Urine out of control!!

We loved the location! We were pretty close to the University of Lincoln, where the graduation was taking place!

We hated the fact that our room was not clean. There was a puddle of dog urine left on the floor. You could see the stain where some had dried. The toilet looked like pee had dripped outside the bowl, and this had not been cleaned for some time. You could tell by the streaks. We had someone to come up and mop the floor and clean the toilet!! The glass doors were very dirty!!

Friendly and very clean convenient area for shopping all around comfortable hotel

a little disappointing

they charge an extra $50 at check in saying they will return it on check out. for theft prevention and damages? I work construction so I get dirty at work. they complained of the dirt off my work clothes and dirty towels after I checked out, and did not return the $50. a little dirt is no reason to charge $50

This was the all time worst place I have EVER stayed!

Nothing.

I didn’t like the cockroaches in my room , I didn’t like the smell in the hallways, I didn’t like the tape holding the batteries in my remote, I didn’t like the wall paper falling of the wall in the bathroom.I didn’t like how they jack up the cost when their is a home football game.

not bad but I don’t know if I would stay there again

close to the city, big king bed, area to take our dogs outside

pool was closed, one lady at the front desk was very rude, there were bugs in the kitchen and in the bathroom and that grossed us out.

What breakfast? They didn't have breakfast to my knowledge. I liked the balcany

The pool is still advertised and I didn't see anything saying the pool had been down well over a year.

Never going back.

The shower was passable.

No working microwave. For a room meant to cook in, this is unforgivable. Check appliances when room is cleaned. Also the beds are so noisy that anyone rolling over or sitting up wakes the room.

Worst stay ever.,

My wife and I did not have any good experience. The only thing we liked was being able to leave.

Absolutely everything. The whole place was dirty and it smelled. The rooms were the same way. We changed rooms 3 times and our issue never actually got solved. There were cockroaches in the microwave that were contaminating the food that we tried to cook. It smelled like trash and it looked like the place was never cared for. I requested a full refund , especially considering the fact that we only stayed one night , instead of two and we shouldn't have to pay for services we never used or became unavailable
