Nice apartment with excellent location in Amalfi

Location of the place is excellent. 5-7 mins walking from the ferry terminal or bus station; 2-3 mins to the beach; 1-2 mins to the Duomo (through back alley road). Apartment is pretty spacious, with 1 bedroom, plus one giant living room/dining room/kitchen. Laundry & drying machine is available (although they're located outside of apartment). Although it's pricey, but I guess if you compare with the cost of apartment in Amalfi region, I'd say this one has relatively good value for money!

No elevator is building (we have to lift several heavy suitcases through stairs). Apart from that, nothing else to complain. We love this apartment!

Perfect location, you can even go to center via a tunnel which is a very nice experience :) Enrico was very helpful for.

There should be a vacuum cleaner in the room. It becomes dirty after 2-3 days I.

Location to center of town and piazza as well as to the waterfront was amazing! We liked being a little “off the beaten path” Enzo was very helpful w suggestion about getting around and him giving us access to parking at the hotel was clutch.

The property is were spacious and in a great location right by beach and the main square. Enrico was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Which created an overall enjoyable experience.

The facility as per description and a comfortable 1 room house. The host were friendly and has provided few cookies and milk as complement.

It has been good if they arrange for early check-in for previously requested guest.

The location was perfect, and everyone we dealt wiht was lovely. Instant response to questions both before and during the stay, helpful and very friendly. Also, loads of towels!

Nothing 😖 in the property. I love Amalfi ❤️

Place is awful 😖. No windows and claustrophobic. The staff was horrible to me when I asked about a possibility of changing the room. He said to me: you not even booked with us!! Go and talk to booking. Well, i am now. Too bad

The staff were the friendliest people we met on holiday and went above and beyond for us. The location couldn’t be more perfect- quiet square, but just minutes from the beach and the town centre

One room is a bit small but the other was good size, fine if you are the kind to be out and about though

A good location but not comfortable

it’s location

4 lights not working a very uncomfortable sofa with no cushions very basic cooking utensils, pans etc Was disappointed to find there were no outside windows so had to use artificial lights all the time and several not working so it felt dark. wardrobe was broken.

The apartment was nice and big, very clean and comfortable. Great location and very close to everything in Amalfi.

Rude/aggressive staff

The location for Amalfi was central, a few mins walk to the main square. The apartment provided beach towels and had aircon plus was spacious.

The person running this place is rude and intimidating, she screamed at us as we arrived because we were left waiting for some time having travelled all day (plus an awful smell of sewage in the building was not welcoming), one of our guests said I think we have made a mistake staying here and she went hysterical shouting was aggressive and very nasty standing up screaming at us pointing her finger in our face. I would not recommended staying here due to how unpredictable and unhelpful she was. It caused an awful start to our break and made us feel very uncomfortable. It's a shame because overall the apartment was ok in a good location (apart from a mosquito infested balcony and a sewage smell in the hallway) but the customer service was awful.

The location was handy but the check-in time was unusual.

The location was good. Also the rooms were clean.

Check-in was at 4 pm. You couldn’t even use the restroom until 4pm!

location was great, good sized kitchen and living rooms and bedrooms. the lady who helped us check in was very friendly and helpful. the area felt safe and secure. we were provided with a little food hamper and some water upon arrival which was very nice!

the kettle in the kitchen did not work, and there were no bowls provided in the kitchen. the rubbish system was a bit confusing especially knowing if not done correctly we would be fined. not much natural light in the room but this was to be expected. bathroom shower was quite dirty along the door.

Perfect location, clean, good size, everything you could need and really friendly owner. Very easy/flexible check in as we got delayed multiple times. The owner was very friendly and helpful showed up round, and had left us some water and milk in the fridge and left snacks on the table which was very kind. also, he gave us recommendations for restaurants.

Doesn’t get much natural light which makes it feels quite dark but otherwise its perfect!
