Great location & management.

we loved the location. Our property manager was very attentive to our needs.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time! It was the perfect, central location, within walking distance to all restaurants and shops. We drove to beach though because we brought chairs and such. The house is older so you can hear guests walking around upstairs but that wasn’t an issue for us. The property was also well maintained and the perfect amount of space for two adults and our dog! Loved the front porch as well. Overall, super cute little spot and would 100% stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay. My husband & I are both 68 but there are things that would have made it much more enjoyable. Love the porch, but it needs a roll down shade from the sun & cushons for the chairs. You seriously need to lose the white couch cover. it's a pain in the a@@. For more counter space. a over the stove mircowave would be nice. couldn't pop a bag of popcorn in the one that is there.A long mirror on the back of the bed room door.Shelves for the shower to put shampoo ect. instead of that stupid suction rack. shelves to put other bathroom necessities on ( not on top of the dresser or under the sink)!! AN ADULT SIZE TOILET!!Get rid of the red towels & wash cloths, they bleed red on other cloths. WASHER & DRYER!!! A parking pass!! Try staying a month without a car!! We would love to come stay again next year, but the toilet & washer/dryer are deal breakers for us.I told my husband that I wouldn't go to the laundrymat again. He is 6ft tall & the toilet is to small & low for him. Not being able to drive off the island for more than a day is just to restrictive. Little Casita is very charming & the size is adequate for us. These suggestions are minor & would make a stay much more comfortable. I don't know if I could truely recommend it without letting another person know about these minor things.
