Rent our remolded home and enjoy the blessings of Holden Beach. Holden Beach is a perfect location nestled approximately equal distances from the excitement of both Myrtle Beach and Wilmington. The seafood restaurants are quite good and many other food options nearby. Holden is family friendly with a wide sandy beach and lots of good fishing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, cycling, water slide , miniature golf and kids amusement park nearby with an ice cream treat on about every corner. Holden is a great place to enjoy a run and stop along the walkway to get in a cross fit workout along the town exercise stations. Boat and jet ski rentals available near bridge.
Food Lion and Walgreens in town make essentials easy to obtain. The beach home has all the kitchen essentials you need to cook and eat in. All appliances and furnishings are brand new. The dinning and kitchen area is open and can comfortably seat 9 guest while watching the large 55' HD flatscreen TV. A private dock / Hammock and large back porch allows for much enjoyment in the backyard. In warm weather a nice outdoor shower and shaded parking for 2 vehicles are available.

This was our third time staying at this property because we know it’s always clean, comfortable, up to date, and the owner is very communicative. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach (which isn’t crowded) and our crew had a lot of fun kayaking, swimming, fishing, and crabbing off the back dock. There are giant windows in the living room that give you a great view of the canal and of the evening sunsets. This is one of the best properties in Holden so if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing stay, this is your place.

This was a great house where, in a short time, we felt like we had always been there. The neighborhood was wonderful and welcoming, the house layout was great for a family of five, and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk. Lisa made the process an ease. I think we have found out regular beach vacation spot.

This was the perfect house for our long weekend trip with family friends (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed, and the owner made the check-in and check-out process very easy. It has a nice dock where the kids enjoyed looking for crabs and learning to fish. It is a very short, easy walk to the beach. A nice bonus was getting to meet several friendly neighbors (humans and dogs) while out for a walk. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed out stay at Holden Beach. The property was really nice, updated interior, and extremely well maintained. Short walking distance to the beach and really enjoyed catching fish out the back door on their private canal dock. Other perks included covered parking, outdoor shower, deck, and swing & hammock.

We highly recommend this house for your Holden Beach stay! We were greeted by a freshly cleaned and well appointed home for our week. The beach access is just across from the end of the street and was easy to manage with the included beach cart. We enjoyed using the home's dock with a rented boat, and found boating on the waterway to be one of the highlights of our trip. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely be back!

We had a awesome week at Holden Beach. We loved the beach house. It was decorated very cute. My kids especially loved fishing off the dock. The walk to the beach wasn't bad and having access to beach supplies was nice. We can't wait until next year.

This was our first time at Holden Beach and we loved it. The laidback vibe, lots of things to do nearby, yet not commercial. The beach house was outstanding! Comfortable, clean, everything is provided for a great vacation. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a room full of those little extras; a beach cart, grill with a full propane tank, beach goodies, and more. We have already started talking about our return trip. Thank you!

My family just finished a week long stay at this property. Home was spacious, clean, newly renovated and well decorated. Very bright and airy with access to the deck from the living room and master bedroom. Kids enjoyed fishing on the dock and laying in the hammock. Outdoor shower was spacious and had nice dressing area and hot and cold water. Front swing was nice and relaxing also. Walk to the beach was a little hike with 3 kids but property had a nice large beach wagon. We had an amazing week that went by too fast. Lisa was a pleasure to rent from and was highly responsive to questions. She even left a welcome present and nice note. Thanks for everything and all the memories. Until next time.

The house is beautiful, just as described! Well stocked kitchen and my boys loved the hammock and ping pong table. It is a short walk to the beach and also has beautiful canal views. The owners were delightful too, with a very quick refund for the security deposit. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely beautiful and had a great floorplan for a family. The decks and outdoor spaces were a big bonus for a large family. It was also great that the house also included some beach essentials such as a beach cart, bocci, boogie boards, etc. We had never vacationed in Holden Beach before, but the town was wonderful, and you couldn't beat the weather. The town had a playground, tennis courts, bike trails, and plenty of restaurants, as well as a beautiful beach that was not crowded. We will plan on coming back here in the future!

This house was perfect! The location was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach and beach access, and on the canal. The house is decorated beautifully! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable. Loved swinging in the hammock overlooking the water. We will definitely be back.

An Amazing Week

Our family had an incredible week at this amazing vacation destination. The house was everything we wanted and more. Such an easy walk to the beach, and after a full day at the beach, hanging out on the canal dock was amazing. Our kids (and us) had a great time swimming, fishing, and crabbing in the canal. At the end of the day, the outdoor shower was amazing (the best we have had in renting houses the last 10 years). Definitely a destination we hope to return to in the future.

My wife, son and his girlfriend all visited Holden for a long weekend stay. The house was amazing. it featured a dock on the canal which my son and his girlfriend enjoyed fishing off of. Additionally, the way that the kitchen opens into the vaulted great room and eating area allowed us to all stay connected. Also, the storage room on the main level came in handy too as we stored our bikes and beach equipment in there. We used the grill a few times to grill shrimp (bought at Holden) and other foods and it worked like a charm. The outdoor shower was also useful when we came back from the beach to rinse off sand on our feet and shoes. The windows on the back of the home allowed for some great sunset views. Oh yes, got plenty of use out of the "Party Blender" too-it's 5'oclock somewhere. All in all I would recommend this location and home. The owner provided excellent and responsive communication throughout.

We were looking for a getaway from the weather up north and decided on a getaway and decided on this property to do some fishing. The home was in a good location, quick access to the inter coastal waterway , and near the ocean - just a short walk away. The home was nicely furnished and comfortable and the owners more than caring about our stay there. No issues with the property or surrounding area. We would rent again !

We've visited twice and the Dream Catcher is simply beautiful. Easy access to fish off the dock in the back, a short walk to the ocean, and many other fun-filled adventures abound. The home is well-kept and is stocked with everything you need (except for towels and maybe a few other small items (dish detergent and trash bags)). It was a magnificent and relaxing stay!
