The condo is a gorgeous 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms unit with over 1,300 sq. ft. of living space. The home is professionally decorated with luxury, warm finishes and top name appliances for your comfort and enjoyment in paradise. Nearly all of the furniture is custom designed and built by local artisans: iron craftsman, carpenters, and artists who all take enormous pride in their craft.
Casa de Cereza is designed for comfortable, open concept living including a modern eat-in kitchen and island that accommodates four people (as does the custom dining area on the terrace). The kitchen is designed with granite countertops and backsplashes and modern appliances. It comes fully equipped with all that you need to prepare your meals, including stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, large gas cook top and oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and high-powered blender. Additionally you will find a large-capacity washer and dryer, a local land line phone, wireless internet, dual zone air conditioning and a building-wide purified water system.
The living area features a custom crafted entertainment center with a 68” flat screen smart TV, Apple TV with Netflix, cable TV, a Sonos wireless audio system connected to four built-in speakers (shared with two additional speakers in the primary bedroom), two full-size designer sofas, organic Perota wood coffee table, ceiling fan and more.
The living area opens onto the large terrace with nesting sliding glass doors for open air enjoyment. The terrace is furnished with custom-built dining area for 4, matching daybed on the other side, lounge chair and tropical plants. Here too you can enjoy sights and sounds of the bars, restaurants, vacationers on the walkways below as you're in the midst of all the action.

The property was exactly as described and photos are 100% accurate. It was an amazing stay. Perfect location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to everything we needed. Great security with carded building access and door man. Roof top pool and lounging area were fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again for our next PV trip. Its an amazing property.

If you're looking to be right in the middle of the Zona Romantica, then this place is the PERFECT choice for you. Not only is it a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, it's steps away from PVs nightlife, which makes for easy walks (or crawls) home after the clubs. The staff here is excellent, the pool is fantastic. You can't go wrong with this place and will definitely book again.
Yes, there is street/bar chatter & music that you can hear from the neighboring restaurants, but we all thought the sounds were quite fun and provided a lively atmosphere for our stay. Plus it was NEVER too loud or annoying at any time of day. If you're looking for complete quietness in your search, then definitely move on. But I loved the sounds outside! Highly recommend this place! 5 STARS!

The property was well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay for a family of four. From the necessities to cook a leisurely meal in, to towels for the pool and beach, to washer and dryer for refreshing your clothes, to the one bedroom where the king size bed can be separated into two twins for children....the hosts have thought of it all. The decor is soothing and unique. The property is well located, close to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery, pharmacies, and a very short walk to the beach. We didn't mind (as we are all night owls), but bear in mind, that proximity to all the wonderful amenities does mean that the music and chatter last well into the night, which was enjoyable to us. We love this building/ property as we have stayed here previously in another unit and would highly recommend.

The condo was exactly as described and was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities necessary. Carl, the owner, obviously takes great pride in the upkeep of the unit. The building itself has a wonderful rooftop offering amazing outside space including a pool, hot tub and work out facilities. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to visit it again in the near future.

The building is very well maintained and the security personnel were so nice. Most reviews talk about the music being too loud from Margarita Grill. In our case we didn’t mind it, as we sat on the balcony and enjoyed people watching and listening to the great music. Thank you Carl for sharing your amazing place with us.

Great experience
What a treat to be so close to the restaurants, market, beach, and all the activity of the Romantica Zone! Literally everything was in walking distance. The condo was immaculate, very well appointed, had an amazing large balcony, and was perfect for two couples. The staff was attentive and helpful. The community very friendly and open to us visiting. Communication was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! Only caution to be shared with future guests is that with the amazing central location comes nightlife and the urban sounds and lively music go well into the night!

Carl's place is gorgeous. Finishes and lighting are really nice and it looks just like the photos. The rooftop pool is a perfect place to watch the sun set over the ocean.
One tip is if you have noise sensitive folks in your party, just be aware that the bar across the street has pretty loud music... so maybe have them stay in the guest bedroom (interior of the building).

The location is very convenient and accessible to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. The check in and check out processes were really easy and they let us leave our luggage at the office down the road after check out since we had a late flight. The condo is in excellent condition and had everything we needed plus some. There’s laundry (and detergent), a full kitchen, beach/pool towels, etc. The only thing we didn’t like was the restaurant across the street (Margarita Grill) that plays loud music until 1 am. We slept in the bedroom closer to the entrance, which worked well, but it could be an issue if we had more people with us and needed to use both bedrooms. Overall, great place! Definitely spend time on the roof!
PS We recommend the taco stand Tacos de Esperanza. It’s about a 5 min walk from the condo. We usually don’t like to go back to the same place more than once, but wow those tacos are delicious!

Wonderful place! Beautiful roof top pool and condo itself has a great deck overlooking park and beach. Highly recommend! Oh and the property managers were wonderful in recommendations and setting up Covid testing for return flight.

Great condo. We highly enjoyed our stay. Super clean, very comfortable, plenty of space. 2 min walk to beach. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Only thing to note is the noise level from being above Margarita time. Bring ear plugs.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and high quality furnishings. Fantastic roof top terrace and infinity pool with sweeping sunset views. Zona Romatica has lots of good restaurants and is very close to the Playa Los Muertos. Only draw back to the property is the noisy bar over the road. It closes at 1am promptly every night, but blares loud music until then. It’s fine if you like to stay up that late.
