Aqua Vista sits directly on the beach facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is nothing between the home and the water except sand and sea oats!! The beach does not have the crowded chairs lined up in a row like condos. This spacious 2,500 sq ft duplex home is an immaculately kept property. Yes, WE HAVE WIFI.
All 4 bedrooms and the family room have a flat screen TV.. You won't be disappointed in the deluxe accommodations, as the furnishings and decor are fun, 'beachy', comfortable, and the art is unique.
Set in a small duplex community, Aqua Vista offers opportunities to relax to the sounds of the ocean waves brushing against the beach and the softly billowing sea oats on the dunes, to explore the beauty of the animal and sea life residing in their natural habitat, and to sunbathe on private decks and an almost private beach.
The generous floor plan provides ample space to spread out and enjoy fun times with family or friends or private moments with someone special. Two balconies offer panoramic ocean views and large seating areas.
The first floor has the den, the kitchen and dining area, laundry, a half bath and a king bedroom with a private bath. The deck with dining table and chairs is located adjacent to the den and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Free WiFi and cable with movie channels are provided.
The second floor has three bedrooms, two baths and a large balcony. One bedroom has a king bed that shares a bathroom with another bedroom that has a queen and a twin bed. Both have flatscreen tvs and ceiling fans. The huge, beach-front master bedroom has a ceiling fan, HDTV, DVD player, writing/computer desk, a reading nook, a private en suite bathroom and a private balcony.
The pool is large with loungers for sunning and tables and chairs for family dining and is only shared with one other duplex building! There is ample parking under the home, a storage closet for beach supplies and a charcoal grill on the beach side of the home. With all of these amenities, you should have a memorable vacation.
Orange Beach offers a slow- paced, fun atmosphere for the whole family. There are shops, unlimited restaurants, parks with walking trails, golf courses and tennis courts nearby, and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to explore.

WE REQUIRE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT that is refunded after your stay with satisfactory inspection and a signed rental agreement. Any violation of outlined house rules can result in loss of damage deposit to cancelled booking with no refund.
Reservation is not confirmed until rental agreement is signed and returned to owner. Please provide 48hrs after booking.
For spring break reservations, a phone interview is required within 24 hours of booking being accepted. Photo ID of renter + ages of all guests in party required upon booking acceptance.
Winter discounted rates apply to small groups of 2-3 guests for a minimum of 5 nights. Additional fees charged for additional guests in winter.
