Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Double, 4 Twin and sleeping 10 people.
There is an excellent ocean view from this 9th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25” flat screen TV w/built in DVD players and a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is the gorgeous view from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddie pool. The condo was just like the description, very large common area that we enjoyed and the pool was awesome since we stayed their during the Abby storm. The condo at a glance looked clean but on our first night we found a cockroach in the master bedroom and another in the living room. I planned on reaching out to the owner in the morning but coincidentally pest control came by the next morning. It didn't become a huge issue for us but unfortunately first impression matter. Everything in the condo worked as expected, my recommendation would be to have some of the bathrooms doors tuned up as they don't close very well. Would i stay here again, yes and i would recommend since the owner seems to be taking a proactive approach to the pest control and location of this unit. Overall we had a great time!

North Beach Realty is the best. The property was beautiful and I look forward to returning. This was a small family reunion and we had a blast. So close to the beach, great parking. It was so worth it!

This property is in a quiet living location with life nearby. The facility itself was clean and spacious. It had an indoor heated pool and an outside Jacuzzi. The balcony has a great view of the beach.

The house was definitely appropriate for seven people, the accommodations were perfect! However, the floor was dirty, the couches were filthy, some of the lamps did not work, and the master bathroom and the bathroom with the full beds in it the sinks, drained, extremely slow.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at Malibu Pointe. The condo was roomy that accommodated our family well. The kitchen was equipped with appliances and cookware and utensils. The laundry was convenient. We were able to enjoy the ocean view and enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the balcony. I wish they had a outdoor pool but other than that our vacation was fabulous!

Location was good. Very busy part of beach, lots of people . Great restaurant across the street. Building is older but functional. Pools were clean.
Room was good with a few exceptions.
1. Beds are old and very uncomfortable. Owner should seriously think about new mattresses in ALL rooms. Master is really bad!! Slopes to one side. Hard as a rock. Extremely uncomfortable bed!!
2. Big couch is about shot.
3. Master Sinks were slow to drain. Called maintenance and they promptly arrived and cleared clogs but they reclogged the next day.
4. Tile floor throughout means lots of sweeping up sand. Floor always felt gross. Vacuum was not working. Swept a lot.
Good points - elevators work great. Hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked good.
Overall, not bad. Needs a bit of updating and definitely new mattresses.

For mature ladies, playing in a golf tournament. We each required our own bedroom and bathroom so this unit fit the bill perfectly. We had our own personal space, and plenty of room to be together in common areas. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils, pans, And dishware. We were able to enjoy a home cooked meal on the evenings. We finished our golf rounds early. The view from the balcony to the ocean is spectacular. However, in March it was too cold for us to enjoy. The view from the front door watching the sunset was also spectacular from the ninth floor. I would rent this unit again and look forward to learning about the other amenities. However, if you enjoy Keurig, you need to bring your own.

The Unit was not modern, out dated and completely filthy. Dirt, food and clumps of dust everywhere. Toilets were broken with water constantly running 24/7. I was embarrassed for my adult friends that joined me. Totally unacceptable! I will be contacting the Rental Manager.

The condo we had rented was not ocean front and was on the 9th floor. It had an issue with the refrigerator so they upgraded our room to oceanfront first floor. The check in was easy and and the condo was very nice. The other people at the complex were very nice also. The people we support and the staff had a great time. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Arrival went great, getting the keys and checking in was easy and the staff was amazing. The condo itself was very clean! We were impressed! There were minor things, like a hole in a chair but no big deal whatsoever. Plenty of space for our family of 9, and not too far of a walk to the beach. The pools were nice, and the guy who was working there was super kind too. You could tell he likes his job! Overall it was a wonderful stay, if we choose to come back to North Myrtle, we will stay here again. Will definitely be renting from the company itself and not a 3rd party site though!

Beach time with the Family!
Overall the condo was okay. The floors were dirty. The kitchen had the minimum amount of utensils. The furniture was very old. Location was great. Linens were adequate. We liked that each bedroom had a bathroom. Cleaners knocked on our door at 8:30 am for a 10:00am checkout. Not enough parking spaces for the drivers we had. There was parking on the street or real estate office. Pool water was not clean.

Malibu Pointe 901. Great location and nice view.
Our family of 9 had plenty of space and it was nice for everyone to have a bathroom. Location nice. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. Make sure you bring everything. There were no trash bags, only two dish washing tabs, no toilet paper or paper towels, salt, pepper, etc. Other condos we have stayed in supply the staples. And no hair dryer. Biggest complaint is the floors were extremely dirty. Had obviously not been mopped in a very long time. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. Maintenance had to be called 3 times for toilet issues and water leaks in bathrooms. Slow draining sinks also.

There were a few things that could have been better:1. The Wifi went in and out the entire time2. The floors were filthy, our socks were black before we could walk the unit down.3. The Dryer was full of sand and lint4. The curtains were falling off the ceiling in the Living room.5. The 2nd bedroom bath sink was clogged6. There was only one roll of tissue7. There was only one roll of paper towels8. The king size bed sink in the center9. The sofas need to be re-cushioned10. The front of the unit was either too hot or cold, so that the back of the unit was comfortable11. There is NOT any street parking as indicated in the documents. A 10 people unit should have more than two spaces.
