A surprising gem in Horsham. If some minor points could be addressed, that would be great.

The host was extremely generous with provisions we were able to use in the kitchen and bathroom - the only thing missing was a small box of tissues!. Lovely that the air con had been left on as it had been a 37° day. Netflix access was appreciated!

The spices in the spice rack all feel a bit greasy and some are out of date. The cupboard under the sink smells 'damp' and could probably be cleaned. Some of the towels have done their time-mine had a hole in it!

A great house to stay in. Comfy, well appointed and dog friendly. Close to the river for walks.

The yard was great for our dog. Plenty of room to run around and well fenced. Location was good. The house is well set up with updated bathroom, comfy beds. It was great to have some basic kitchen staples eg milk, (although we had our own) pepper, salt, oil, paper towel, gladwrap etc.

Nothing really. I'd probably update the saucepans and frypan.

Good stay for a family on a budget

The premises had a nice entry and shower for a disabled person and was within a short drive of town and other restaurants. There was plenty of crockery and utensils a good size refrigerator. There were reasonable laundry facilities with washing machine and a new dryer and powder was also supplied. But it would be nice to have instructions on how to empty the lint filter for the dryer as it was very full. Extra heaters in the bedrooms were supplied and made rooms comfortable

There was only a single toilet at the rear of the facilities with a very small door so not disabled friendly and the rear was not easily access for a disabled person with steps down rather than a ramp. The closest room to the toilet was a squeeze with a walker and the main heater in the house is too small to adequately heat the large room easily, although it was a very cold night when we were there.

a spacious house close to town, great for families. well equipped kitchen.

a large spacious house, with well equipped kitchen and electric blankets on thr bed. one toilet with 2 bathrooms. it was cold while we were there and the house was hard to heat, however the AC worked well and there are som other small heaters.

bit noisy being in the main road, but we knew that when we booked. the shutters helped reduce the sound

Perfect dog friendly stay :)

Pet friendly. Good communications with Host. Great price. Large backyard . Clean and comfortable. Perfect base whilst doing the Silo art trail over a couple of days .

On a busy road but by 10ish was quiet and able to sleep well.

Great place to stay, convenient location, nice and clean

Location wise it is near to the city centre and very close to the Wimmera river which is great to go for a walk or a cycle along the paths. The place is nice and clean. It is a very comfortable place to stay at.

The noise from the gym next door at 6am is good if you like getting up early but not so good if you want a sleep in. The noise from the highway is not the best when trying to get to sleep. It’s not helped by the nearby traffics lights which means the trucks are working through the gears.

Good value, family accom in a handy location.

Lovely spacious, clean home with good air conditioning for the hot Wimmera weather.

On a busy road so expect traffic noise on occasions.

Comfortable and clean pet and family friendly home. Great to stay for a few nights. Will stay again.

Delightful home, very inviting. Loved the beds, they were very comfy. The yard was secure so we felt safe leaving our dog whilst we were out and about. The window shutters assisted greatly in dulling the traffic noise. Lovely that everything required for breakfast was in the pantry/fridge.

Traffic noise is noticeable, but we knew this would be the case when we booked, so no real issue for us.

Overall we had a comfy stay

Good yard for the dog

Were woken up early by the music pumping and the instructor the from the gym next door. Fences could be improved to ensure they were secure for pets.

Very kind host who put on the heating prior our arrival. We felt so comfortable to stay for four nights. Well equipped kitchen and big place. Highly recommended for anyone who visits Horsham.
