Charming and spacious family size home, The house is sunny with cathedral ceilings and large windows that look out onto Morro Bay. Enjoy several decks throughout the home. Large dining deck has BBQ, 2 large dining tables in an enclosed private yard. Extra large modern, gourmet kitchen, fully equipped. Kitchen is wholly open to dining room with table and chairs, two couches and cable TV. Queen sized beds in master and two other bedrooms. Also bonus bedroom has one twin bed. Library has daybed and trundle bed to sleep 2 more. All beds have comfy mattresses. Master bath has large Jacuzzi tub with separate privacy closet and extra sink. . High speed internet and wifi. Living room has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fans, two full size couches and loveseat, cable TV with HBO, and wide span windows with slider onto vista deck. A perfect place for a low key, relaxing experience. Nearby there are dunes, wetlands, Monarch Groves, the Elfin Forest, Sweet Springs Nature Preserve, Morro Bay, Montano de Oro, two golf courses, Morro Bay Emarcadaro, bike paths and much more within minutes of the house. The activities in the area include surfing, fishing, biking, kayaking, horseback riding, whale or bird watching, golf or just stroll along the bay or beach. The house is located just three blocks from Sweet Springs Trail right on the bay. Only 7 miles to the city of Morro Bay, 12 miles to San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to Cayucos, 3 miles to Montana De Oro, 35 miles to San Simeon and Hearst Castle. Shops, groceries, dining all close by. Short lovely walk to beautiful Baywood Park. Plan to relax and enjoy all that this beautiful area has to offer.

The pictures and description were accurate. Quiet neighborhood very close to the water and hiking at the ecological reserve. The children enjoyed the jet tub and the upstairs common room with balcony. Overall it was pretty clean, but the floors could use a good cleaning. The kids' bare feet were black within a few hours of arriving and walking around the house. There was also a plate of food left in the microwave, which must have been there for a few weeks as you couldn't see the food through all of the mold. We would definitely come again.

The Los Osos/Morro Bay home was great for a family stay. We really enjoyed all the activities we did in the surrounding area. the home was cozy and comfortable and it fit our family ranging from 6-66 well. Nice that our dog could stay too. Kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals for ourselves. Be aware that the beds are high up (there was a step in the master closet to use)

Spent a long weekend for my birthday. The location is lovely. The property manager was very responsive. The house does need a good spring cleaning, but overall it was lovely.

Great Place for Family Gathering
Our recent stay was one of several in this home, and each time we have found it to be a comfortable home away from home for family gatherings. It is located very conveniently to many coastal attractions. Great view of the bay from the upstairs family room. Parking is good. We will likely try to stay in this VRBO rental for future family rendezvous,

Great property, and great customer service. The property was clean and well stocked with linen, towels, etc. The members of my family are big towel users, and there were more than enough to satisfy their needs. I'm sure will stay there again.

Great property, and great customer service. The property was clean and well stocked with linen, towels, etc. The members of my family are big towel users, and there were more than enough to satisfy their needs. I'm sure will stay there again.

Have stayed in this rental several times, and found it very comfortable and relaxing. Children friendly. Nice location, and neighborhood. Just had another great stay for our Mom's 100th birthday celebration!

Seven family members chose to have a weekend together at the coast instead of giving each other Christmas gifts. This home was perfect for us, with lots of space. It is located near all of our favorite spots - Montana de Oro Park, Cambria, etc.
The home also has a nice view of Morro Rock and lovely sunsets.
I did not have complaints about the sheets or towels, but the rest of the home was not particularly clean. The carpet is stained and the décor is tired and dated. The outside areas were not prepared for our visit at all, with unswept decks and knee-high weeds growing through the beautiful flowers in the garden.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would suggest more vigorous cleaning prior to arrivals.

The rental, and communication was simple and the house was even better than described. I concur with other comments regarding a DVD player, but this wasn't truly missed, after all is said and done. I can't recall when I have enjoyed spending time with my friends more, and a lot of that has to do with the wonderful peaceful feeling of both this home and the city of Los Osos.
The house was wonderful, fully stocked, and very logically situated. We prepared very delicious meals and the upstairs den was thoroughly relaxing. We hope to return soon!

We just returned from spending a very enjoyable and very VERY relaxing weekend in your lovely home. The entire weekend seemed to just go very easily. The rental, and communication was simple and the house was even better than described. I concur with other comments regarding a DVD player, but this wasn't truly missed, after all is said and done. I can't recall when I have enjoyed spending time with my friends more, and a lot of that has to do with the wonderful peaceful feeling of both this home and the city of Los Osos.

The views were wonderful and mornings delightful with a cup of coffee and the early morning bay displayed out the top family room window. Our only critique was the cleanliness. While the home was not dirty it was also not clean. Had it been clean we would have given it 5 stars.

Great rental for a family group
We loved the time we spent at this rental. All the arrangements were easy and all the property details were on a sheet by the front door. Our family of 7 adults and 2 little kids were all able to spread out and find our own space, as well as spending time together dining & relaxing. We prepared about half our meals at the house and found all the kitchen equipment in good shape. Every possible cooking & dining item was there. Here are my only 2 “comments”: there was no DVD player, although there wasn’t one listed on the house inventory. The parents were hoping for a DVD player to entertain the little kids. Seems like it would be an easy piece to add. My other comment is that we didn’t realize it was a 2-story house. For us, this was a great thing. We loved having the 2 separate levels to keep noisy adults away from sleeping kids. Just saying, though, that the stairs (which includes sleeping arrangements for 3 or so) might not work for everyone. Overall, a great rental. We appreciated being away from the Morro Bay/Pismo resort craziness. Los Osos really just feels like a regular neighborhood and it makes you feel like a local - even if just for a few days.

Quiet and pleasant home
My family enjoyed it's stay. It was our first time in Los Osos and were happy with the proximity to other coastal towns. The house was spacious and did provide privacy. We traveled with children so they enjoyed the space upstairs away from the adults.

Family of nine enjoyed a wonderful week in Los Osos
The house was comfortful and well equipment with llinens, dishes and plenty of hot water for the big family. The view off of the front deck expanded to see the Morro Rock, which was amazing. The family enjoyed the house and appreciated the comfort of the property.

Impressed by charm
Loved this comfortable home, very accommodating to my family. It was everything HomeAway said. My grandsons loved spending time together, it was close to Morro Bay which was AWESOME!!! Will be returning in the future.

Lovely Los Osos
Lovely place to stay and relax. It’s easy to get to the beaches (driving), and walk to the bird sanctuary. The two separated living areas were great for those who wanted to play a loud and lively game of cards, and for those who want to quietly read. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
