A vacation rental just the way you wish.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was very well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The two balconies were perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. We also appreciated the underground parking space. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach, which is also very beautiful. The host was very accommodating, explained everything upon our arrival, and was always available with great tips throughout our stay. He was very friendly and attentive. We loved staying in the apartment and want to express our sincere thanks.

Superb spacious accommodation with Atlantic Ocean views in small quiet apartment complex

Rui, our host, is very courteous and helpful, explaining all the features and facilities available within the apartment and complex. He also gave recommendations for local restaurants and bakery Clean, bright and spacious apartment with secure underground car parking with lift & stair access. There is a balcony with views to the ocean from the large living dining area. Home from home with all appliances including microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher washing machine and clothes horse for drying clothes on the small balcony of the kitchen provided. When the doors are open from either balcony you can hear the crashing surf. Highly recommend staying at the Ericeira Sunset Apartment, which is close to the beach and boardwalk to the town centre

Quiet, great views, great food and wine, hot and sunny, Ericeira is a lovely place.

Rui speaks excellent English and was very good with his introduction about the property. Answered all my questions and was very good with advice about restaurants and what to see in the area.

The apartment is great!! Itoffers plenty of space, everything is very well maintained and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can find everything you need and more. On our arrival, coffee and biscuits were ready for us. The hist is very nice and gave us many tips for excursions. It was the perfect end of our trip through beautiful Portugal.

100% stay here!

Wow loved so many things: 1) Rui - owner extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our car was broken into in Sintra on our way to Ericeira so had to put back our check in by 5 hours - he was really understanding and flexible. (You have a garage to park your car in which was a massive perk for us as the car wasn't secure). 2) the flat - absolutely huge, allowed us to use the sofa bed so we had a bit more space each. So much room you could easily live in it and stay for weeks! 3) the location - walking distance to beach and into town in no time but far enough away that its really quiet 4) the view - wowee! Those sunsets 😍 Will definitely be coming again!

Million dollar view from the front balcony. I didn't miss a single sunset and if you surf you could tell how are the waves just by looking out of the living room. Another balcony is great for lunch with a peaceful view. There are all amentities needed like fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and so on. Wifi is stable, I used it for work all the time a didn't have single problem. Parking spot included as a bonus, so you have place to store your surf, car, bike, whatever. 15 minutes walking to the center if you are in a mood for a drink. Oh and a comfy bed for a decent sleep after exhausting day on the beach.

That I could not stay longer.

Lovely, peaceful apartment with an excellent view!

Spacious, bright, airy and well equipped apartment with a beautiful, uninterrupted sea view. The location is just a short stroll from the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the historic part of town where there are a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. Being a few minutes away from the centre of town is ideal as it means the apartment is peaceful and quiet - we didn’t hear a sound from any neighbours and slept very well. The apartment has the benefit of secure parking and is on a quiet and easily accessible road. Rui was really friendly and helpful, offering us useful information about places to visit. We had a great few days and would very happily stay again!

Great apartment, incredible view!

Just a lovely place to stay. The hosts were lovely, courteous, and helpful. the apartment is clean, spacious, and kitted out with everything you could need including heaters for the winter and a jacuzzi tub. The location is great, and the view from the balcony is simply exceptional. I cannot recommend this apartment enough and I can't wait to stay again.

The host was very kind and giving good local tips. Probably one of the best views you can get in town and kind of far enough but close enough to the center/ old town. Comfortable sheets too. Size was perfect for two remote workers.

Wool socks make your stay even more comfortable as the floors might be a bit cold during the winter. :)

Spacious and very well located apartment

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very clean and with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and the balcony attached to the living room has a view to the sea and is big enough to seat down for a meal. The apartment is very well located: within walking distance to Sul beach and to the city center.

Wonderful week

Perfect position with a fantastic sea view. The apartment is very nicely furnished.

The only negative point is the absence of heating system in the bedroom.
