Six bedrooms shared among 12 persons that's $19night/each. All-inclusive rates for adults is $150/person/day. Children under 12 are $50/night/day. Under 3 are free. The all-inclusive is NOT included in the rent, as is the resort fee of $25/person/day and will be collected at check-in by the resort management. Pre-paid all-inclusive fees will discount to $125/person/night which will cover the resort fees. The all-inclusive plan is the best in the Caribbean with an amazing list of benefits. The all-inclusive fees will be collected by your host for all guests no later that 30 days before your arrival. Please be aware that the all-inclusive fees are required for all guests. Stays over weekends may require a minimum of 2 nights (seasonally dependent). Weekday stays are only a two night minimum.

Unless you have a confirmed reservation for a specific villa the resort has discretion at check-in to supply you with a comprisable unit(s) with the same or more bedrooms than booked.
