has breath taking views. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking is available onsite free of charge. Interlakan is just 20 mins drive.

WiFi can be hit and miss. Breakfast menu is very basic.

Very good value/price ratio, comfortable quiet hidden place with a magnificent view.

Nice building, hidden from the road. Very comfortable beds, clean and modern rooms and bathrooms. The view is exceptional, the breakfast system is well established, the self-service kitchen is a very good idea. I can only recommend it.

Simple, clean room but overpriced

- Great explanations concerning check-in and procedures - Comfortable room - great view

Room was overpriced in my opinion compared to other hotels in the region. Very simple decoration abs taking into account the complete lack of services (no personnel, no towels washing etc) I would expect better value for money.

Beautiful view and perfect system!

We loved the view! The kitchen was amazing, the fridge system was perfect! The place was very well set up. Especially with the food system and piggy bank set up. We did end up using this throughout our stay.

The walk up the hill but that was due to our lack of hills in London. We just weren’t used to it but it was worth it once you were up! Also the lack of lights on the path to the apartment but again that’s due to us being used to London being lit up 24/7.

Coffee makers were not working. Lighting in kitchen area was low. Approach road is daunting for new visitors.
